If you shop the sales and use Kohl's cash then spend away. I would never come here to just grab something at regular retail. The clothing is pretty good quality, not much to say bad there. I do not buy shoes here anymore. Located at the mall in Forsyth.

I don't understand the magic behind their pricing but my wife has got it all figured out. I swear she can buy a seasonal wardrobe, 2 small kitchen appliances, and some quirky kitchen gadgets and still not break a $100 bill.In all seriousness, we just bought myself a dress shirt and 3 casual shirts for Mama. The total price on the card was $5.

I love Kohls, but two recent online orders had security tags on them. I was told I needed to bring items into the store for removal. I sometimes buy online to save time, but having to drive from one end of town to the other is a hassle at times.

Ordered online and picked up my order at store. First time for us to do pick up and was very pleased of how it went so well. Associate was very nice and even asked if she could help with anything else. Thank you. Love Kohl's and Staff. Great prices and yes love my Kohl's Cash Savings .

Can't try on clothes. I'm exchAnging something later, might have to edit this...The exchange was quick and painless but I did have my receipt, all the tags I had removed and also had the foresight to grab what I wanted to trade the one bra for before I went to the returns/exchange area. Be prepared, people, a lot of the hold ups you encounter at the store counter is yours or another customer's fault for not being proactive.

Very nice people down to earth most of them you'll get maybe a rude one every now and then but the girls the other day were really awesome they help me look for some stuff even though I couldn't find anything I was looking for some jeans a lot of times they have good stuff there and if you hit it right you can really get stuff on sale but if it's not on sale it's too expensive I got my air fryer there I tried four different air fryers the emerald was the best there is one that I would like to get and it's bigger can't afford it at the moment

The experience is nice. I bought what I wanted plus a gift for my daughter who was also shopping beside me...however...both my daughter and I picked up on...unless you specifically request the additional discount coupon digital phone which she knows how to do and I do not ...you will not get that discount...I did receive it but only because my daughter was standing beside me.

I hate doing online shopping because you can't try things on. I had to return a pair of winter boots.I also purchased another pair of shoes at the same time. When I returned the boots; I should've still had a $10 Kohl's cash to use on something. I started out having $20 Kohl's cash. When the lady done the return it totally wiped out the entire $20 Kohl's cash. Should've been only $10 not returned.

Really have been dissatisfied with my last two Kohls experiences. Please screen your checkouts!! If you don't want to offer or give the discounts at the front don't put them out there! Was just getting ready to pull up a 20 percent off and she scanned a 15% off and RUDELY sent me on my way. I greeted her with a smile, asked her how her day was and nothing but RUDE!

They weren't very busy but we are lucky to have a Kohl's store. My sister was looking for special shoes and she didn't find them today. The clerk was very amenable and kind. I would recommend Kohl's for shopping.

I have always loved Kohl's. They're selection is excellent. But their shoe department is not up to par. Isles are too tight, in the shoe department and lingerie ONLY. The isles are so tight you can barely push their carts down them. Even if you don't have a cart. If two people want to pass each other it is almost an intimate experience. I commend Kohl's for being a Amazon drop off place. Thanks 😊 Kohl's.
