The two clerks working on September 13th 2023 at approximately 6:45 in the evening we're incredibly unprofessional and rude. I saw the photos posted on the website showing washers and dryers. What you don't know is that those washers and dryers are for the employees only and if you the customer wants to use it you have to ask for permission. They even tell you how much it will cost if you've been given the privilege to use the machines. I politely ask and was told in a very rude way that they have discretion on who they let use it and who they don't! My biggest problem with this is why show a washer and dryer on your website if it's not to be used by the customer?! I feel like that was serious false advertisement. I stopped here to take my 10-hour break and do my laundry and now I can't! I will never return to this place!

Pretty nice place was surprised there were NO pizza orders then I got mine and found out why 2 inches of crust all the way around they made large in to a medium won't order again

Went here to fuel they charged me for wrong pump and amount saw it and went back in to correct it. They supposedly refunded my credit card and charged me the right amount. Got home and saw they had not refunded my credit card and filed a dispute with Capital One. Hucks lied to them and Capital One denied it and I was charged both amounts. They ripped me off for $362.77. I don't deal with crooks and will never fuel at a Hucks again. Hucks Farmer City, IL is the most dishonest truck stop I have ever been in. I encourage you to be careful very dishonest people. They may have cheap fuel but it isn't cheap when they rip you off. I recommend fueling somewhere else. The owner asked me to call customer care so I did and the girl said they would call me back. Over 2 months later no one has called me so I'm still out my $362.77. Looks like they have poor customer care also. The Rich (Owner)(Manager)(Crooks)(Liars) get richer and the Poor (Me) get poorer. Looks like I'm out over $360 dollars and they are up over $360 dollars I guess that's why thy don't worry about calling me back. People like this shouldn't be allowed in business. Enjoy spending my stolen money. Cheaters never prosper. The sooner Hucks is out of business the better off people will be. They rip you off just like Petro, Pilot and Flying J. It's all about money. Pathetic people. They are only worried about lining their pockets. If it was concerning to you . You would have called me back already. Hucks is also destroying the economy with their outragus prices. There are no deals at Hucks.

Store was clean that wasn't an issue.However I walked in looking for the restroom and the clerk who was nice asked if that was what I was looking for. I said yes, I am holding my one year old and his diaper bag, I go to the restroom and there is not a place to lay him what so ever. I refuse to change my son on a public floor. Even more so a restroom floor. We have been in the car for 3 hours at this point traveling for Christmas. Why doesn't this place have a baby changing area. My husband told me the men's doesn't either.

Staff was nice. But food was nasty. I got chicken wings 6 for 5.99. they were room temp and dripping grease. They made me nauseous after I ate two of them so I threw the rest away went back in to get a cheeseburger really small horrible quality cheeseburger for $4. 06 probably won't stop at this truck stop again.

On 10-6-22 as I was sitting in line for diesel they raised it $0.82. It was $4.679 and went up to $5.499. That big of a hike has to be illegal. I went to Casey's down the street for $4.889.

Five stars for the employees. But...How long are you gonna be in business if your network is always down. I dont keep cash.I have spent thousands here and I'm tired of coming in and being told that credit is down and its cash only... Upgrade your system or change providers. Spend some money to make money!!!! Casey's is a block away!!

I only filled up for gas so not a whole lot of a review to leave given the quick in and out. Had to go inside and get the receipt for the purchase as it did not print at the pump. It's annoying to have to do but it happens. The attendant was friendly and the store was clean.

Bought a simply lemonade there this morning and noticed that it tasted funny so I checked the sell by date . Today is10/5/18 the sell by date was 01/30/18, posted a picture of the bottle . Wow

A lot of people there look like they need to take a shower and even if you're the only one in there at the register you still have to wait 5 to 10 minutes because they just stare at you and keep doing what they're doing and don't even acknowledge you and half the time and they're rude
