We were very happy with Carlson when we boarded our beloved dog here. Our boy was very happy when he got back to us and seemed much less frazzled than he has been with other boarding places. The value is excellent and we will likely use them again. Staff was very friendly and communicative throughout the process.There was a small issue with his medication in which a few of his doses were missed or only given partially. This was due to an internal misunderstanding that we were assured wouldn't happen again. Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars. Would do 4.5 if I could!

Had my Leonberger puppy groomed at Carlson canine camp and they did a great job. I highly recommend them. Update: Been taking Leo to doggy daycare for a few months now. He loves going to play with his friends and get some exercise and they're great peopleUpdate: A lot can happen in a year. The grooming has really gone downhill. Big time don't recommend especially since I pay $170 for my dogs including tip

Our dog really needed his nails trimmed, with Covid the place we normally took him was closed. Amber got him in the same day I called, and she did a great job! She definitely earned a new customer.

We take our husky here for everything. Amber is an amazing groomer. Does a phenomenal job every time. Kristina and Kayleigh are great training instructors who care and want to help in your everyday lives with training. Plus you can forget the staff! They always welcome us and Jax with welcome arms. So much Jax loves going there and staying during his day stays!!! 10 out of 10, highly recommended!!!

The place, and Jan Carlson, are great! My only wish is that it were closer, because our dog came out with a much better demeanor than she had going in! The positive reinforcement training Jan does is the best in the area. No competition.

Absolutely wonderful business. I've taken my Luna there on multiple occasions and she absolutely loves it. Staff is very friendly, great with you and your pets. Good prices and readily available at your convenience.

I’d be VERY concerned if you brought your fur baby here to board!!! We had no other choice but to board ours. We chose this particular place because we had used another at one time and they used tranquilizer in their food. Our fur baby is a small breed and EXTREMELY docile as the only thing she might do is bark some due to the 50 other dogs there barking. As we arrived home from our vacation we had to wait almost 2 whole days to pick her up due to their hours of operation, and when we finally could do so, she was so lethargic and just slept for a day and a half!!! I called them and asked if they used any sedation of ANY kind and their response was “ohh we don’t do that here, but I’ll check & get back to you”. They never called back!!! Finally on the second night after we picked her up she was back to her normal bouncing around, bubbly playing self. This place is not treating your fur baby with love while you’re gone!!!! Trust me, if you love yours as much as I do, don’t take her here!!!!!

Amber has done a beautiful job grooming our golden retriever Lincoln. He always looks great, there is a lot less dog hair in our house, and his paws and nails have never looked better! Highly recommended!

CCC has been fantastic to work with. Currently taking my 2 year old dog to basic obedience training. I've also boarded my dog with them and they have been great.

We feel safe leaving our babies here. All indoor kennels and plenty of options for daycare and special treatment during their stay. Onsite grooming and scheduled time outdoors. Reasonably priced and sizeable kennels. Give them a try!

Been taking our dog there for daycare/boarding since August 2018, and he absolutely loves it, in fact I can barely get the car in parked before he's out the door (still working on his manners, but he's just so excited to get there).. The staff is always very friendly and I know Cubbie is in good hands when dropped off.

First experience with new owner Rick! Our dog came home extremely sick with diarrhea and puking. This has been a complete nightmare. Called him to find out if anything has changed since Jan owned it. He found it humorous that we would even call and question him on how things were being ran there. After laughing at my wife several times he hung up on her. Once he realized that many of my family members have spent thousands of dollars (over $1800 in just the last 2 weeks with them), he called back and was very apologetic, it was a little too late. If your searching for somewhere to kennel your dogs, keep searching this isn’t the place! I’m very sad because when Jan owned it we were extremely happy.
