Not one of the workers know or understand fish or aquarium maintenance. I go every other day to talk to the manager and hiring manager about possibly getting a job and how they don’t have anyone who knows about fish maintenance or health. I told them my knowledge not only about fish but everything to a tee. Was told to apply and I did. Came in everyday to talk to the co workers and manger just for him to hire a girl who knows absolutely nothing about fish or water changes *dead and sick fish everywhere at this location* was told this lady was fired previously due to missing and such. I was told the manager knows her personally which we all know what that means. No one knows anything the fish are always dead and they hire crackheads before any knowledgeable employee. It’s a shame for the fish being killed everyday and concerning that the manager even told me he has issues with certain employees and hired someone who was fired? Weird vibes and he walks around with a frown and is extremely unwelcoming. I don’t write reviews and I’m not one to care but we’re talking about living things here. God knows how the other animals are treated or taken care of. Theirs legit one employee that actually does their job. Love talking to her and so does everyone else. But seriously come on guys.

Alyssa did great with my sweet husky! Freya had a bath and blowout to get rid of some excess hair. She smells wonderful, the hair is much more manageable, and she looked great! I could tell she made Freya feel comfortable during her visit. Thank you

horrible experience this was my first time coming here and my last I specifically said please leave my Yorkies hair long on the top and put a bow and I come get her and the cut her ponytail off, it's about 2 inches long you can't even put a bow on it. Then Zack the groomer tries to argue with me saying he left it long I don't know what his definition of long is because he cut it so short you can't even put it in a ponytail.

Grooming are not flexible showed up and was told my apt was made for Decatur Alabama was told I didn't need rabies shot since my puppy didn't turn 4 months till next dayI traveled from out of town was told by a man they couldn't help me today. So I made appointment for next day. Then told I'd have to have to prove rabies shots since he was 1 day over 4 months old. Will never go or recommend this place. Very unreasonable and unwilling to help

YumYum, Gizmo, & Greta have been coming here for many, many years. I believe they have see almost all groomers and their response when they come walking out says it all. Their heads held high and tails a wagging shows they feel proud in how they look and that says it all.

We usually do online pick-up orders when shopping PetSmart, but, decided to take our almost 15 week old American Bully with us and actually go in today. The staff and other customers were all very polite and friendly. It's a rough time right now for any Bully "type" breed out in public, and we were prepared for some negativity, but, were pleasantly surprised that we encountered absolutely none. He got the chance to pick out a few new toys and treats, but, most importantly, he was able to socialize with people and other pets, which is SO important when it comes to his breed to help move towards ending the stigma of Bully breeds. ❤️

I have an Oscar that I get feeders for from here.. my fish caught ick 2 times from there feeders he just died 2 days ago from it. Had this fish 3 years.. don't buy feeders from there..

Full line of pet products from beds, crates, food, collars, toys, vitamins, pet gates, brushes, nail grinders, aquariums, etc.... Polite, courteous and attentive staff. They also have grooming for hair and nails. Conveniently located just off the highway.

Went for crickets. Was served promptly and very friendly. Cashier was nice about informing on an unpriced item i was looking at. By the way the maple flavored bubbles are soo worth the money. They really smell and taste like bacon. My dogs love them

We used the adoption service to adopt our cat. We put an application in on Saturday and the APL called us on Monday to adopt him. Super easy and great service. PetSmart in general has a wide variety of pet options.

It would be nice if Petsmart wasn't so expensive but it's the only place in town that sells the dog food I need. Otherwise the store is great. Wide variety of anything you need for your pet.

I have never had a negative experience in this store! The staff always greets everyone that walks in with respect and with a happy tone of voice.Everything is easy to find or the staff is willing to help. I just wish the prices were a little lower but they have extremely cute items for all pets!

Terrible service. I was looking for fish food. It was obvious I needed help while three employees stood there having a real good conversation. They wouldn't have said anything if I didn't say "I know you guys see me needing help!" That's when they became helpful.

We have taken our ShihTzu puppy here several times to be groomed. After her appointment yesterday 12/14/22, we will never bring her to the Forsyth store againShe was totally shaved…even her tail.Not sure the person that groomed her knew what she was doingI have called to speak to the manager and have not received a call back

Excellent salon staff. My sweet girl was in a shelter for 4 months before I adopted her. She is extremely shy and skittish. She was also filthy. The staff were very reassuring and got her clean and fresh-smelling. After her appointment she refused to get in the crate; she’s terrified of them after her experience in the shelter. Instead of forcing her in, and traumatizing her further, a salon member stepped out to where I was waiting to let me know she was ready. This extra care means so much to me and I will definitely bring Honey back the next time she needs to be bathed.

Overall, it is a good place to get just about whatever ever you need for your animals. The associates are generally well adverse in the products and helpful. I do recommend you check prices online and have them price match.

My dogs love to go shopping at PetSmart. We always have such a good experiences. One of the coustomers was so taken by our miniature schnauzer they bought a special toy and said Merry Christmas to us. How special this was.We now have our miniature schnauzer in puppy training class. We meet every Saturday for one hour of class. Pippa is starting to learn new commands and really enjoys the special attention she gets. It is a great experience for her and for me too.
