Bit skeptical at first because we have a larger dog breed that doesn’t normally deal with separation well and finding a new groomer can be stressful for you and your pet but Hailey made us, and our puppy, feel at ease from the first phone call all the way until we picked him up. Exceptional. No other way to describe the experience and grooming we received. Already scheduled another appointment and had to give a review because of how happy we were.

We are so grateful to have found Country Lane Pet Lodge! We won't board our dog anywhere else! He absolutely loves it there! The staff is very friendly and helpful! We went to Europe and had him boarded at Country Lane. They posted pictures of him having a blast!!

Received a recommendation from our vet for this place, so we decided to try it out. This is the 1st time our dog stayed here.Next time we go on vacation, we're definitely coming back here for boarding! Excellent customer service, wonderful staff. They told us we can call anytime to check on him, and gave us a detailed update when we called yesterday.Our dog has severe stomach issues, so we were very concerned with leaving him anywhere to go on our honeymoon.But he did great, they took extra good care of him and we're very accommodating!They posted these pictures of him playing, he looks so happy ❤️ I love it. I take comfort in knowing my dog is well taken care of and in good hands. Thank you guys! You're the best 😊Update since his last stay in 2021: we recently boarded him for a week again, service was wonderful, these ladies are great and will take good care of your fur baby. Highly recommend!!

We dropped our husky mix Kiwi off for the first time this past weekend. we were pleasantly surprised that when we picked him up, he was cleaner than we left him! he smelled so good and was so happy! the facilities seem really great and he had plenty of room to play and plenty of attention from the staff. i look forward to bringing him again next time we go out of town :)

Great place that will help your dog not feel like they're in jail. My parents always boarded our dog there when I was a kid and now I do the same for my Bella. I have tried other places in the past that were just fine but, CLPL is on a different level and will always be my first choice.

Country Lane took great care of our pups! They did their best to give them all the special love we would at home and they were quick to notify us when there was an issue with the dog's food.

They were SO nice. I emailed Emily a couple times and she always got back to me quickly, kindly, and informative. Our two dogs stayed there for a week, and it was our first time ever boarding them. I called twice within the week to check on them and they weren't annoyed, and even said I could call back anytime to check on them. The dogs were of course happy to see us when we picked them up, but seemed very happy and taken care of. We will use again if the opportunity comes up. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought they got bathed upon us picking them up (it must have been another place during my research). So they did come home stinky, but happy.

We have boarded our dogs at Country Lane for many years. I love that they have air conditioning and we can board both of our babies together to cut down their stress! I recommend this place whenever someone needs to board their dog. I have taken my dog there a few times and feel very comfortable leaving her. They are super friendly and their boarding price is very reasonable. They also provide dog food and lots of place for them to play. I took my dog to get her nails trimmed there today and was able to call and come in on the same day. Loved that! The nails cost $10 which is more than other places but the groomer worked very well with my dog even though my dog was scared. Very nice people!

We used Country Lane for boarding and grooming. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. Our dog came out calm, happy and so clean after her stay. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Kiona was so excited when we pulled into the parking lot, not anxious at all from her last visit. That made me feel so much better about leaving her! She seemed to enjoy her stay and was well groomed when I picked her up!
