Highly disappointed with this store. Went in to purchase a US General 72" roller cabinet and top chest. They had the floor model in stock and an extra top chest. They would not sell the floor model. I was told that I would have to take the top chest now. I asked if I could pay for both and have them hold the top chest while I waited for the roller cabinet to arrive, but they would not. I have no use for the top without the roller cabinet. I was willing to spend roughly $2,300 and they would not work with me. Store is probably good if the items are in stock, but this is ridiculous.

This store is great. The staff is honest. After making a purchase I left my wallet by the checkout. I set it down to open the purchase since I didn't have a knife. The staff looked up my name and left a message on my home phone. I was grateful to have my wallet returned intact.

I was very impressed with this location. Clean, organized and after taking with the manager on some items on the front "deal" table, I'd highly recommend people to shop here. The manager at this location is one of those people who are a true asset to a business in how they act and treat customers making them feel appreciated for shopping there. Kudos!

Great deals good selection Some tool are really good quality. I imagine alot of the name brand tools are made in the same factory as the Bauer. I haven't had an issue with anything I have bought.

Nice new store with lots and lots of tools and accessories. Did not have the diamond plate trailer tool box that I wanted but had plenty other selections. Prices changed fast. The online ad for a floor jack I was interested the night before was $20 cheaper than the price In store so I didn't buy that either. I am however going to shop there again for tie down straps,grinding wheels etc. when In need. Contrary to what I've heard the tools lool like better quality than I expected. Stop in see what you think.

Just the same cheap stuff year after year. It's an ok store for what it is. I don't think I would ever buy power tools there, but it's good for cheaper stuff. Nice friendly staff members though.

When I arrived at the Harbor, the mist lifted off the moors to reveal a tool shop in the distance. As I searched through their selections I found many a good deal, and ended my journey with many new tools at great prices.

The have a little bit of eveything. Tools are priced great you get what you pay for. Have purchased many thing and like them all. Not pro quality but with the warranty you can return it as get a new one at no cost.

I was greeted at the door by two employees that said I could not shop there without a mask on. I have a medical condition and cannot wear them. I went to Farm and Fleet down the street and bought what I needed. Then I went back and asked for a refund for my inside track membership since I couldn't use it. Then they told me if I have a medical condition I didn't need to wear a mask. But by then it was too late. Mike there refused to give me corporate phone number. As I was there asking for a refund the lady at the register was not wearing a mask and there was also another lady shopping without a mask on. I kind of wonder if they only make males wear a mask in there. I will not be back ever again

It's about time Freeport got a Harbor Freight. No more driving to Rockford to get good deals on tools and other 'stuff' every man needs. Why pay more when you can get great quality at Harbor Freight. The employees are very helpful. Give it a try guys. You'll love this place.

Cheap prices on tools by far. All Harbor Freight Tools stires have a bad odor in them. Makes me wonder about the toxicity of the products and health of being in there breathing in the vapors and the long term health of employees breathing it all day long.I wasn't finding what I was looking for and was helped by a friendly and professional young man. He knew his store well and the products in there. Now all I have to do is decide between their featureless cheap China knockoff that really isn't going to fit the job I need it for or spend hundreds more on what has the features needed to safely reach and prune the tree branches away from my house on a yearly basis. Humm🤔

Extremely cheap prices on tools. I think this is a good store for Freeport because people can buy tools locally that they would have to drive to Rockford or buy online if they wanted the tools. Buying these tools at a low price is good to see how the tool works, experiment with it, and if it is something that you will use alot you can always buy a higher quality item from Canada, Europe, or Japan. America is more on quantity so it is hard to find good US made tools. The only reason I am taking off a star is that there was a tool that was so low quality I just had to return it on principle even though I bought it for not that much money since the tool had chrome painted plastic as a tightening agent. When I did return the tool though it was easy and the staff was easy to get along with. I will surely buy other tools here instead of online when I need them.

Never buy anything expensive from here they charge $24 just to return it or try to exchange it even if it doesn’t work or not happy with it

Great selection and great prices! Like a pottery barn for the mechanically inclined. They have a little bit of everything and a very friendly staff. Can't beat the prices!

My husband is like a kid in this place. He calls it the Man-Toy Store and it brings out the six year old in him. Thank God the prices here are so cheap.
