Place is outta hand. Says alot about who manages there... there is no delegation, no multitasking. Pure laziness. Forget the multi tasking. This needs immediate attention. Whatever they are doing doesn't work. They need a stock team until they can get the situation under control. Come in earlier and stay a little later. 911 this store. Have a team to focus on the floor and then have someone to focus on the register and front of the house. It is not safe, wheelchairs can not come through, if a fire happens there will be no clear paths. The boxes are stocked up to unsafe heights. Big NO.

This location has gone down hill fast. Zero organization. The place is a mess. All their stock is just sitting in the aisles still in boxes. Completely unsafe. You can barely get down some of the aisles with your shopping cart. Manager needs to be replaced or they need to shut this location down.

This dollar tree is bad nothing on the shelf, they need new managers or something. Or close it down, cart with boxes each aisle is like this. Just terrible

It's the worst Dollar Storeon Tuesday November 21st at around 12:30pm. I ever been to. Employees don't even know where they're item are at. Items are not in place to where a whole pile of pie pans fell on my face from the top shelve. The employees looked at me and didn't say a word. Keep going about his business.

This place has went to s@!% everything disorganized all merchandise still in boxes in the aisles and on the floor while the employees standing around on their phones (3) and manager in front office being loud on a personal call while a long line of people waited on the slow cashier because of course there was only one register open corporate needs to visit this place

Like many people have said... Like ALMOST ALL Dollar Tree and Family Dollar locations, this place has not been swept, mopped, wiped down, or kept clean in years. There are massive dark stains in the aisles where soap or food or other things spilled and were simply left to soak into the floor and become permanent age-spots.If you buy any food items, do not eat it until you wash your hands or the packaging itself. They have bug traps all over the place, sometimes concealed, sometimes not. Still, the likelihood of your sweet or salty snack having eggs from some random insect is very high.Like most of these stores, it is severely understaffed. The cashier is also the stock person and the balloon inflator. So if anyone is there for balloons, just forget checking out within a reasonable time.There is almost always boxes blocking multiple aisles as well as open and empty packages from people swiping things.As far as the staff who are doing the best they can: I apologize if this seems harsh. It's not on you. It's on the management and corporate controls. You can only do so much with so few people.

Went to day to the DT in Franklin a park WoW worst then ever, you can barely walk in the store. I left and went to the one in Melrose park

Store itself is fine, but you'll have to deal with the lowest class grimey people that shop there. Never been to a dollar tree with more ignorant shoppers. I would say it's fine for a quick in-n-out, but I ended up waiting in line for 15+ minutes due to shoppers that like to stand there and keep sending their kids to run and grab stuff they forgot.Staff and management are great though.

Place is dirty and smells like a urinal! 🤮Crap scattered all over the place. Gal working the register was having a multi way call on her cell phone while ringing people up. Glad I only had to come here once.

The manager in there, she has an Attitude... all the time so RUDE. People go in to ask if they are hiring and she dismisses them real quick and tells them to call her on the phone when they are already there.
