By far the worst Culver's I've ever been to. The food is overly greasy, it's slow, and people don't seem to understand the drive thru or line on the inside. Staff also doesn't seem to understand first come, first serve. Only thing worth while is soft serve. Otherwise, the hot food is the worst quality Culver's in my experience. I've been to many Culver's too, Monroe, Lake Geneva, Galena, Madison, Crystal Lake, Carbondale, ectopic. This one is consistently the worst and the least fresh, yet still busy.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is always hot and delicious. One of the best fast food places in town. The drive thru line can be long at certain times of the day so I prefer to order my food online and pick it up curbside. It's much quicker this way. Overall no complaints here, it seems like they know how to treat customers right.

Great service all around! Everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a little wait for our food, but no problem. The lady that brought our food to us was so sweet! She had a beautiful smile and was such a sweetheart! Didn't catch her name, but God bless her❤

Culver's was extremely busy when I came in there, but the staff was very friendly. However, they did forget the extra condiments and tomato I requested on my sandwich. They however gave me some packets and a tomato very quickly. I was also offered hit chocolate while I waited for my ride.

Got a cashew caramel sundae tonight. Whoever made it put I'm guessing what was the last of the cashews on there including all the salt that was at the bottom. My custard was so salty that it was completely inedible. Disappointing because yall are normally so spot on.

UPDATE 8/13/23 👀again, order is never right. no ketchup on the sandwich, so it was dry lol and then… only 2 pickles on the sandwich? now i know we’re in a depression but that meal is already 8.99 and i only get 2 pickles. 😂 what the heck. and yeah parts of my burger were cold and the pickle was hard.Every time we come here, our order isnt ever right. That doesnt mean its not good, though. We enjoy food from culvers. But everytime we order a sourdough melt with no onions, theres always onions. I always ask for condiments to be put on top of the burger, not on the bottom bun and its always on the bottom. The only reason why I request for the condiments to be on top is because the bottom bun gets so soggy that the stuff falls out. I will always ask for extra pickles, never get it. Im not even the type of person to complain, just upset and dissatisfied with our food every time.
