They stole my beats headphones and decided to ship me a bottle of lotion, call the store and they said they had the wrong color and had no problem with me picking it up. Got there and the store manager Erica said they would not let me pick them up because they would lose money. How about my 200.00 dollars ?

Worst experience ever. How is this an auto center but referred me to go to a mechanic because they couldnt take out the lug nuts on one tire. 2 1/2 hrs for 3 tires? Will never go again!! And do not recommend because now while driving my car is making a noise???

Overall, the store was a bit messy and cluttered.Check-out: I use self service - the area was also clustered with left over merchandise and dirty.But received excellent customer service from a youngman when I was looking for Distilled water in the Baby aisle.For this reason, I'm going to give it 3 ⭐⭐⭐

Came here twice to get my tires done and both times have been exceptional! I live a half hour away but I’d drive here than anywhere else for my tire needs. The staff is friendly and truly work from their hearts. Will always be back

Employees being helpful is null & void. Not to mention the long lines with only 2 cashiers open. If I am going to ring myself up and pack my own groceries, then you need to give me a discount. I am not an employee, I am not getting paid to do somebody's job. Not many trips to Walmart for me. Just done

Went to purchase TV, They left wrong price up on sign and wouldn't honor they're mistake! Description, sku number and everything match, I asked for manager she said she was the manager, I asked for store manager or Assistant manager and she said they weren't they're as a retail manager myself, I knew that was a lie. Never ever returning to this Walmart! Marked $148 and was told $148, When the same person rung us up, came up $198

After 10:30pm go somewhere else to shop.They stop letting customers into the store as early as 10:30 pm even though it says they close at 11p.Walmart needs to change the time they say they close so people stop wasting time and gas coming to Walmart thinking they close at 11p.

It's a Walmart, so you probably know what to expect in terms of atmosphere and your fellow shoppers. However, they usually have what I'm looking for and it's almost always the lowest non-sale pricing for groceries. Just updated with a lot of self checkout lanes and I never wait more than a few minutes to check out, even on busy days. If price and speed matters the most to you, this is the place to shop.

Cashier Sharay was extremely professional and customer friendly. Met the team leader Alexandria. Two store managers took care of a store stock issue months ago. They were female and that is the reason I still shop there!

Definitely a lot more stocked with products than prior when it would be hard to even find what I was looking for here.Unfortunately I couldn't find their brand of this lotion I was trying to buy what has colloidal oatmeal in it, which makes my skin feel so soft and smooth, but I found something even better and cheaper, which was this cocoa butter lotion from Queen Helene, and it was only $4 for a 32oz bottle! So happy accident!Also it was a bit confusing to find the lotion since it's right by the makeup opposed to being by the other personal care products, but a couple of young ladies happily pointed me in the right direction.

The store was very busy. I just stopped in to get some flowers, but there wasn't much to choose from. So I had to buy 3 to get one one nice set of flowers after I threw away all the dead and broken ones.

The sushi purchased from this location was really fresh! We stocked up on a lot of fresh sushi! We had about 6 of them. That sushi was very delicious and my 12 year old twins loved it! They’ve been eating sushi since they were about 3 years old! I would get it for their birthday parties. My daughter told me that she wasn’t eating until she got some sushi. I told my son not to come back home until that sushi was found. Fresh, appealing and delicious!

Walmart tried to send me the wrong size in men's shorts. I refused the order. But the delivery driver did NOT understand me because he didn't speak English. How can Walmart have people in a customer service position not speak English? I can't stand your company.

This is the worst location. I don't know why Walmart has my order being delivered by this store when I placed 2 orders through "Shipping" meaning by FedEx. Both times my orders didn't get delivered so I had to cancel both times. Tell corporate if a customer is ordering through shipping and not delivery, the orders shouldn't be handled by the store with 3rd party delivery service.

Worst Walmart I have ever shopped at ,Dominique would not return a chair cover that was missing pieces even had a receipt and could not get my my money back nor the product replaced.If it had minus stars I would have checked those.Letting everyone know don't waste your time, they will not return your merchandise even with a receipt.

This massive Walmart Supercenter located just northwest of Chicago never seems to cease to amaze me with its vast offerings. As soon as you walk through those automatic doors on Des Plaines Ave, the size of the store just overwhelms you. They truly have anything and everything you could need all under one gigantic roof in Forest Park.From groceries to electronics to clothes and toys, it's all there in abundance. The grocery section alone is larger than many standalone supermarkets. You'll find all the usual name brands and generic options along huge aisles that just keep going and going. It's easy to spend an hour just browsing all the food options. But you may want to bring a cart because before you know it, your arms are loaded down with items!Speaking of carts, be prepared for the sea of them in the parking lot. It's always astounding to see how many other shoppers have also taken advantage of this one-stop-shop. But it's not just individuals, I often catch a glimpse of local church groups or teams stocking up for events in the aisles. Nearby you'll find big box staples like Staples and O'Reilly Auto Parts sharing the plaza if you need anything else after finishing up at Walmart. All in all, this store perfectly encapsulates the everything-under-one-roof concept that Walmart is known for if you find yourself in the western suburbs of Chicago.

This is an updated. So I returned back to this Walmart. The produce is shelved poorly and not well maintained. They do not have the proper hours on the door and the security is rude and hostile.(Today, I went to Walmart at 10:30PM and the store hours online and on the store doors say close at 11:00PM. I drove up to the door to read hours while 3 employees just watch me and say nothing as they stand at door. So, I parked and walk up to the door finally the 3 employees say that they’re closed. I asked politely, “ If you all just seen me look for hours and the sign says you close at 11:00PM. Why did you not say something before I walked up? You all should get a sign to let the customers know.” One employee was dum founded and embarrassed and then the security guard rudely & arrogantly says, “ You need to speak to corporate” and shuts the door in my face. “ As, he shuts the door in my face, I was only able to mutter, “Well, you have a voice too.” I was nice to this guy as he totally disrespected me. So I decided to take his picture, as he hid with regret, in order to review.) I hope someone sees my review and makes changes. This Walmart has to do better! I have reduced my stars to just two now. -02/21/2022In comparison, to many other Walmarts this one is a disappointment. The lack of customer service in each department is a disappointment. The grocery aisle are sad except for frozen food. Your always have to search for representative in jewelry and electronics. Just sad. However, if you come there very late at night there is a more visible tolerant respect crew. In comparison, to the 24hour Hodgkins location I give this location 3 stars. Bye the way, they only carry one size of plastic bag no matter the size of what your purchasing. Smh. The beauty as isle could be more organized. - 2021

Auto shop was a Hot Mess. My mom dropped off her car @1pm to get oil change, wipers replaced & to recharge battery. When she returned to pick up car @3pm, battery was not taken cared of, besides other requests cannot be done. Was told to wait for recharging process but over an hour later car was still untouched. Now we're pissed, it's 5pm when driving home realizing we wasted half a day. Antonio the mechanic seems to be the only person who understands & willing to assist as he apologizes but we definitely will not come back for any auto work in the future. We felt rushed & did not get customer service seriousness.
