The staff is incredibly friendly. Actually the main reason I wanna support the store other than freeport only having the 1 pet store. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the tank should be alot cleaner than they are. Simply scraping the algae off all the tanks would be a huge difference. And should be doing regular substrate cleaning. But that's not a huge deal just a preference. I will definitely be coming back when I get another tank to house

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A much larger variety of fish and unique pets available than I expected. Twas a wonderful experience for myself and my offspring. I shall continue to bring my patronage for many a years to come.

Very nice. What a wonderful experience. they have a wide variety animals and supplies! The cute cats they have running around just make everything so much better! The staff are very nice! And all you have to do is ask to hold one of the animals and you can! Overall a Great place! not to mention close by!

I love this store! It's my second home! My dog loves their dog food and all the cool toys I got for her. You will not find a better pet store for miles!! Snakes, lizards, fish, feeder mice/rats, gerbils, and so much more, oh my! And tge pet food is WAYYYY better than Walmart any day!

They are very quick to get your order ready when ordering from their website. They are very nice and helpful. I can't wait until they open. I ordered feeder rats and fish from them and have had no issues.

Went in there to get Crickets for the first time since moving to freeport and I look to my left and they have a SULCATA TORTOISE!!!! HOW FREAKING COOL IS THAT!!!! Then I saw later they sell them!! FOR SURE will be going back!! Staff was great too!!

I'm going to just assume they are closed..First off, the City of Freeport seems to be absolutely demolishing everything in the area, making it either impossible, or (at best) extremely dangerous to reach the store.Second, the number listed is disconnected.

We found our Dog food! This store carries the right kind of dog food for our dog. Not to mention the cool animals they sell plus the pet toys! Ong so cute!

Smelled terrible, have never been in a pet store that smelled so bad- some of the items they have are dirty, didn't purchase. I'll drive farther for better products.

Posted they were closing early because of the heat (it was a high of 92 that day) but what does that mean for the poor animals in that place. Is there no air for them!? You should be ashamed!
