Nick was very pleasant even though I was talking on my phone when he first helped me (I feel it's rude to be on the phone while being rang up by the cashier). He then helped me add money to my card and was patient while waiting for me to pull up the information needed. Just a super friendly and nice gentleman. Thank you Nick!

This is the first time this happens to me. I called to try to refill my medication and the spanish speaking pharmacy technician was so rude and hung up on me. I called again and the same spanish speaking girl had a nasty attitude problem. Should get fired if she doesn't like her job. Unbelievable they have people working like that at a pharmacy.

I always have pleasant experiences at this Walgreens and Nayelie from the beauty department is literally such a gift! She is so so sweet whenever I come in and extremely helpful picking out products always helpful and seriously always in positive mood! I think she's a awesome employee and she remembers past conversations we've had which shows she really cares! Amazing! ♡ Thank you so much again! Can't wait to try out products she's helped me find!

This location is ok. The store itself is fine, but some of the employees aren’t great. I wanted to load money onto my prepaid card, and I didn’t bring my whole wallet. I just had the card and the cash I wanted to add. The cashier wouldn’t let me add anything without ID which is weird because that’s not required when you’re just loading money, and I’ve loaded money on it hundreds of times and have never been asked for ID. I can understand if you were trying to get money off of it, but needing ID to LOAD the money on the card?? It doesn’t make sense. The manager wasn’t helpful either so I had to go to a different Walgreens and they did it right away with no issues. I read through the terms/conditions when I got home and it didn’t say anything about needing ID to load cash onto the card. Hopefully their customer service skills get better because it isn’t a bad store overall.

Pharmacy staff needs to have better attitude. I understand working as a tech can be frustrating but no excuse for the amount of attitude I received. They need to work on their behavior and professionalism.

I had my debit card charged 7 times for a transaction by accident due to them updating their card reader. No one fault, but the manager and staff was on it. The manager called me on a regular for an update. Took about a week to refund the money. I even got a $25 credit on my awards card for the inconvenience. I love this store and the staff.

Staff was super rude accused me and my friends for stealing. Followed us the whole time when we where trying to just buy some drinks and food. Then when we left the store a staff worker said we stole makeup when we did not steal anything.

This rating is only for the pharmacy part of this store.The staff in the pharmacy are so rude. They do not let you ask a question or finish your statement when you are talking. They are not willing to help at all. They make you go around and around the store just so that they can call you and tell you they can’t figure it out to call and handle the situation on your own. I will be switch all my pharmacy needs to another location or completely different store. To top it all off the wait time is ridiculous at this location.

This is only regarding the pharmacy portion of this location. I'm very unhappy about the customer service with an attitude. I've had ongoing issues with getting prescriptions filled. It varies from finding out when getting there they do not have the supplies to complete the order. I will need to come back again when they get them. I've had needed refills closed and no explanation of why. There are monthly insurance billing issues they cannot explain. It's rare to find a staff member to take the time to actually help. But then the next month it's right back to a mess again.

I was not given a receipt for some items I didn’t like, went in to do a return and was treated differently in the store by the store manager and the beauty clerk. Very unsatisfied with my visit

Had a bad experience. I went to get my wic at this walgreens and the Indian short lady didn’t want to ring me up in cosmetics. I tried to prevent the front register to have long lines. She didn’t care and was rude.

Sale item was sold out, received a rain check, promised by staff that they would call when product was delivered, that never happened, returned to this store twice and shelf was still empty, 3rd time spoke to Artur and he promised to hold item for me, was at store today and there was nothing there for me, went to Thatcher and Belmont store and was able to get my product, will not shop at Franklin Park store any longer.

Wont fill prescriptions THEY don't feel you need. Google it.... This company pretends to know more than your DOCTOR.Time to find a smaller (non-chain) shop, or buy online.

The one at the pharmacy who speaks Spanish doesn't know how to treat customers. He has a very bad attitude. This shift 7:30pm today. More friendly and non-aggressive staff are needed with clients who need help with medicines.
