I’m not really sure who’s worse State Farm or Tom Binger as my agent. State Farm has denied my roof claim even though 4 professional roofing contractors agreed that my roof has damaged. Tom Binger has not helped at all, I’ve have had to do all the leg work and got zero support out of my agent. Please before you get State Farm or use Tom Binger as your agent DO SOME RESEARCH!! State Farm will deny a loyal (30+) year client a claim on a hail damaged roof for no reason. Tom Binger will not help you in anyway. If you need insurance cards or make a payment Tom Binger is your agent.
