I moved to Illinois from Minnesota two months ago. I’m really happy about all the different strains and selections that the dispensary has. A lot more products than we are offered in Minnesota in the medical program. The rec side of dispensaries is pretty cool usually like six or eight bud tenders. On the medical side of things, there’s really no wait so far. Top-notch customer service!

Any pot store gets a 5 star review. How can you not have a perfect review for a place that sells pot?!?!?! Seriously tho, friendly staff, great products, lots of knowledge, and it’s pot!!

When have to wait the waiting room has many products to checkout. You don't have to wait very long my 3 times there both under 3 minutes. The counter person is very knowledgeable. Just can't bet the service they provide. Terry G.

I am a medical patient. First time going to this dispensary. First impression was good. Friendly and inviting staff that's why I give 2 stars. I bought a disposable vape pen. When I opened it, the pen didn't look full but I really didn't think much of that. 2 days later the battery went dead. I only used it 2 times before bed. I emailed with no response whatsoever, I've called and left a detailed message.. still no response. It's been over a week with no communication on the part of the dispensary. For a medical patient on a fixed income that depends on medication, this is totally unacceptable! 😢 update.. in response to the owners comment I have tried numerous times to email the address you provided and I keep getting it back is non-deliverable. Again if I call the dispensary somehow messages don't get to the correct people or if I message through the website I get nowhere. Hopefully you can provide me with a good email address or a way to get you on messenger maybe you should send me a message on messenger. Last update .... The Dispensary came through! They reached back out to me and was very accommodating as well as apologetic! They more than made up for the one bad experience I had. Thank you to the management team! I will definitely be back. Don’t waste your time if there is more than 5 cars in the parking lot. They only a few people in at a time so if you place an order online you are still waiting for everyone to dilly dally around. Recommend sunny side in Rockford. It’s a drive but they are significantly cheaper and you will not wait hours for everyone else to decide what they want when you already have an order placed.

This place is always busy and I love it!! You have a medical store and a recreational store side by side and they always have what we need in stock! Pricing is great and they also have a rewards program! Thank you for being such a great reliable medical dispensary with great products!! My Crohn's thanks you!!

Everyone here is always extremely polite and helpful. They don't have the best pricing but it's not the worst either. What I really appreciate is their listed prices include taxes so there's no question what I'm going to be spending before I pay, I really wish all dispos operated like this. If they can get a little better on price they got 5 stars

Ever since I started coming here, I’ve had nothing but good experiences consistently every time I visit. Even when I don’t know specifically what I want, the budtenders are extremely helpful with recommendations & finding the best deal. Security is also very friendly & welcoming. Its nice that they have a rewards program now! I usually only buy one .5 gram cart to last me a few weeks when I shop, but I’m sure its come in clutch for guests that spend more. Would happily recommend stopping here to anyone in the area who partakes :)

They constantly check ids. It's a bit annoying. You walk in the doors to get checked, then once through the other door, you get checked. Whatever. But the guy was super helpful for my first time there. And super nice.

Checked this spot out the other day. Pretty impressed all except for the viewing part! Maybe have a paper menu for viewing while ordering( that day) with the bud tender! Or individual tablets with a menu! Just my opinion! Other than that one down fall the product was well packaged and was mighty tasty! 👌

I like the place. I like the people. I like the variety. But thank oftentimes I end up with some OLD weed, almost dry and crunchy. I guess I should look closer at the dates, but then I need to bring my glasses in!

I would give zero stars if possible! I went to the store with the empty package of what I wanted. The young lady seem to understand and proceeded to get the product, charged my card, and put the product in a bag. Only problem is I didn't get to or ask to see what see was selling me. I wanted a 1:1 ratio and she sold me a 2:1. I called the store, and emailed twice with no response. Obviously with little to no competition they don't really give a dam. I am so glad to be headed back to AZ on October.It is nice that they say to call them so they can make it right, but I already called twice, sent an email complete with pictures to CJ per their instruction, and sent and email from their web page. Who am I suppose to call? Just call and I will get the same run around.

Closest place to home I've been able to find coming from the city then moving to the middle of nowhere. Their staff and customer service are amazing. They also have all the familiar growers I love and some amazing deals every time I've visited!

I don't know what is wrong with their website but it does not work at all. As soon as you click your age and remember me, it just sits at that same page doesn't go anywhere. Doesn't let you see one item on the menu

I live in the QC and drove @40 minutes out of the way of the usual dispensary I visit after I checked out the prices online. My usual is $30 CHEAPER at The Dispensary in Fulton, of course I'm going to drive out of the way. I got so much more for less! It's a beautiful place. It's light, airy, and inviting. You get a number and wait for them to call you. Plenty of seating, or at least the potential if they need more because it's spacious. And I suspect there is no waiting outside here.

Great prices. Great staff. They always answer my questions in depth and give me the best products possible. Everyone is so friendly and so kind. This is literally my go to dispensary I don’t mind driving an hour+ for this place!
