First off, not sure why this isn't posting my name properly. I'm Cynthia Johanson. CVS Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 2017 when I moved here from California. When I see all of these negative reviews it just blows my mind because I have been 100% satisfied with my West Frankfort CVS!!! They are hard working caring people who have always taken care of me. If you truly want a terrible CVS Pharmacy experience, go to Benton. Thank you West Frankfort CVS for being the hardworking people that you are!!!

The wait to pick up prescriptions at this CVS location is unbelievably long. They really need to figure out a way to service customers more quickly and efficiently.

Good deals. Pharmacy is busy but professional. John is by far the best pharmacist I've incountered in my life!

Worst pharmacy, they do not care about you or your medication. They think they have the right "just because I take a scheduled drug" that they can treat people like a drug addict or criminal! It's not one person, other than John the pharmacist, they all are judgemental and have, denied me my medicine, they will lie, this has happened eveye month since I've been on the medication. They say there out of stock and can olny give me a few days worth. Knowing when I get my script. How can they be out 4 5 months straight every time I show up! They just don't want to give me my who prescription. Rude, thoughtless, judgemental, nosey, drama filled people! Absolutely no professionals.. every month I have to call CVS to make them call my Dr to fax a prior auth request.. I do more work there than they fi! Ugh just awful.

I visited here in late July and received horrible service from the pharmacy. I would suggest J&S over CVS Pharmacy.

EVERY time I go to cvs in west frankfort, I ALWAYS wind up waiting for 20+ minutes, regardless of whether it is the drive thru or inside. Always wait several hours before I go to pick my prescriptions up as well, so it certainly should NOT take this long.

I have been with CVS for over 20 years now and they have always done my prescription medication the way it needs to be and always have them ready when they are due without me having to remember to call

Prices are higher here and no one seems to assist you. they just tell you where things are and when you goto the area and its not there and you tell them they say we'll you have to look. GET OFF YOUR BUTS and EARN YOUR PAY FOR ONCE.

This place is a mess, there is no coordination, organization, or communication of any kind. This place very obviously has bad management and bad employees. Waited in line an hour for a covid shot. 15 minutes on phone for a person.

When you are dropping off prescriptions, the pharmacy should tell the customer they can't just wait at the window. Been waiting for 20 minutes for 1 script.

This pharmacy is a joke. Telling me my prescription needs a renewal when I just got it renewed a month ago and whoever I was talking to was very rude and hung up on me.
