This has been my go to door store for about three years. I was working on a project downtown and the designer was doing a very modern design on a 2000 sf unit. She told me she buys all her doors here and hardware. That job went so smooth that I gave been using Darpet since. This week I ordered 13 custom doors and was in their office maybe 20 minutes. Totally knowledgeable staff and a superior product. My company is called Construction Network and Darpet is part of my Network!

I did some research prior and they offered best prices. Helpful and friendly staff, was able to make an order over the email. Doors were held in stock, didn't have to wait for the delivery from the factory. Will use in the future, highly recommended.

People working in the back office are just there to give yoo the material. Nothing else. They don’t protect their material they just hand it over & go about your way. It’s if it’s damaged you better make sure you find out before driving off. Darpet takes no responsibility on their ends it’s always customers fault

Have had great experiences with Darpet doors. Bought some gorgeous interior doors for our place. Worked with Ross to find the perfect doors and he was especially helpful with some closet doors. These doors are so much better than what you can find at the bigger chain retailers! Prices are decent - you get what you pay for!

Its been about a year or so since I last shopped with my contractor here and things have changed. Nicer show room, modern trim wall, door display updated, and the waiting room in the back which is great!!!. The thing I did admire more when I 1st visted Darpet were the 2 old front desk girls. They were always smiling and happy. I felt welcomed and they helped with questions while waiting for a rep. They still are there now they are in the back row of the office. Good deals then and even now. Some of the reps can be too harsh , but I recommend JAKUB or ROSS. Ross will go out of his way for his customer. JAKUB is newer, but he was very helpful and asked questions to make sure we got what was needed.

My contractor gave me this place for doors so it couldn't help to go in person. I entered and there was a group of sales men in their computers so I decided to look at doors - hoping someone would assist- needless to say, when I approached these sales me looked at me and pretended to be 'busy' speaking their native European language laughing and playing with a stress ball. So I took my time and look at the door models and took pictures. I proceeded to the front 'check out' counter and I had a young lady give me the worst customer service experience ever. I was looking to get 2 slab barn doors , but given my small order she said 'I'll have to check if we can do that order' so I was pretty much RIDICULED and chased away from that place. Never have I left a place of business feeling not wanting business because it was a small order. Reading everyone's else's reviews it doesn't surprise me that they're all about BIG production and not about their customers. I would NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!

I want to give them 1 star but did have one decent experience with them so I am trying to be fair. I have noticed that they like to give prices over the phone or email. When you ask for an actual proposal they then send you a much higher price. Ross always says something like this, "well, we don't stock that door any more". Never mind that he just provided a phone quote two days before. I chose to spend a little bit more and purchase the doors from Maher Lumber. I will not use Darpet again. I don't have time to play price games.

Good prices. Low quality but works. Really bad customer service.Edited.I just took off 2 more start. It's very hard to communicate with the stuff in the office. Waiting in line for half an hour, begging to call you back. Still, nobody cares. After all this hassle now I'm trying to pick up the material in their warehouse. At least here I never had issues. Well, times change. There's one guy loading the orders and maybe five guys standing around doing nothing pretending they're busy. When I ask for help they were just laughing and didn't care at all. There are so few people in line ahead of me. This is a freaking joke. You buy materials from them and you cannot even pick it up. This is my last time I'm shopping here after many years. There are other places similar to this one, just bit farther. Although I prefer to be with someone who actually wants to do business with me. I think the sad part is, it was pretty well run business years ago.

I have used Darpet for several jobs over the course of time. Each time I have used this company there has been minor issues that have come up. Three weeks ago, I placed an order with Darpet. I was told that they could not guarantee a delivery date for the same week, which was totally understandable. So we settled on Thursday morning of the following week. At the time of the order, I asked if this was a sure thing and I was told it absolutely would be there that morning. That Thursday arrived, and no delivery was made. I phoned Darpet and they told me there was an issue with their deliveries and it would not be possible to receive until the following day with a window of 1 p.m to 3 p.m. I was infuriated, as this meant almost two days of lost work and a disappointed customer on the other end. Darpet had little to say about the matter, and a very nonchalant attitude in addition. I asked if the delivery could somehow be pushed up to a morning slot, or if I could come and pick up the product. The answer was no, without any suggestions on how to atone for the mistake. I asked to speak to the manager, and the gentleman on the phone stated he was the manager and no one was above him. He went as far as to retort, “What do you want me to do about it?” In the end, the delivery ended up arriving just before 12 p.m. that Friday. Dealing with Darpet is a headache, and they don’t stand behind their promise. They don’t value their customers, and therefore do not deserve your business. I won’t be doing business with Darpet in the future and I suggest you don’t either.

Good products but customer service/sales staff could use an attitude adjustment - some are really nice while others are looking to send out the door without what you need (my contractor uncle was working on my house and asked me to pick up supplies and they would not let me.use his account while paying for everything in cash - so not like I'm putting things on someone's account without payment). I was there couple of times within a month, and had to pick up my order from a different gate every time I went - and they tell you - today's pickup is at gate C and none of the gates are marked.

I had great experience dealing with Darpet. It took several changes to my order, but the rep I was dealing with, Edward, was great. He was very prompt responding to my emails and calls. He was extremely patient , professional and couteous. Along with the selection, price, and very quick delivery, it would be hard to find other place like such.

The customer services and the counter people ignore the customers and not friendly.. We went there twice. The Latino girl with the other with blond bleached hair talking with each other, using their phones, talking and talking and ignore us. We were waiting for so long the looked on us like we want to take their times. So many workers no help. E

Good prices, excellent selection. Definitively worth the trip for a larger purchase. Only one issue: Every time it takes about an hour to get my merchandise , there should be more employees helping with loading materials. It's very frustrating when you see several trucks ahead of you.

If you are looking for new or replacement doors, I highly recommend talking to Jose at Darpet Windows, Doors and Trim. He listened to out questions and concerns, then addressed them. Our doors are ordered and we look forward to seeing the finished product!

Don't get ripped off and stay far away from this place. Bad prices for the worst quality doors in the world. The paint chips away instantly and doors crack, deform within days after installation with temperature/humidity changes. My low income family had to pay for a complete redo with purchased doors from Menards weeks later. 33% cheaper and better quality at big box store: Menards. Companies like this should be jailed for what they do to people who can't afford to be ripped off.
