It's Walmart 🤷 relatively clean. To be fair, it's average in most areas. Most of the employees are decent enough, the occasional overzealous receipt checker. One particularly creepy employee likes to repeatedly slide through the checkout areas behind attractive females though. 👀

Customer service is not working or apparent in the grocery pickup area for online orders. When the shift lead tells you that they don't use the service for the very reason that you're trying to resolve, you know the problem is in the culture not just an employee.

They have changing rooms for you to try on clothes before you buy, but I wish they had more than one person for the entire floor. Otherwise it is nice to have the changing rooms.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! There is no inspection of items that get returned!!! I bought an instant pot that was ON THE FRONT OF THE SHELF. Well folks, turns out it was not an instant pot after all!! Instead, it was a JCPenny 5 quart pressure cooker that was put in an instant pot box. Not to mention it’s heavily damaged with scratches and dents and missing buttons. When I called customer service, the manager hung up on me because I didn’t have immediate access to the receipt. Freeport, Walmart please do better.

months later, the side is still broken and it says "market" instead of "grocery"wa'mart. the sign took an 'L'location is great, wonderful & friendly customer, safe environment.-1 star:: their stock is constantly depleted on key essential items; order more of the high demand items.-1 star:: they need to be open 24/7 to service the needs of the community. in the morning when they open they leave the overstock items in the aisles blocking the path for shoppers; enable your staff to shelf the items so they don't block the customer.

Since the remodel/reorganizing of Walmart stores, it has made finding what I want/need more difficult. It would be helpful to have an electronic touchscreen map. As it is, it is confusing even for the greeters.

I always shop online to Walmart Superstore Freeport ILL ordered the 16th of Nov took 2 amount from card 2 payments same time but f $73? And other $3-7 pluse 22 of my EBT was to be delivered on the 18 or the 19 between 2:30 &5 Sun 1 item was delivered. Now 1 other food is being shipped but they can't find all of my purchase made all at 1time on Nov 16th Been ordering all the time groceries I need

Two days before Christmas and it was busy. They had plenty of checkouts open, and cheerful employees.My only negative comment is they don't have cart returns out past the halfway point in the lot.

I love the wide range selection of food and clothing here. The staff is always so polite and friendly and willing to help the customer. I really appreciate how happy the employees appear to be. The store is always very clean and organized. Great job guys!!

This is a nice Walmart that is conveniently located. I appreciated that they have a pharmacy and that the new COVID Pfizer Spike vaccine was available (as of September 22nd, 2023) at this location when it wasn't available at a number of other Walmart stores in Wisconsin, Iowa, or other locations in Illinois. Staff at the pharmacy was friendly and the store was nicely laid out.

Terrible layout, store is a mess, damaged items on shelves and floors, employees are rude. Less than half of the self check outs are open and they may have 1 real checkout lane. But it seems that they have figured out how to do pick up right.

Walmart has some good stuff but some of the workers were horrible. I wanted to look at something in the electronics and this girl is just playing with some toy and says I don't know you will have to talk to someone else, really, why does she even work there. She gets paid for doing nothing.

4/24/22 - Still a lot of empty shelves (absolutely NO tater tots) !! I also noticed a little to late (@ home) that the sauerkraut was out dated .
