Terrible customer service! I go here all the time and I politely asked 2 employees to get me a sloppy Joe sauce that was no where on the shelves but on one of the 5 carts sitting in the isles waiting to be stocked. They both were very rude and just kept walking away saying they would have to do that for every customer like come on now. It should be already stocked and I get there isn’t time but should still be able to get if for a customer if they need it!

Because Pepsi products were on sale if you purchased three 12 packs I wanted to purchase two Diet Pepsi and one Pepsi but here was only one Diet on the shelf. I saw a cart through the open doors to the stock room which was fully loaded with Diet Pepsi 12 packs. I asked an employee if there were any more Diet Pepsi 12 packs that I could purchase. She asked if I had looked in some other locations within the store and I told her I had. She then told another employee what I was looking for and she too asked if I had looked in other locations. I then told her about the cart I had seen. That employee went to that cart, looked at it, and told me because there was other cases of soda on top of the item I wanted she couldn't get it out for me. I discussed the situation with her for a bit and she told me it was against their policy for her take the heavy cases of bottles off the cart to get to what I wanted to purchase. Is it really your policy to not sell products that are in your store?

Wow! Isles are cleared of merchandise racks to be stocked. Place looked very nice and tidy. Was a joy to walk through when it's like this. Would have been 5 stars if customers weren't categorized on who could use coupons (those of us who don't use mobile aps are not allowed to use paper coupons?!). Not a good direction for those of us who want to be regular customers - and deserve the discounts.

Last night, I went to this store because the other store was out of the items I needed. I picked up a buy-one-get-one-free item as the sign was on the shelf as such. When I was checked out, the second item was full price so I inquired. Turns out the BOGO item sale expired 12 days ago yet the sign was still on the shelf. Yes, TWELVE days ago. When I questioned this, the cashier said, "I'm the only one here today." Okay, but the sale ended TWELVE days ago. I returned the items literally within minutes of checking out. The cashier wasn't going to give me the first receipt where I made the purchases or the return receipt. She had to call the manager who left the store while I was checking out to ask what to do. I heard the manager tell her to go to the office and make a copy. The cashier got off the phone and told me she didn't have time to make a copy. I insisted I wanted a receipt so she gave me the original one where I made my purchases and I had to write the credited amount on the receipt. Today, I checked my bank account and the purchase was there but the credit back to my account was not. Seeing as I literally returned the items right after I paid for them, I expected to see both the purchase and credit. I called the store and asked for the manager and the person who answered said she was. I explained the situation and she said she'd have to text the general manager and have her call me. I asked for the general manager's name and was told "Tiff". I asked, "Does Tiff have a last name?" The person said, "I don't know her last name" When I questioned how she could not know her boss' name, she just said "I never asked her." Supposedly, the GM will call me back today. This is just so flabbergasting. Granted, the return amount isn't much but it's the principle and the way this store runs business.

2nd time I was given a $5 off coupon and came back the following week to be told they can't honar a coupon they gave me the previous week, because they have a new location with a new computer system they can't figure out ... Well, I spend at least a few hundred dollars a month there ... I will just do to the grocery store (which is less expensive) and never give this company a dime again. Sometimes I guess it's better to spend more time shopping vs these poorly run convenience stores.

4 out of the 7 things I bought were used and needed to be taken back. So watch what you buy. Check make sure it has not been opened and resealed before you drive away! Unless you want to waste gas returning it. Lady was really nice at register that is only reason I gave it 3 stars.

This store has sure went down hill...waited 20 minutes in line with only 2 people with a couple items in front of me...no social distancing in the store or in the line...3 customers with there masks on there chins and 2 without any...noone said a word...but the cashier apparently cant talk anyway and had her mask under her nose..several people in the line behind me and the other girl behind the counter didn't even offer to help...and the cashier made sure she opened every single bag on the turntable before waiting on me...the guy in front of me only had one bag...when I used my debit card it must of took her 3 minites to push the correct button...FYI...TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY AND SPEAK...I WONT BE BACK FOR A WHILE

This is a great store! The employees are some of the kindest I have ever met. We frequent this store quite often. The prices are good and they always have what we are looking for. I recommend to all of my friends.

Extremely dirty. Is in violation of fire codes. As a former manager this store was an extreme disappointment. Fire door was blocked and the backdoor was wide open making store theft extremely possible. Product was just stacked everywhere was horrible visually. Can tell that they do not work their trucks out correctly as all the workers were doing was standing around talking.

Girls are always helpful and friendly a bit hard to maneuver cart around with so much freight on floor. Tripped a few times. Girls just giggled but I twisted my ankle I just left haven't been back

Friendly staff. Clean store. It was a bit cramped down the isles due to the volume of merchandise in the store. When I couldn't find an item I was looking for one of the employees walked me to it instead of just pointing. That's good customer service for sure.

Wow what happened to the once friendly happy kind and courteous cashiers at dollar general??? Just came from there cashier never said hello how are you nothing. She rang me up not ONE word to me handed me my receipt and walked away!!!!! Wth! Wow

Terrible customer service today. I shop there almost daily and today the lady working was hateful and would not even help get a price for me. She was very rude twice. Dollar General has now lost my buisness
