Christina did an amazing job on Budders! His groom, cut, wash, nail trim, ear clean was done with such love and care to my Budders. Budders came home shining and smelling wonderful! He was even fashioned with a beautiful blue flower that he sported for our evening walks around our neighborhood. I cannot say enough about the service at Lavage Pet Spa and highly recommend Christina to take great care of your fur baby!

I live just up the street from Lavage and decided to try her out to groom my big dog (half lab half bloodhound). I had an appointment scheduled the day before I had an event planned at my home, because nobody likes a smelly dog haha. She had a family emergency and had to cancel, and I totally understood. We tried to find another place to go and could not find anywhere that had openings and some wouldn't even groom a big dog! I contacted her back to see if she could squeeze him in the next day and her availability worked out perfectly, she even offered to pick him up and drop him off for me before knowing just how close we lived! I ended up dropping him off and when I arrived she even had a welcome sign out front with his name on it! The salon itself is absolutely adorable and she was a total gem. When I offered my payment she wouldn't accept it and stated that this time was on the house due to the inconvenience of her cancelling! I was blown away! She did an amazing job and then dropped him off for me on top of it! I will never go anywhere else, my pup came back looking great, smelling good, and happy despite his separation anxiety. I've been bringing my dog here for 3 years now. Kristina is the best. She makes sure your fur baby is taken care of with 1:1 care. My dog always looks and smells amazing after his visit. Two things to note. Always book in advance, she is very busy and is a one woman business. If you have an issue, Kristina always does her best to make it right.

Kristina is the best! The shop is beautifully done, a very easy location to get to which is nice! The personal touch she adds and the comfort she provides to my dog is amazing. After our first visit, she sent a printed out photo of my dog with a personal thank you letter. That is true customer service!On top of ALL, my dog Colt looks better than he ever has!

We had the best experience at Lavage Pet Spa! Bear is usually very anxious when he gets groomed and this was the very opposite experience for us! He was matted & Kristina worked through them instead of just shaving him. His cut was just like a photo I showed her. He left with a bag of treats & an adorable photo emailed! I love that it is only one dog at a time so Bear was never kennelled. It was super fast too! We are so excited Lavage is in town & can’t wait to bring our pup back! Thank you, Kristina! You are amazing!

Had s great experience at Lavage Pet Spa. It was my husky’s first real grooming experience and Kristina was great with her. I loved that it was by appointment and that there are no cages, so my dog didn’t freak out.My husky looked and smelled great and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Lavage and will definitely be bringing Skye( my husky), back again.

I brought my dog Jillian In and all I have to say is Kristina is the absolute best. I love how she schedules by appointment so it's a very personal and professional experience with no cages and makes the dog feel at home. And to top it off theres doggy perfume that makes my dog smell amazing and lasts a long time.

AMAZING!! Kristina is absolutely incredible. I brought my 5 month old maltipoo to her today for a full grooming and she did a fantastic job. She was done with him in an hour and he was so happy and looked and smelled great. Her place is clean and she provides one on one service to your furbaby. I highly recommend Lavage Pet Spa! 🤩❤️🐾🐶

The absolute best. I have a chocolate lab and a golden doodle. She is amazing with both of them, but we initially decided to go there because every time I would get the doodle groomed they would shave her and I dislike that look a ton! Lavage listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job with her. Perfect length! Short enough to keep Wrigley cool in the summer but long enough so she does not look like an overweight cartoon! Many thanks, not only will I be back I will be referring Lavage to my friends and family with dogs. We live in Palatine and make the drive to her..... she’s that good!!!!!!

Absolutely love this place. I’ve been struggling to find a groomer that I really liked and that my pups didn’t seem anxious when I dropped them off. My 2 hated going to the groomer and would fight going in. With Kristina they both go running in, so excited to be there. I don’t live close, about a 25 minute drive each way. I feel that it’s worth the inconvenience to have a great groomer that I’m comfortable with and that my pups love.

Bellas coat has never been so white and shiny, I was impressed with not only kristinas professionalism but the care and true excitment to meet us. Bella not only got a great spa day but was suprised with a complimentary printed photo of her after the spa appointment. I will be definitely be recommending her to everyone!!! Lavage Pet Spa is a very professional place. I called to make an appointment late in the evening, and I was able to bring my dog in within 5 minutes of my call. Lavage Pet Spa is very affordable, and the groomer is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place to any local pet owners.

Kristina, groomed my three dogs today,Rocky my Pitbull, Rusty my Cockapooand Princess my Shih Tzu, It wasthe best grooming my dogs haveever had, she treated them as ifthey were her own. I love Lavage Pet Spa I would recommend her to everyone.

Absolutely the best! It's total red carpet treatment for your furry family member. Its unbelieveable, the amount of thoughtfulness/caring/love, Kristina put into making sure my baby, was cared for. I will never go anywhere else, just amazing.. As I arrived, (Baylee my black lab) and I were greated with a chalk board outside the shop that said "Welcome Baylee" the service just continued to melt my heart. This is a true "one on one" groomer scenario, I admit I didn't know this even existed before my visit.In the past with my first dog, I went to a grooming place in Lake Zurich, I'd drop her off and it would sometimes take 5-6hours before I'd get the, "ok your dog is done" phone call. There were 10-15 dogs all barking caged up for hours. None of that here!My only regret is, not taking my furry loved one to #Lavagepetspa sooner!!

First booked an appointment about 2 months out and the day of she cancelled, no big deal as things happen. Our second appointment was also booked over a month in advance and day of she cancelled again due to a family emergency. I explained that 2/2 appointments were cancelled day of and it was frustrating, which she said she would call me on 1/5 to reschedule ASAP. Well, it’s 1/11 and I never heard from her. There was also an Instagram picture posted of drinks on the beach during this time so now I’m questioning the true reason as well…. Very disappointed in this situation as we waited so long just to have these appointments cancelled with no follow-up.
