I went to this store after purchasing a new phone. I was experiencing problems. I was very frustrated (to say the least). However, I spoke with James, who was so patient, so knowledgeable, and very tenacious as he worked to solve my phone's issues. He was able to fix my phone's issues and calm me down (before I had a complete meltdown). I had to pay a fee as I had purchased my phone 2 days before. I was not happy about that at first, but it was worth every penny in the end because James is knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend this store and definitely ask for James. He'll make you glad you came to Verizon.

VERIZON USERS TAKE NOTICE!! This is the only place for real Verizon phone support. Skip the agent stores that only want to sell new devices instead of troubleshooting and actually helping customers... after you waited an hour. The manager Mackenzie and agent James were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. TOP SHELF!!!

This past week we came into Verizon to had 3 lines switched onto a new account. Zach from Verizon was very helpful and explained who we needed to talk to in order to get this done. After switching the lines onto a new plan, Zach made us an entire breakdown of what trading in the phones looked like, our estimated bill, explained the different levels of service, etc. This entire process took a little bit, but Zach was always ready to answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and we will be requesting him with any other service we need. He did a fantastic job and the service was great!

Never again will I use this particular location as they think it's cute to bump people waiting to assist people however they see fit regardless how long someone has been waiting which goes to show they could give a shot less about their customers. Not only that the individual that was allowing other customers to go in front of me even after I said something got smart with me.

Iman at the Forysth location was AWESOME!!!!! Her patience and customer service skills were exceptional. She took the time to guide me through the steps to renew my discount as due to expire. I'm not that savy with technology but she made sure everything was uploaded. I would recommend Iman for any Verizon services. She is a high 5.

They wouldn't let my husband in. Covid rules only 1 person at a time. I ordered online and was supposed to pick up but they couldn't find my order. Made me go sit im my car waiting on the phone to speak to someone. Then after waiting awhile, someone gets on and says that I need to talk to someone else and puts me on hold again for lord knows how long and I ended up giving up. Meanwhile,4 employee standing inside chatting. What is it that they are there for anyway if only one of us can go in but nobody can help us? Lost cause!!😤

My phone died unexpectedly and I couldn't get in to anything and I was so afraid I would not have the money to get my upgrade setup so quickly. Vernon was SO helpful, he walked me through everything and gave me specific prices for what my options were. I was able to get a REALLY nice upgrade with the budget I had. He also looked up various other information for me that I was curious about. Most of all- he helped me use my NEW phone to get back into all of my accounts, I didn't lose my wedding pictures or my pictures of my beloved dog and I absolutely would have lost it all if he hadn't taken the time to help me get all set up! So thankful for his help and patience today.

Extremely poor customer service all around the boardThere were workers just standing around as I came in with my 2 kids. 1 is 3 years old and the other 1 is 1 year old. No one took the initiative to try to help me out. And when I went to speak to what appeared to be a manager named Lauren. She was very rude, unprofessional and on accommodating to say the least, and it would be a disadvantage and liability to keep such a worker working for Verizon. Because she will definitely make somebody else go take their business elsewhere.I went there just to take a brand new phone back to Verizon in order to exchange it on my plan. Because I did not want that particular phone. But this lady made it extremely difficult and discouraged me to leave with her unappropriate conduct.Extremely rude worker there named Lauren.I opened a package in front of her with a brand new phone, and she grabbed the phone, and the plastic came Undone and she told me I had to pay a $50 reshtocking fee.I Told her that I did not do that. And that obviously came undone during shipping or something. I don't know, but she was adamant about Not accepting my phone without some form of payment and all I was trying to do was exchange one new phone to get another with. My new plan is all, but she obviously did not want to do the work and use discouraging tactics in order to the situation extremely complicated.. And then walked off fblowing her breath real hard as if I wa irritating to her for her to do her job.This worker has no type of customer service attack and she is the type that will make people take their business elsewhere..

The people working here act like they do not want to help you at all, it pays just to call in and use the customer service line. The person on customer service line took care of me in less than 5 minutes but the people at this store refused to do anything and told me I needed to call because they didn't understand anything.

The staff at this Verizon Store saved me from getting craiglist scammed. The scammer got my $600.00 but because the nice young lady working the front desk was quick to identify the problems with the "brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus". I was able to stop "Robin" from getting away with my money. Like the old saying goes if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is....Thank you so much Decatur Verizon.

I have had nothing but issues from awful(understated) customer service, to defected devices, they changed us to a business account with assured perks( their was none) bill was suppose to be less with switch!!! Noone there has any idea how to fix issues, last experience the associate got up said he couldn't deal with the issues and needed to Tru it t over to someone else, left me standing there!!! Awful, horrible store,,,people come and go,,,they are rude and non professional as they come,,, BEWARE!!!

Previous phone died suddenly. I dreaded a new phone. Mason at the Forsyth Verizon store was pleasant & helpful. He didn't try to sell me some fancy or expensive phone & even brought up special deals on my account that reduced my monthly bill. 1st time in about 12yrs that everything transferred fron my old phone to the new one. Mason took care of it all!

