Kay’s is wonderful! The first gift my husband gave me was a cross necklace from Kay’s. I’ve worn it nearly everyday for 14 years! The bracelet I recently got from the Forsyth store is so beautiful. Venus and Kate are the best and picked out the perfect bracelet to match my style!

I had the best experience last evening with a wonderful customer service person at the Hickory Point Kay Jewelers. I didn’t catch her name but she helped me trouble shoot my engagement ring and quickly offer a solution to solve my problem even with me being from out of town! She went above and beyond and I am so appreciative!

12/28/23 Need to update working hours. The internet says that your store is open until 8:00 during the week. I arrived at 7:40 after a 30 minute drive to pick up 2 rings and you were closed. Poor business choice.

I waited patiently while two employees waited on a single customer. (Although they didn't actually show her any jewelry during this time, the customer was just telling a story.) Was looked at multiple times by both employees (and the other customer) but never even acknowledged. After 10-15 minutes of waiting without even a hello, I left. I am a very patient person, but this was ridiculous. Not a chance I would do business there.

Damaged my ring while working on it after delivering it late. Do not go here if you want any kind of quality service. They have "promise dates" of when things will be done that apparently aren't real. It was over a week late after waiting a month for my ring to be worked on. In the process of them "fixing it" they bent my ring. The shop clearly has no quality controls over sending things out, so it got shipped back to the store for me to get told it was ready and then getting another call that actually it's bent. So they sent it back to the shop on a "rush". Yet another promise date that has been pushed back, so my ring has been gone for nearly 2 months because they damaged it. Not a good experience and nothing from them besides a sorry. Shop local over going to this chain store that doesn't care about their customers.

With Many stores leaving Hickory Point Mall, I was very impressed with my whole experience at Kay Jewelers. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted going into the store. However, with the sales associate help, I was able to find the perfect ring to fit the occasion and very under budget. This is why I give them 5 stars.

All stores should know the guidelines and policies ! My daughter tried to return an item I purchased online in another state to her nearest store and they turned her away because she didn't have the card I used to purchase. Well if the item was purchased online as a gift the person wouldn't have the card it was initially purchased, so that is why there is a gift option and a purchase order slip inside that you are able to scan for the return in the box that was shipped ! I have purchased many items online etc. and they will return the amount on the original form of payment no card needed or allow the person to use the amount refunded to purchase another item instore with the credited amount!

In November of 2017 I paid Kay’s $475 to fix all the prongs on my wedding ring so I would not lose any more diamonds. ( I had lost one and found it) Wednesday February 28 I lost another diamond. When I went in to complain , they first said my guarantee was up. Six months. No had only been less tha 4 months. Then they said that is not the diamond we put in. No but I paid to have all the diamonds secured. Then they said all the prongs are fine you just lost a diamond. I paid to have them ALL fixed so I would not lose another diamond. They said I could buy another diamond and they would put it in. Really why would I want to have them fix anything.
