Had a decently long wait for a mobile order and they still couldn’t make the order right. Didn’t even get fresh sandwiches they were missing ingredients and even had stuff in it I requested to have taken off due to allergens. This was a disappointment especially for two people who spent close to $40 on two sandwiches and a side. Utter dissatisfaction and disappointment!

The drive through attendant was curt and absolutely rude. This has happened to me more than once at the Freeburg DQ, but I've started coming back again. This time, I ordered two blizzards and mentioned that I am a senior. Belleville and Columbia locations have senior discounts, so I mentioned it. The female attendant said rudely, and with attitude "We don't give senior discounts. It's $12.67. Just pull around" all in one breath. I did pull around, and I kept on going. I don't go to Dairy Queen to be verbally abused by teenagers. Stay away from this DQ.

We were very disappointed.. we visited this same location yesterday afternoon and it was amazing great service, and the food was amazing.. but sadly today it wasn't as great. Our order was messed up. My husband asked for 2 combo's the number 5 one with onion rings etc etc... We get our order and we are messing a fry.. so we go back though the drive thru and the blonde chick opens window husband explains and she knew exactly what she did and told us that she only did one combo as we have this conversation the other employees were standing and leaning towards the window to see what's going on.. so instead of charging us for 2 combos she made us pay for the fry that was supposed to be with the combo.I'm definitely not impressed. It's sad bc I only like this location bc of how great customer service and I didn't feel that today. I hope something changes! Ended up spending $6 more than the 2 combos cost yesterday.

We were on a bike ride with friends & stopped there to grab a bite & some yummy ice cream. Due to COVID, we were unable to go inside & order so we figured we would go through the drive-thru on our bikes & order. Right about that time, a nice employee named Hannah came out of the restaurant & said that she would take our order & bring the food out to us when it was ready. We thought, 'how nice!' Our burgers were delicious & our mini blizzards were yummy & just the right size. I asked Hannah if she would mind taking our picture & she happily agreed. I would definitely go back there & would recommend this Dairy Queen to others!

Freeburg dairy Queen is really a family favorite for us. The staff is always friendly and always ready to assist. The restaurant is always clean and tables are stocked. Upgraded soda fountain is really nice and makes eating there even better. Food is always hot and ready lightening fast. Employees take pride food, building and customer service. Oh yeah...ice cream is always a plus!!

Well I came to the Freeburg location because the food is usually better than the Belleville location but then they forget my soda and the two “men” in the drive through just stood and looked at me like I was crazy before even asking what I needed so he opens the window FINALLY and I tell him and he gave me my soda then I said “it’s kind of rude to just stare at me….(wasn’t done speaking) and got the window shut in my face. Needless to say I won’t be going there for my DAILY lunch breaks anymore. Decent food, SHI**Y ATTITUDE!

Have been coming here for years. Have noticed recently that the people working here can't even speak to you when taking your order. They just stand there and sort of look in your direction.It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and perhaps they could say " May I take your order". Maybe I'm expecting too much but it sure seemed like taking our order was a terrible inconvenience to them

Millennials get a bad rap. I will say though, on Wednesday evening after 6:00 p.m. the crew was younger and fabulous. Answered all my questions. Put up with my indecisiveness. Then asked if I needed lids, made sure I had spoons and napkins, all the little things that go towards customer service. Great job guys and gals.Thanks much, Jennifer

Great crew. Fast and friendly. I love that they take the time to explain what's in the different blizzards and never get mad about it. Also love that they'll make the blizzards with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. Very appreciative.

Like most adults I've obviously had hamburgers from many places but the flamethrower Burger from DQ is by far my favorite. I know there's a new one at Wendy's that has jalapenos on it as well and I have yet to try that. I also really love their onion rings. They are large and flaky and have a sweet onion taste to them unlike other places. I'm talking to you Burger King. And what else is that better way to end a great meal at DQ but a blizzard? Georgia mud fudge is by far my favorite but I am willing to experiments with other flavors just for you guys

The service is fantastic, the food is fresh. We stopped going to our local DQ because it's awful and no we only regular this one. Only bad part is the drive thru and parking lot. Love this DQ!

Went to Dairy Queens Freeburg location and it was a joke. They obviously had all new people and the supervisor did nothing to guide them. Got my order of blizzards and the cups were a disaster! Ice cream was just dripping down the entire cup and when i asked if she could clean them off and have dome lids she rolled her eyes and said they wouldnt work, which from past experience i know they had them. So after watching her do a half ass job cleaning the cups i left and ended up with half the ice cream in my car by the time i got home. Heres a tip. Get a new supervisor that will actually supervise new employees and make sure they know what they are doing. Very disappointed Dairy Queen.
