Went to the cash register and a lady was in line in front of me. She goes to cash register 2 because the light was on. Cashier passes her and says she can get me over here at a different register. I told the cashier I believe that she was first (the shopper at register 2) cashier says oh there’s no one over there and tells the lady she’ll have to get back in line!? So rude….. I almost said something I should have…… I’m not sure why the cashier acted that way.

I love this TJMaxx because it is fully stocked with all the things. I found plenty of clothes for us and the kids. Some of the kids was slim pickings, but they were having a huge clearance event when we went so toddler sizes were very hard to find for my niece. But going again i found what i needed in kitchen utensils, a very nice tea kettle, an Easter decoration (i wanted them all) and some dog poop bags. We knocked what we needed out in one store. I've gone to Ross, but whenever i go, it is almost completely empty. I don't know why? Prices are not that much different. But ill go to TJMaxx anyday for their wide selections. And checkout was fast.

It's pretty small store but the staff has always been helpful in my experience. There is a separate entrance into the mall. This (and Hobby Lobby) has become the new anchor for this mall, really.

The store is to crowded not enough room in the store can't get but one cart down the aisles. Have to back up or go around terrible the store is to small for all the stuff you have

I had some last minute holiday shopping on 12.23.2021. I came when they opened and it was so peaceful shopping. The employees didn’t bother me a million times asking if I needed help. I was able to just take my time and look around. The prices are pretty affordable and their selection is nice.

This is one of my favorite stores.. They have such a nice variety of things to choose from and they have regular sales and clearance racks that are a must check out..

This store never fails to please! Selection is very good...whether you are shopping for clothing, cosmetics, special teas or jams. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Dressing rooms are clean and The store is usually very tidy (Love that word!)!! Love this store!

Went in for our annual comfy blanket for the winter. Found goodies for our pets & of course Halloween decorations. Greeted when we entered the store. Wonderful check out service. Awesome merchandise for a great price!

I really only come here for shoes, toys and clearance bath and beauty items. Since our store moved locations, the selection changed quite a bit for boys clothing and is a lot more crowded. Overall, still a great store. I just wish they hadn't switched locations.

Sometimes this store can feel very overwhelming to me but every now and then I will go in and find a lot of great sales! I was really enjoying all the Valentine's Day Decor this year!

Love this place!! Anything and everything you need for around the house. Different, unique food items. Delicious smelling candles. Clothing for all ages. Bath, bedroom, kitchen, animals, all types of accessories! Games, Christmas items, rugs, blankets, pillows, baby shower gifts. Everything is cheap!! Best prices for the quality of items!! Lots of clearance items that are dirt cheap!

Very good selection, I disliked the old location but find myself looking forward to coming again to the new location. Only bad part of my experience was trying on a few of my selections. I was treated very poorly, there must be a lot of theft with signs in every dressing room warning people not to steal.

I love variety but the shelves are packed so full it's almost hard to navigate aisles. Spacing them out a bit would help, otherwise great selection!

I would never personally shop here but I bought something from the decatur store and they forgot to take the. Security tag off, when I went here, they took it off swiftly. Great customer service.

like how well priced things are but i miss the old one in Decatur by Kroger to me it had more stuff but not bad as some other TJmaxxs Ifound a $20 ski/bike helmet that goes online for $40 so my best technique is to look up the product I want online in-store then see if it is worth it as some thing are a good deal but others are not as they need to make a profit somewhere also look at multiple of what you want as the tags can be different prices for the same thing

Over the last 30 years TJ Maxx has constantly been a Marvel of a store. You can get high in items that have some slight flaw that it's barely noticeable and a fraction of the price. Plus there are plenty of interesting Oddball sales items and imports you couldn't find anywhere else. I highly recommend this place which is not located at Hickory Point Mall instead of brettwood Village in Decatur