I seldom see such poor customer service. Today I watched a rude employee talk down and mean to an elderly gentleman. Then I even got to experienced it, thanks to Edna. I was trying to purchase a case and screen protector prior to activating a new phone as per the suggestion of the Verizon Business personal. It was suggested I go to this Corporate store to get the best service and exactly what I needed for my employers business account. Edna activated the phone without asking and then couldn't find my account so I could not purchase what I needed. I ended up going to Best Buy to get what I needed but at a 25% higher cost. I had no option but to spend more money thanks to Edna actions. Also, as I was leaving I said thank you. Edna said you're welcome. I told her I was being sarcastic and her reply was "So was I".I will not return to this store again. Thankfully my personal cell carrier is not Verizon. If I could give negative stars I would.

Went to this store to have our son transfer his line to his own account. Sales staff told us they couldn’t help us and that we would have to call a 800 number to do this ourselves. Have is a handout of a a dozen numbers for different services that could be taken care off. He was going to purchase a $1300 phone and they told us to purchase it online and then he could come back and pick it up. Needles to say they lost his business. Went to T-Mobile and had everything up and running in 30 minutes.

I do not recommend this store at all! Traded in our phones last December to upgrad. Have had nothing but issues with the whole process. Save yourself time and aggravation. Go somewhere else.

I was just at this Verizon store yesterday and Edna, the Sales Associate who helped me, was wonderful. I was there for 1.5 hrs due to an issue with my old phone and she helped me retrieve all of my contacts and most of my pictures that I thought I had lost! She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind with me. Edna also helped me choose a new phone that was best for my needs, answering all of my questions. My old phone had just abruptly died... I walked in the store a little distressed and walked out a very happy customer. Thank you for ALL you do!

The physical store was clean and tidy but the customer service was pretty bad. Why have four employees there who can't/won't do the bare minimum to help existing customers (especially the older folks)

Stopped in tonight after being instructed by Verizon tech support to do so with a iPhone XR issue. Walked in to witness the manager ( Chris ) sitting on a bench with what appeared to be a customer while another salesman was talking with them both. Another customer was walking around with her daughter and looked aggravated. After a few minutes the manager walked over to us and asked for a name to register us. The other lady that was waiting asked why she hadn’t been served yet since she was there first, his reply was “ I’m registering them then I will assist you “. She stormed out of the store which made the other salesman start laughing . The manager didn’t make any effort to stop the lady or apologize which made me nervous about our visit immediately. Chris then asked how he could help us. I explained that we were instructed by Verizon technical support to stop in ( after a very polite and professional 1 hour on the phone with the lady ) to our local Corporate Verizon store and ask to speak with a manger about our less than 2 month old phone crashing . He asked where we Purchased the phone and after finding out it was from a “ authorized Verizon dealer “ instructed us to return to them to get a remedy. I informed him that we had already tried that the day before with no results and was told by Verizon to stop in at this location and a manger would be able to help us. He said he couldn’t do anything , at this point I let Chris know that his comment was obvious due to how he handled the previous customer . He showed extreme lack of concern to which I informed him I was contacting corporate. His response was “ Go Ahead” . We left and sat in the car while calling corporate and I witnessed Chris and the other salesman laughing about it . I could. I longer sit while on hold watching this behavior from a Manager and his staff without becoming further infuriated so we left . If this is the type of personnel and customer service Verizon gives, I’m switching providers again. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone . I must also add that we had stopped at the Bloomongton , I’m corporate location Sunday night ( 1-2 hour before closing ) and was greeted and helped in a very polite and professional manner. . This store thought they had the problem resolved ( 1/2 hour AFTER closing but unfortunately we feel it is a defective phone. Stu away from this store if Chris and his buddy salesman are around, you will get no where .

I switched all 4 lines from sprint to Verizon and added a new line as well. The lady helping g me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She ended up staying after close to make sure everything was done right. Never once did I feel like she was rushing me out of the store and all of my questions were answered.

Very helpful! Went in to ask about fixing my current phone and possibly upgrading it. The associate that helped me answered all my questions and even offered some ideas that hadn't crossed my mind. They are sometimes pretty busy, but when it is your turn to be helped they take as much time as needed to help you and find the best solution for your needs.

I took a phone in to switch it to another account. The guy behind the counter glanced at it and said that they no longer support that model. I found out later that they do in fact still support that model. I took it somewhere else and they were able to activate it with no problems.

I have always had a good experience with this store and everyone has always been friendly. But today I am very disappointed. When I went in a lady named Edna greeted my family and was rude from the get go. You can tell she doesn’t like her job. Her attitude was just nasty and she definitely shouldn’t be in customer service. You will loose a ton of customers if you don’t get rid of her. Also your manager is very poor in his customer service as well. Went back after the issue I had and he wasn’t very helpful at all. Sorry Verizon but the experience I had today makes me think about switching providers just for the customer service!

Edit. Updating my post to reflect my most recent experience. The customer service is HORRIBLE. This store was the best in the area a few years ago but that is not the case anymore. Save yourself a trip and visit the location in the mall. If you do business online do not expect outstanding customer service. Otherwise all my needs were met.

A BIG shout out to Rebecca, the new manager of this store. Her customer service is beyond measure! I met her at her old store in AZ with a huge billing issue that went unresolved for many months. She committed to me that she would follow through to get things resolved....and despite relocating across the country, she kept her promise and SOLVED my very frustrating and seemingly impossible issue!Many, many thanks to Rebecca for her persistence and compassion. This Verizon location is indeed fortunate to have her!

The staff provided tremendous help when my mother and I went to trade in our old iPhones. They were very patient and kind. The woman who helped us, Alex, spent a great deal of time working with us trying to navigate the annoying system that is iCloud.
