Average to below average small Walmart store. Out of stock on many items a lot of times. However, curbside pickup is outstanding, especially when Susie is working.

5 employees walking around 2 on their phones 10min looking for help in electronics. Not 1 of the 5 could help or knew how to get help. Called the service desk to be transferred but still no one came to assist. 15min + and all of a sudden a boy appears from the back room

It's smaller than most stores. I waited for 15 minutes to buy a pocket knife and noone ever came to assist me after being paged many times. Service was ghost town.

I would rate it zero stars, unfortunately that's not an option. They absolutely refused to cash a check. Courtney was very rude and disrespectful, when asked to get a manager, she got a team lead (Tanya) who was just as disrespectful. We understand it's against their policy to cash a handwritten check, however, this isn't the first time we've cashed a check at this location, and the attitudes were absolutely uncalled for. Up until the end, we were polite, they were very disrespectful from the very beginning. Currently leaving a complaint with Walmart corporate.

This store was very clean and organized. The employees were helpful and in good spirits. They had all the things I needed to buy and some items were even marked down so it costed less.

Very very bad place to shop. I was accused of shoplifting because when I entered the store no one was at service desk..I had a couple phone cases still in packages I got for Christmas they were I phone and I have android..I was there long enough to get papertowels and soda and go back to service desk . wasn't even in electronics this visit ..lady at desk asked why I didn't stop at desk first thing I said no one was there and she called me a liar..said I would need receipts and that she had been there the whole time .she was lying and I'm not a thief..I won't go back

Just wanted to give a shout out to Deb the cashier. She was very composed and friendly even when her coworker (register 8) got Lippy! All because Deb thought she called out to her. Dear register 8 being a grumpy sarcastic person is rude you are old enough to know better.

You might want to call ahead of time if you need customer service. Last 3 times I've been in there that part is closed already. I may be wrong but I'm thinking that should be open as long as the store does are open.

Small town Walmart. This particular Walmart though, we did a Walmart Heart event for a young lady that had Down syndrome and fought cancer. Amazing lady she is. Every time I come by this place I remember how happy we all were to see that big smile on her face.

Come by here if you want to see the most rude and incompetent shopping experince. Especially the way that I was treated by the asssainat manger heather bieng talked down too for simply having a question about a prouduct and bieng treated poorly is no way to treat your customers.

They have candles and wax melts on clearance. Dishes and all the bird feeders and seed are as well on clearance right now. As usual 10 lanes of yet only 1, cash register lane open. So you can either wait in a 5plus people line or do a job that should have a salary attached to it, self checkout!

Pretty typical small town Wal Mart…but I would avoid shopping here, or getting any car service.A decent selection in their grocery department, produce, and bakery.Prices are same as any WalMart.I had my car serviced in their auto center (oil change and tires rotated).They seemed almost unable to do their jobs as they didn’t understand how to use their technology for getting my information into their system.It took forever to get checked in, and a lot longer than usual to get my car serviced. I was there for over an hour.I probably won’t return here again for any auto service….Also, one of the checkout ladies double charged me for San a grocery item, but didn’t know how to fix it. No manager was available to solve the problem, and nobody was available at the customer service counter. No employees that we asked to help were willing to find a manager for us, either. We ended up just taking two of the items out of the store, without any approval or supervision, because nobody was willing to help us! Very frustrating….Not the kind of place that we want to shop again.

Everytime I go here i feel so uncomfortable. Im a slow shopper because i take my time and get everything i need when I do go to Walmart cuz I don't like going there to begin with from the rude disrespectful employees and I've already worked my job for the week so I don't feel like I have to come there to work by checking out my own stuff due to the 15 lanes that there's no employees working at it's all self checkout but the whole time you have someone standing over your shoulder or following you around the store thinking you're a thief because of being slow I guess but it's downright uncomfortable it's bad enough I have to give the place my money cuz there's no other stores in business anymore and the prices are stupidly outrageous so yeah I dread ever having to go here

I love this walmart more than the one in Effingham where I live because this one is more friendly and plus they carry my Starbucks mocha in cases of 12. Instead of just the 4 packs like Effingham does. So now everytime I go to Flora to visit my dad I stop by here and pick up However many cases they have one them. So please don't stop getting them.

Significantly understaffed. Even the phone is not regularly covered and last night five calls from home and one inside the store just checking was not answered. Discussion with and evening staffsupervisor "perhaps the phone was not hung up correctly." As I left, she did not then go and check. Closed check out lines and out of order self check out kiosks added to the significant problem.

1 checkout lane open.PITIFUL!!!!!Had to use the self-check-out (I had 2 items). The screen was about waist high, my debit card has PLENTY enough money in it.The overseer suggested I use their ATM to get cash. (Would have cost me 4 more dollars for a 10 dollar purchase).PLUS.....I started my shopping at the deli.....was approaching the deli....the lady behind the counter saw me, turned around, turned off the the lights & closed! (It was 2 p.m.).Damn next time I'll go to Dollar General!!!!!
