Our family is a newer client, but have already used Lauren for overnights and drop-in visits and we love her! Her level of communication is above our previous sitters, she replies to messages quickly and it’s so nice to get an update with each visit plus photos. It was a pleasant surprise to come home to a “welcome home” setup, complete with report cards on how the kids did, and a super thoughtful touch was her asking for a touch base to make sure we got home as planned and the pets didn’t need any additional checks. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies last week, and after her drop-in, she left a sympathy card for us with the sweetest note. I never would’ve expected that and it was so touching. It’s easy to see pets are her passion and I’m sure everyone else at Theuerkauf’s is just as great, we’ve only just interacted with Lauren so far. I’ve already recommended their services to multiple friends!

We recently hired Theuerkauf’s Tails Pet Services to care for our 2 dogs while we were away for a 10-day trip and could not have been more pleased with our experience! Lauren provided us with plenty of updates and pictures of our dogs, which put our minds at ease while we were away. What stood out to us the most was the sitter's kindness and genuine love for our pets. Our dogs took to her immediately and were so well taken care of that they now miss Auntie Lauren! We highly recommend this pet sitter to anyone looking for a reliable and loving caretaker for their furry friends!

I am most grateful to have had a pet/house sitter for my 7 cats and 3 dogs that took such great care of them while we were gone. It is the first time we left them to anyone other than family andLauren’s daily emails and photos were not only informative but alleviated my anxiety regarding their care. We hired Theuerkauf's Tails Pet Services to watch our dog and cat while away on for a week on vacation. Lauren came out several days before our departure for a meet and greet with us and our furbabies. She focused on becoming familiar with them, and then discussed her services and our expectations. When we left, we were provided an update after every drop in visit (for us, 3 times a day), which included photos. It was very easy to see that our animals were happy, healthy, and stress-free. It also took away the anxiety and worry we normally felt when leaving for an extended time, as we could tell they were ok and happy. When we arrived home, our animals acted like we had just been gone for the day, not a week. They were relaxed and happy. While we have had other experiences that worked out well, the whole experience Theuerkauf's Tails Pet Services provided was top notch. We highly recommend this service and consider them to be the only option we will consider from now on. If you need a pet sitter for your loved animals, calling them will be the best decision you ever made.

Lauren's care for our cat and son's dog was above exceptional. She spent time with them and did extras like getting in mail and watering flowers. If you're hesitant about going on vacation, you'll be able to enjoy yourself with Lauren's pet service.

Lauren was great to work with and provided excellent care for our dogs. We took our dogs to the kennel for a long time but I have an older dog and didn’t want to put him through the stress of a kennel stay. I will definitely be using Lauren’s services again and highly recommend her!

Lauren came on short notice from a referral from a friend to meet our pups and cat. She provided a very thorough and professional presentation. We were immediately impressed and knew she would be perfect to care for our fur babies. While we were gone, we received descriptive updates and lots of photos and videos. Couldn't ask for a better service to watch our 4 dogs and cat. We have used Theuerfauf's for day visits as well as overnight sitting. We are completely at ease knowing they are with our 4 legged family.
