Two female employees at Freeport Family dollar on 10/15/23 at approximately 3:50 Pm were very rude to me and my fiancé! While dealing with another customer the female (customer service associate?) if you could even call her that! Accused me of theft, and were very unprofessional at the least! Person behind register asked if I was going to pay for a product that she claims was taken on an earlier date, out loud in front of others and I asked to see proof and was denied for whatever reason they claimed and did not show me anything. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t return to the store with no actual evidence of anything! Super unprofessional manner I will not be returning to this store and will notify corporate how the customers are treated. Very rude and embarrassing to me and the customer they were helping in front of me! Cannot believe the low standards they hold and employees they keep!! Very disgusted!!!!

The main reason I went I wanted some Canada Dry & they had them. Signs posted before entering store masks must be worn! I love it! To me it's no difference no shirts, shoes, no service! The mask protects both of us! Staff is always friendly & helpful! Only thing missing was plastic products. I was looking for empty spray bottle to put water & peppermint oil to keep spiders away! I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The store was in complete disarray when I visited. It was not very clean. I finally found what I was looking for, went to the counter and was told I could not pay with a $50 or $100 dollar bills. I was buying a Green Dot Moneypak card to send money to a friend. The lady at the counter told me that I could only pay in ten or twenty dollar bills. I wish she would have told me that on the phone before I took a cab to their establishment. Lesson Learned.

I like the prices for the products but I think that if a case of emergency that they should let people use the bathroom, and understand not public but some times people have no choice in matter especially the old or very young or with other issues

Cashier not wearing face mask)and nothing up 2 keep 6in. Apart. That's sad. And credit card system down and made me hold on till she got done contingent items on shelf. Very poor workers therr.
