It's a person that works there which I think maybe the manager who is a white male, black hair, average height and kind of chubby. When I was in the store once, I literally watched him follow a customer around the store, Aisle to aisle until the customer left. I felt this was totally racial profiling. It made me so uncomfortable. I wish I would of recorded this and blasted it on social media but I was in a state of shock that it was even happening. Buyers beware.

I ventured in to shop for toiletries and and wrist brace and of course the body washes and soap are all locked, in which I understand why but if you do not have the staff available to assist appropriately then this is just and inconvenience to customers. Needless to say I left the soap. I went to grab hair products and finally grabbed the wrist brace. I make it to the register and there is a line with you guessed it one cashier. I'm looking around to see if someone else is coming to help but it never happened however, a manager was nice enough to approach the line and tell her to hang up the phone that was on intercom and walked back off in the other direction. I waited about 5 min and then left everything very disappointed in the service provided, there is no way when there is a line more than 3 people that assistance is not needed.

Stay far away!!! Conner, who I encountered this evening is on my list. I will be calling corporate on him. He said that he did not fill my daughters prescription because her insurance was not up to date. Excuse me?? What if I'm a millionaire? I mean, I'm not, but what if I was paying out of pocket?? What if?? Thars the excuse ? He then said they are short staffed. Cool. I get that. If that was his reason from the get go, I would let it go. Um no. Sorry Connor. Calling corporate to bury your head in the sand.

My doctor sent my prescription proir to my leaving his office. I went and had blood work done then proceeded to pick up my prescriptions and as usual they weren't ready. I went the following day to get my prescriptions only to discover once I got home one was missing. I called and the pharmacist said it could be purchased over the counter although my doctor wrote it as a prescription. She then checked and told me they had it in stock and apologized stating she would get it ready. Again I go out pick it up and I was told it would be an hour. This is pathetic. I will find another pharmacy. They need to get it together. I've had so many bad experiences here it has become unexacceptable.

Our family of 5 arrived 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov 13th for our pre-booked Covid PCR drive thru travel tests to be told that we would not receive our results back until the evening of Nov 17th because the labs were not open on the weekends! Of course we were certain that she was wrong, but could not take any chances of not having results back for our Nov 15th flight, so we went elsewhere. Someone needs to educate this woman on Covid testing or change the company website to include this information!

Terrible customer service!!! I was not notified that my prescription was expired and they were not going to fill it. Then I got my prescription renewed and dropped off the Rx on paper. They told me an hour. Well an hour turned into 2 days. When I finally went to go pick it up, someone 3 cars in front of me in the drive through refused to move their car until their prescription was filled. I proceeded to call the pharmacy from my spot in line and inform them that I have been waiting over 10 minutes, when they explained the situation to me without apologizing. They said that they couldn't make her move her car as she had refused. When I finally got up to the drive through, no one told me sorry for your wait or apologized. Will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

If you want to be around rude customers and employees not caring at all then this is the location to be. A lady cut my mother in line and proceed to give her attitude. The cashier didn’t even say anything even when she clearly saw that my mother was still being helped. Pathetic. This location condone fights and do nothing about it.

Employees where very rude my son needed to use the bathroom it was an emergency. One Employee said it was broken (there is 2 ) and the other Employee said it was closed. I was going to buy something jus to use the bathroom.

I love this walgreens. all the workers are super friendly and helpful. Things are always stocked. Parking lot is big so there is always parking. I come here almost everyday for quick pick ups.

Very bad... I went there to buy a giftcard for AMAZON.. cash money $$$ for 500 bucks and another for 100, and the light skinned black female manager said they can't sell them for over 300,, she made it up on the spot.. They like to hassle people at this location... The one in Berwyn did it with no problem.
