We moved out here about 2 months ago. I was a long-time Walgreens customer, so I naturally transferred all my prescriptions to the nearest Walgreens. The service at this location is terrible. Every time I go to pickup a prescription, it takes 15-20 minutes. The staff are not friendly and they always seem overworked. My final straw was when the app informed me that my medication was ready, I drove 25 ninutes to get there and the pharmacy was unexpectedly closed. No explanation. After decades of being a Walgreens customer, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The head Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and has always been very helpful and friendly. My only issue with the rest of the staff is the constant turn over. There used to be a consistency to the techs and cashiers. There was always a familiar face. Now it's always different and they are cordial but not necessarily friendly and personable like before. I miss that.

The store is nice, but the pharmacy is a mess. The associates are uninformed and undertrained. They are understaffed and not friendly. Get your prescriptions and vaccinations somewhere else if at all possible.

Pulled up 2 mins before closing and I know how it feels when someone comes last minute when you wanting to go home but lord know it was beyond my control and would have understood if someone would have told me sorry but we will have to give u your pick up tomorrow. However I really needed my med but I'm pretty easy going and understanding . The closed sign wasn't up in the window yet so I waited and watched the pharmacy tech walk by the window twice and looked my way so she saw me.. so I see the clock turn 5pm and she walks by again and out of the corner she puts up the sign on the window and walks away. Like I saw her she saw me and as much as I would have understood her letting me know sorry but we are done for the day we can do it tomorrow... she didn't acknowledge me or address me.. horrible customer service, and rude, and I will most definitely be talking to her manager.. younger gen these days are horrible in work ethic and respect.

I was in town for work and needed a prescription filled. They are a little slower than most Walgreens, but it is a rural area and I’m sure staffing is an issue. Where they lack in speed they make up for with friendliness. I was able to pick up my prescription within 3-4 hours.

I scheduled rapid covid test(yesterday) for today @2:15. When I arrived I was told their program which schedules appointments doesn’t work. I showed the tech they even sent me a reminder confirmationThis morning. She said sorry….it has not worked for some time. I would never recommend this Walgreens !0

This Walgreens is so slow, looks a lots stuffs working. I had Covid 19 rapid test yesterday. Results should be after 2-3hours right. Unfortunately not. After about 24 hours,still didn't receive my result..Don't go to here for Covid 19 test. CVS is the best.

Store is ok, no problems ever.But, Pharmacy..... I only tried them twice and I've already left!! Understaffed at all hours of the day and lack of basic customer svc skills.The 1st time I dropped off 4 new prescription, of course there was a wait and the Tech was not friendly, lacked customer svc... like ability to say Thank You!!Two times I pulled up and was left waiting a ridiculously long time. Once, after some time, a voice came across to say it was gonna be a few minutes yet. But there are others inside there behind the counter, I'm not sure why no one else helps out when busy.

Sarah Kleug was phenomenal. She helped us look up reviews and find which earbuds were best for our needs. She even went back and double checked inventory to see if there were any left of what we wanted. There were none left, but our experience will not be soon forgotten. I will continue to shop here frequently for the exceptional customer service!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Walgreens! Will definitely never be back to this one for anything! Couldn’t find my daughters insurance or information in the computer; gave Walgreens the same information Over the phone and they were able to pull it up and fill the script within less then 5 minutes!

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. The staff here is rude and very unpersonable. Told me it would be an hr for my medicine, we're now on hr 3. Now am told it would be tomorrow, why not say that 3 hrs ago. This location is garbage, happens everytime.

Recently went on vacation to the bahamas where I took some waterproof cameras to take pictures while snorkeling. Took my cameras here to be developed when I returned from vacation. I came back an hour and 20 minutes later to pick up the photos and the woman gave me the pictures from one camera and said the film from the other camera was caught in their machine and it would be a while before she could get them printed. I told her I was not from town so I would come back the next day. When I returned the following day (making the trip only for the purpose of picking up the photos), I gave the woman at the counter my name and she grabbed an envelope. She said "they didn't call you?" I replied that they hadn't. She told me their machine ruined my film and my pictures were not able to be developed. I was of course very upset because those were pictures I never got to see and never will see again. I thought since I had told them I was not from town, they could have at least called to notify me about the pictures when they determined they had ruined my film instead of waiting until I came in the next day (when I said I would come). I understand that accidents happen, but was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism in the incident. I will not be a consumer of this store again.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. They never have enough workers. I stopped by an hour after the dr called it in, waited in line 40 minutes, the prescription hadn’t been done. Come back later and the wait was another 40 minutes. This is 4 hours later. They filled it while I waited.Never shopping here again.

The pharmacy manager is super to work with very knowledgeable on all meds and other items the main reason I go there .its ashame that all negative people out are whiners and expect people to jump thru hoops it take time to disperse verify meds and most of the time there insurance co . Are the reason for long waits so think before u whine

I literally been trying to call to refill my inhaler for 4 days and every time I would call they would hang up on me so today on Sunday when my doctor is not in they finally answered just to tell me the will email my doctor to see if I can get it refilled that would have been nice to know Thursday the first time I called and prob would have prevented my 2 asthma attacks
