Big fan of their build your own 6 pack. They are a bit like the Walmart of liquor stores and it's always fun to look around. They have always been clean, well stocked, and well organized every time I get a chance to visit.I couldn't find my favorite (O'Fallon Salted Pretzel beer) but they were happy to look it up for me. Went home with a couple 6 packs that aren't stocked at my favorite local liquor store.The animal themed bottle holders near the front were very cute and unique. The prices were on par with what I've seen elsewhere.

This is the place to go whether you need drinks for the night, a large order for a party, or a refill for your liquor cabinet. Great selection of everything and friendly, helpful staff. Also has the best selection of hard ciders!

WAY overpriced! By up to $20 Per Bottle of regular mid shelf liquor? Wth, that's Unbelievable that half mile away it is literally $20 cheaper... Same alcohol, same size bottles. Sad! Don't waste your money here

The place is so large with such a great selection you have to ask where some of your favorites are and the staff is very helpful. They stock most all sizes so you can get just what you need. And they stock the best Root Beer, Fitz!

Very good selection of bourbon, with reasonable prices UNLESS it's something allocated or difficult to find. If they have it, expect secondary market prices at least 2-3x over retail. Larceny Barrel Proof C921 at $119? Come on man...

I could spend all day in this store. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. If you like beer or wine you have to stop here and see the selection. I find beer here that I cannot find anywhere else in the area. This is definitely my go-to stock up store for holidays and parties when I am in Decatur

I have driven all the way across town to buy what appears to be a bargain — only to find out that the inventory on the website (“in stock”) does not match the inventory in the store’s system (“out of stock”). This has happened frequently enough to make me think the prices and “in stock” inventory numbers on the website are only bait to bring people into the store.

Friar has a HUGE selection of wine, beer and hard liquor. I end up trying different kinds of beer every time. The prices are excellent. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

It's nice to have a large beer and liquor store in the area that isn't unreasonably priced. One of the largest selections of beer, wine, hard liquor and cocktail drinks. Usually better priced than the grocery stores and almost always better priced than gas stations. If you're looking for alcohol this is probably your best bet.

Awesome liquor store had never been in a Friar Tuck before. And though they had an incredible selection of wine they didn't have the beer I was looking for. Still a great place for a nice selection.

I frequent this location because they always have a great selection of craft beers (in coolers and on shelves). The staff is helpful, friendly and seems to take pride in making sure there isn't an empty space on a shelf.

Mask Nazis. I have never had a problem with Friar Tuck establishments. However the Forsyth store would not let me check out without a mask even though I presented them with my ADA doctor's note stating I cannot wear a mask, as well as my vaccination card showing I am double vaccinated. Even though the CDC has relaxed the requirements, the assistant manager would not. I will no longer do business with this store due to their disrespect for people with disabilities.

Best place for all things alcohol in Macon County. Not a local business, but their selection is unbeatable. Only bad thing I can think of is to be careful with the men's restroom's lock. Visited on New Years Eve and they had to call the fire department because someone had accidentally locked themselves in the men's restroom

I've never seen the vast selection of spirits anywhere else! If you are looking for a particular brand or type, I bet they have it!

The staff working were very helpful. The lady searched their system to find if they carried a specific type of apricot brandy (Jacquin's) and unfortunately they don't. I asked about Risata Moscato d' Asti. They didn't have any in the shelf, they had just a truck in and she went in the back and found some of the wine I was seeking. I'm very grateful to her and the ladies were very polite and very respectful. I will definitely go back.

My son took us to see this store that sells alcohol. But Friar Tucks sells a whole lot more. They do sell wine and liquor but they also sell ingredients for mixing drinks, old soda brands that can' t be bought anywhere else (Fizz and pop my mother remembered drinking when she was a little girl) and a selection of fancy cheeses. The store was clean and well lit and had an extensive selection of wine. We walked out with several pops and a couple of bottles of flavoring. No alcohol at all. It was really neat to be able to include not just my 17 year old son in this shopping experience but also my 69 year old mother. If we had been visiting a regular place that sells just alcohol neither would have had such an enjoyable experience.

For a liquor store, they sure had more choices on hand than the Binny's in Champaign that's supposed to have everything. I found what I been looking for here that's out everywhere else near me! Wish this place was closer!
