We love Bentley’s ✨ They not only have adorable products and a huge variety of healthy foods but, their staff is amazing. Everyone who works there has certifications in nutrition and they’re all soooo so kind! They are always willing to help you out and truly care for the health & well being of your furfamily. For example, we love feeding Steve’s Real Food but, it isn’t something they keep in store so they special order it for us and other customers who’ve requested it. Their staff, atmosphere, and everything about them is truly wonderful and I wish I could give 10 stars, because they deserve it ⭐️

Had the absolute best experience with Bentley's. Finding food for my increasingly picky geriatric dog had been a difficult and hopeless journey. We were shown empathy for our situation and was educated on a number of options, and were even given samples. We ultimately were steered toward a frozen option, and I am beyond happy that my dog (Sebastian) is eating again! My only regret was not catching the name of the gentleman who helped us. Words can't express the gratitude I have for you instantly improving my dog's quality of life. You've earned my business for life.

My son found this place about a year ago. We were looking for a smaller local business for our pet supplies. We wanted a pet store with good quality food and supplies with a more personalized experience. This place is an absolute gem. They stand behind their products and are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they take to help and educate the customers seeking guidance. A welcomed change from the big pet stores where helpful employees are scarce and the personal experience is nil.

This store is the best! I have been shopping here every week for a year now, and I also bring my dog Mason (who the employees know by name now, and always have a treat for him). The staff is great, they know everything about the food and treats they sell, and are always ready to answer any questions you have. Also they trust the products they carry are safe for your dog or cat, which as an owner makes shopping for them a lot easier. I highly recommend shopping here if you want to feed your pet a product that you can trust. I also recommend signing up to be a rewards member, you save a little money and know about all the deals and specials that they have.

I found this place a few years back and haven't gone back to any other pet store! I love the selection of treats that aren't in packaging and the baked goodies I can buy my puppies! If my dogs were a bit calmer I would bring them in and they would have a field day! Great service + great prices, 10/10!

I had the most pleasant experience with Dani this morning. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all things dog. She took her time and walked me through the whole store explaining what I need as a first time dog mom. She was able to show me everything I never even dreamed I would need. She wasn't forceful and having me buy things she really wanted me to feel comfortable about what I was purchasing. She also told me many tricks, I am even more excited (if that is possible) about getting my dog. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I can’t recommend Bentley’s Pet Stuff enough! Bentley’s only carries quality pet food and supplies. None of the products carried contain fillers or unhealthy ingredients. More importantly, the staff is wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable about pet health and how their products can improve pet’s diets. Each staff member is more than willing to take time for talking to customers about pet’s dietary and health needs, and which products are best for the customer. No matter your schedule or budget, Bentley’s staff can help suggest an array of healthy foods for your pet. And if the store doesn’t have what you’re looking for, the staff will gladly order something for you. After experiencing Bentley’s, you’ll never want to shop anywhere else for your pet.

We've been customers for several years, first when this location was called "Chew on This Dog Barkery" and now that it's part of Bentley's. Their customer service is second to none. What prompted me to FINALLY write this review was the wonderful experience I had last week. We were looking for new food for our dog that would help with its digestive issues :) The sales person went above and beyond to explain the various product options and help me select one, threw in a can of pumpkin for free AND stopped me from buying the largest bag of food--telling me the same product would be on sale over the next three days. The folks here always go above and beyond--and it's appreciated!

The sales rep at this store was sooo knowledgeable. As a retail store manager currently, I know what we look for in an employee and she is everything you look for. Kind, patient, again knowledgeable, and a true pet lover! Will go back because of the customer service alone. But also great product and hope to get a sale again.

Bentley's Frankfort is everything a pet store should be!!! Huge selection of toys, treats, accesories and HEALTHY food! The staff are super friendly but more importantly they are very knowledgeable and helpful! They know their customers by name (the furry ones) and make everyone feel like family! I’ve been going to Bentyls Food Supple since my puparoo was a baby. They have never let me down in trying to find the right food source for my pup! On many occasions they have even helped me to resolve some issues that I may have spent plenty of bucks on at the vet! But for my luck they were there to save the day! Most of all and importantly my dog loves going to the shop every time! The girls are just so god awfully nice and spoil the heck out of all the dogs that come in! I can’t get him unhooked fast enough before he barking at the store front window!

We absolutely *love* Bentley's!One of our dogs is diabetic. So, in addition to the insulin every twelve hours, he has to have grain-free food and snacks. (Carbs turn to sugar in the bloodstream, making them as dangerous as sweets.) Convincing a dog who's been a free-feeder all his life that he has to eat a certain amount every twelve hours isn't easy.So we found a certain type of freeze-dried food - Stella and Chewy's - which he loves. A lot of pet stores don't carry it, and those who do, generally jack the price up. This is particularly true of small shops.Bentley's not only carries it, but keeps the price very reasonable. They carry lots of things, and the prices are good on most of it. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and clearly loves animals.

Love this place staff is very helpful especially since we visited during Frankford Fall Fest. Great selection of treats from bully sticks to different types of tracheas. Clothing and leashes, harnesses etc. are great as well. Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try.

Dogs and cats must dream of being set loose in this place. High end, high quality pet foods. Kibble, freeze dried, canned, raw,chews,treats and toys. You find it all in a quaint storefront far from the corporate box stores popping up in strip malls. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always happy to assist. Hard to tell who gets the better treatment the people of the pets. My go to place.

This place will always have a special place in my heart. I used to go regularly with my previous dog that I lost a year and a half ago..it was our special outing. The girls there are very kind and knowledgeable and so special! Highly recommend this place for very healthy, natural food and treats for dogs.
