The store has good customer service. Although for them to claim that the prices are less is stretching the truth a bit. After they add 10% you are not saving that much money. I also dislike how they don't carry very much of the IGA store brand anymore. I'm not a big fan of Best Choice and Always Save products. Somebody needs to spend some money and fix that mold infested dump up.

Great service. Despite completing many contracts in the area, this was my first time stopping at this store. They had wonderful service. One of the kindest staff members I met was working in the deli. I was looking for something quick to eat on my lunch. This wonderful lady talked and told me a put everything they had that she recommended. She eventually sold me on a certain potato salad, she was correct as it was wonderful.

The staff here is very nice, IGA has a lot of things other places don't have any that's great as well. I wish they kept more club soda in stock and this place could really use a renovation. I say again the staff here is very pleasant, the checkers are always very nice as well as the deli folks. There isn't even one person there I don't like dealing with.

I wasn't impressed by the meat department. No good steaks which is what I went to buy. But for a small store they had about what one would need. Little bit of this. Little bit of that. Overall, not a bad store. Good for when I don't have alot of time. Good price. Clean. Quiet. Not ALOT of people. Just no big steaks.

I'm newly customer this store twice visits today. Since I've relocating in this area over one year and half months ago..Like to living in Flora. What a cleanliness on the floor w/o any spills or dirty. Inspected fresh veggies and fruits acceptable to buy and my favorite food easily to find. Good deals on discounted prices.

Prices are higher than Walmart but the quality of meat is much better and I always get help when I cant find what I'm looking for. The people there are very helpful and keep me going back.

I like to buy meat here. Took me a minute to figure out the 10% thing. But the prices are still low. I do miss the made in house donuts they had prior to Covid. But what ya gonna do?

When I need to shop for a variety of food, this is the best place to shop. it has almost anything you need to cook whatever you have planned, and at good prices. Great place for fresh meat, lots of grilling supplies. Wood smoking chips are cheap here as well. The parking lot is never overly crowded, and there aren't ever long lines at the register that you can expect at larger stores, and at under staffed smaller stores. And if you want to plan a family outing to the park, it is conveniently located right across the street from a town park, perfect for a picnic style meal, and getting out of the house.

This is the most amazing store. Very helpful and understanding staff working there. All meat and produce from the USA. Support this store you won't be sorry. The prices are also great.being on a fixed income it is very affordable. I won't take my business to Walmart too many rude workers and China products are abundant there.

Awsome place and prices if lived closer i would shop there every time ...ok i went back there yesterday aprill 3 2023 not so happy the men restroom was closed out of service some people travel a ways to get to iga its not fair so i see a guy use the women's bathroom so yes i agree but this lady come from the deli a worker deli worker and she just thought that was terrible thing so not to happy that worker should have said it would be ok your the customer so thats my opinion im sorry if i affended anyone today

The Flora IGA store is always my favorite but today I was very disappointed. Usually when there are more than two or three people in the checkout line they open another check out.I was told by the checkout person that they wouldn’t allow more than one register to be open even though there were more than 10 people in the line.This is the main reason I come to the Flora store and this will be the reason I quit coming.

Much better than Walmart, homestyle store not a corporate monster, don't carry everything Walmart does but you don't have to walk miles to get a simple item, prices are great make America great again, Walmart is a China sell out!

There was hardly no fresh vegetables the shelves was empty. The meat counter was pretty well empty there was hardly no meat. And there was no protein shakes the shelves was all empty there too

General good cuts of meat at a decent price. Yesterday we brought NY strip that ended up had lots of gristle. Very disappointed for $7.99 a pound.

Iga is a decent store to go into my favorite department of iga is the delie the brown sugar honey ham with thin sliced American cheese is the best and there bismark donut with a fresh bottle of strawberry or vanilla milk and this guys is where it's at for the breakfast of champions
