I stopped & shopped @ Images Beauty Supply, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, arrangement of the products, the staff members were very friendly & pleasant, The young lady named TK was very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, she had great ideas for hairstyles, she helped me with my entire visit, The young lady who owns the business was very kind & pleasant, I was pleased with my entire visit, Thanks you for your service & I will be back to shop, TO EVERYONE: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO SHOP AT IMAGES BEAUTY SUPPLY YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID 🌹

Truth of the matter is….When I go to Images they always have what I need.. and I have tried other places but I always end up back at Images because I can’t find what I need at other places but IMAGES. Today it was buy one get the other half out.

Joanna is an absolute SAINT! She was SOOOOOOO patient with me while I was looking through the wigs, which took over an hour. The owners are really kind as well, which is unfortunately rare with these types of businesses.The only downside of the entire store was the low selection of mid-length and silver wigs. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for all things hair related!

I had a good time shopping for a wig at Images. A very sweet young lady helped me try wig after wig after wig. I think we both had a good time! I will definitely go back here again. If you want to comfortably buy a wig without worrying about a 3 wig limit so you can find what works for you, this is where you want to go. Go here and enjoy shopping for your wig. Maybe you'll get lucky and get the 5 star treatment like I did!

Been going here for about a year since I moved to the area and quickly discovered that this is the best beauty supply store around.They have a large selection of quality products and frequent sales, but most importantly, every interaction with staff has been top notch.They are all super friendly and the overall vibe in the store is pleasant. Always clean, great music and an enjoyable shopping experience.I literally drive past two other beauty supply stores that are about 4 minutes from my house to go to Images, which is about 10 minutes out of my way.

I bought my first two wigs here recently and I couldn't be happier! I won't say they're the most high quality in the world, but they are good looking and easy to install. I've already gotten a dozen compliments on my hair, and I've only worn one so far.But that's not the reason I'm leaving a review. The customer service here is incredible! Almost immediately I was asked if I needed help with anything, and when I said it was my first time the woman helping me talked me through the whole process. She made it so easy! I went on Black Friday and she was sure to mention which products were on sale. I walked out with two wigs, glue, styling spray, glue remover, bald caps, melting band and a huge smile, all for around $130 and a half hour of my time. I am definitely going to come back to this store, it was a great experience!

I stopped in this store on a whim looking for clip in extensions and eyelash extensions. I dont know much about them and the owner was super helpful and happily answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and never once seemed annoying when I felt clueless. There was a huge variety of products, all the shelves were well stocked and the store was very clean! Definitely recommend for all your beauty supply needs!

Nice friendly staff. I feel like the appreciate me and my business. No hard times about getting my military discount without restrictions. They offer points rewards that you can use for actual discounts off you purchase without restrictions. Best offi don’t feel like they’re talking about me in their language or making feel like I am being watched.

Ali & Jacqueline are the best! Jacqueline didnt just help me, she came from around the counter to make sure i was okay. Ali made suggestions, took his time to help with different hair packs, all while keeping a smile.I will be returning due to the quality of service 😁 The next day I needed a few more items, Ali remembered me and called me by name👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wonderful customer service from AbOmar. He was very knowledgeable about the hair I was looking for and understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish, before I even mentioned. I don’t know that much about extensions because I don’t get them often, but his guidance gave me the confidence I needed to make the right purchases for my needs. He also was not pushy or trying to make me buy the more expensive stuff. Just great! Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience at your shop!

Initially, the associate seemed a little impatient and pre occupied. However, we realized the store was busy, she was trying to multitask. I brought a new customer in and it was her first wig experience. She is an older person and bc she is from the school of quality customer service is key to making the sale and building that long term relationship, it was different for her. However, the sales associate began to go above and show patience and was incredibly helpful. We purchased 2 wigs and will return in the future. The associate had a good rapport with other wig customers and she was friendly and helpful.
