The new store in Flora is nicer. I still have issues with the prices and coupons. The hours are better at the new store.

Wasn't happy with the service. Got in line when my turn came i was told to go to other register where there was 6 other people waiting. The nice lady let me go ahead of her. Checked out went outside and there was the other cashier standing by the door with another employee smoking. Not caring she just walked out leaving customers in her line for the other girl who already had a line to finish.

The ladies that work her are the best!! They are very helpful and if they aren't at the register they are always stocking the shelves and cleaning the store. They are also good at catching thieves. So if you are up to no good I wouldn't try to steal from here. They will bust you out!! Get em girls!!!

Watch out for the dates on food here, I've bought a few different food ( cereal, snack cakes, chocolate milk) and the expiration dates had passed. Other than that the store is great I usually end up spending more than I planned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went to buy diapers and there was a pack on the shelf that felt like they didn't go there but I though I'd try and buy them. They went to scan them and they didn't ring up. It took them ten minutes to realize they were an old pack the my didn't sell anymore.

Most of the time there is no one at the register. When they finally come, there is usually a super long line. Tonight, the person was checking out a woman with a lot of items. There are 5 people in line behind her. The cashier asked for help. The girl who came to help told the other cashier “this line isn’t that long”. I said “you’re not the one who’s been standing here waiting”. She said again “this line isn’t that long”. I put my things down and left. The employees obviously do not care whether or not the customers are treated well.

They have the basic things that you may need, and is usually stocked fairly well. The cashiers were a little grumpy and not super helpful, but it is a great spot for your basic needs.

One of my favorite stores in Flora, IL. Always value and they offer 5.00 odd coupon if you buy something through the week, the coupon is for Saturday's. This is great since most people are doing their weekly shopping. Hey every penny counts now days. Since Wal-Mart does not match prices any longer either it is so much easier to shop DOLLAE GENERAL!!

So this dollar general isn’t found on google street view for some reason, so I thought I should add a brief video. It’s a mini plaza/shopping center, right next to Doc’s gym and. “The country closet” plenty of parking space even for a semi truck.

Bathroom was nasty, no toilet paper or paper towels. Trash 2 feet up wall. Store was messy and cashier did not care to hear about restroom. New app for phone does not work.
