Fresh Thyme has a great selection of food and some great deals when items are on sale. The store is always super clean and organized. When there are a lot of people shopping at the store during peak hours the isles can become a bit of a traffic jam so I would highly recommend coming earlier in the morning or later and night. They have a great selection of organic options, but they can get pricey when they aren’t on sale. The produce is usually really fresh.

I was disappointed. They advertised chicken wings for $1.99/lb but didn't stock (1) tray for the entire week. They frequently offer buy one get one free & double the price of the one. Duhh.

Always a great place to shop. I enjoy going when they have sales. Their 4.99 lobster tail sale are the best. Food is always fresh and good quality also. Great atmosphere, great everything!

I follow Fresh Thyme ads every week. They offer some good sale items like their shrimp sales! I like the self label scales for fruit and veggies.

Love their products, unfortunately store is run poorly as far employees knowing what the store carries, where to find it and/or how to obtain this information. Was there 3 times in the past 2 weeks asking about a product I’ve purchased there numerous times , no one could help. Told to call & ask manager. He knew exactly what i was talking about and told me they had plenty “in the back storeroom”. Wasn’t on floor because the display got broken and no idea when it would be put out. And no he couldn’t tell others where it was so when i came back in I could get some because he has 60 employees and thats too many to tell. He will only be there until 1, so if i dont get there by then , I’m out of luck again unless I catch him next time he’s there I guess. Hope product doesn’t all expire while its sitting in the store room. Sad news is they are the only store in my area that carries it :(.

I used to love love love Fresh Thyme. A couple weeks ago however, they converted 80% of their checkout lanes to self-checkout. Why? I loved seeing cashiers like J and other friendly faces since I came multiple times a week. I’m currently standing in the only line that has an active cashier and I’m 5th in line of 7 customers. Other self checkout lanes are open. Everyone hates it.

Deli people are rude, but will likely come back early in morning or later in evening as I like the boarshead, but there is no reason to be rude to customers.

Normally I love this place. This evening I drove 20 minutes one way just to find out you were closed before your advertised hours and have nothing to show for it. So now I have wasted 40 minutes of my time. I came to you because I preferred your produce over my local grocery store which is 5 minutes from my house. From now on I’ll go to my local grocery store to save money and time. Not impressed.

I stopped by for lunch and was not disappointed. I had the soup/sandwich combo. The store itself had a lot of great selections, prices vary from really well price to some over priced items. If there were a store located closer lets say to Edwardsville it’d be my go to. During my visit the staff seemed fairly new and not really well trained (not knowing how to wrap a sandwich/what soups sold or cashiers not knowing lunch specials) other than that it was a pretty good visit.

I bought a few pacs of bacon froze them untill 2 days ago fryed up some was bad went to store informed them even took bacon back was told thats never happens very disappointed and wont go back treated me like i was lying before

Stopped in here to try there homemade pizza with all fresh ingredients, it was awesome the price is excellent 9.99 for three topping pizza!

I’ve never been to a fresh Thyme before I came to the area. I’ve heard a lot of good things. But that’s just heard. I bought some oranges that were moldy in less than a week. A saw watermelons that shouldn’t be sold. Was going to buy milk but it was expiring in 3 days all of the milk I looked. Bought some salad mixers.. they turned mush and brown in 3-4 days. I don’t honestly think I’ll be back unless I want something from the dispensers like nuts or banana chips but even then everything there is double to triple it’s normal price. I don’t care how organic it is it’s not worth extra money if it’s going to go extra bad extra fast.

Please tell my why Kerrygold butter is $7 at Fresh Thyme and $4.50 everywhere else. Same with gas station wine brands. FT is not just expensive, it’s flat out overpriced. The selection of specialty items has also severely declined since they initially opened. What even happened to the fresh bread counter? Now you can buy Hot Cheetos there for twice the price you would anywhere else. No thanks. Go for the produce and bulk bins only. Everything else is robbery.

They were open on Thanksgiving day. It was my first time in there. I realized my sage was missing on the day of and needed it to make my dinner so I had to look up what grocery store was open. Thankful to have had a place to get what I needed but feel bad for workers having to work on the holiday. At least they closed early. Nice store overall from what I sawEdited 4/19/2023: Great store, got the chicken wing deal, $0.99/pound!

Went there to complete an Instacart order it was close to closing so I asked a employee for help he walked over said it wasn't his department an that he worked invitations and walked to he back. Asked the closing employee for help so I cma get out of his hair he looked and didn't budge but just complained about how he Is ready to go home and made me feel really uncomfortable on top of the fact that he was watching me as if I was a thief when I came into the store. That was my first time being in that store and to me it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience and for the prices and the diversity of the people that shop there that is very disappointing. They need to do better

Great place to shop for fresh vegetables and fruits, not so much for staples which are priced 25% or more than the big boxes. Pretty good fresh fish selection too 👌

One of the classiest establishments to shop for fresh products at! Staff is always friendly atmosphere is most welcoming but prices when these two things occur are high. Upper middle class can afford to shop here comfortably without checking out the price. Has good sales on fresh produce and meats on a weekly basis that make for a great bargain for the average shopper. Variety and selection are huge and everything is easy to find. Absolutely love fresh thyme!!!

I usually LOVE this store. It’s always clean, staff is courteous, and the produce is fresh. However, this is the second time I buy MEAT that turns out to be NOT FRESH. The beef is fresh just on the top, but when you open the package at home, it’s all brown inside.

Great grocery store and one of the best in the area for produce. Love their vegan options. They have opportunity to keep increasing them. I appreciate their kombucha options. The have a great local selection and their branded products are always of high quality. Staff is always personable and friendly. I enjoy both shopping with a grocery list and just browsing and figuring out meals. I discovered their phone app recently which has been helpful with digital coupons which inspire trying new products.

We love, love, LOVE this store! It offers the best of all worlds. The store is clean and the layout and presentation are just lovely! They offer organic and non organic foods with pricing that doesn't set you back a "whole months rent" like some other well known establishments. Moreover, although you're inside, it feels like you're outside at the fresh market like back in the day and the customer service is re"fresh"ing too!😁

The strawberries were only $1.98 and they are the best strawberries I've ever eaten! Wish I would have picked up a watermelon also, bc I bet they are good too. It's worth the drive and I will definitely be going back. 😊

Not really my kind of place but one of the employees was a little odd and cut my dad off from getting into the milk for about five minutes then as we turned to walk away, stopped us and pointed to a lactose free brand. Just an odd interaction with that guy. It's a great place if you want more organic and healthier options. They even had areas to grind your choice of coffee beans and make your own peanut butter.

Firstly, I go to this place for lunch a few times a week. Their lunch options are amazing and very affordable. I’ve never grocery shopped here before so I cannot speak on that aspect of this place. Salsa bar is amazing and has great variety. Rotisserie chicken very affordable and plenty of spice options. Their fresh made to order food is great. All the staff are very friendly. If you work in the area like I do, make this your go to lunch spot. Fresh and good for you!
