It would get 5 stars but the store associate who was helping me find someone for jewelry left me there for almost 30 minutes. Not their fault but they should've come to check on me. Otherwise, love this location

Deli staff was very friendly. Accurate measures on everything. I always say if you go over it's cool but multiple times they have gotten it so close to perfect I really didn't mind

At register 8, waiting on 3 grown women to finish their gossip session. Since when did gossiping become more important then helping a customer check out. The cashier could not touch the wine bottle. Subsequently, I was standing there annoyed for a few minutes, before I interrupted their conversation, because they ignored the cashier the first time. Talk about bad customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Won’t price match their online prices and the restroom was absolutely disgusting. Used toilet paper all over the floor. No paper towels and paper towels overflowing out of the trash can.

Usually they are out of stock, typically i find this each week. Ticked off!! I bought rotisserie chicken 2 bags. I put them in my own oversized bag, when I got home they had leaked throughout the bag and all over the flooring in my van. Awful mess!! I threw away the bag I paid for, and had to wash and scrub up the mess. I noticed a warning on a bag afterwards!! How dumb! Who reads a bag that's crumbled and the warning wasn't noticable anyway. Easy fix, different bag, or add another bag when selling, different colors on the warning, have the deli crew tell their customers.. It's going to make a mess!! Double bag it when you check out or you Will regret buying it!! Stupid stupid, who there has neglected to be smarter than a plastic leaking bag??

online grocery pickup was smooth. However the lady that answered the phone could have been less rude and more pleasant, but the delivery person who loaded my car was excellent, and very nice. Not sure what her name was, but she was great. Nothing missing from the order.

Unfortunately this is the closest walmart to me. It seems like they just don't have a lot of stuff other Wal-Marts have. Also, this is the second time we have been there on a Saturday around noon and the deli said they didn't have any chicken strips. Not sure if they run out or just don't make enough. We'll continue to go there because it's convenient, but would recommend another one if you have a choice.

This walmart store is so empty they do not stock the selfsame like they should. I wish there was a Kroger store in town they keep there selfsame fool and they have more employees there to help you

It's okay they have different selection of stuff but if they didn't have the tire section in my opinion they wouldn't have any more stuff than the just doesn't have the tire area so in my opinion if you're going to drive from Greenville Crossville or carbine area to go to the fairfield' Walmart unless you're going for your car it's really not worth it because they have just as much stuff and carmi Illinois Walmart

Parking lot was not clean but not trashy looking. I understand it is hard to keep picked up. Staff I dealt with was friendly for the most part. Inside store had a clean appearance, bathrooms were not clean at the time I was in there. Once again they are cleaned on a schedule. Trying to be understanding on the clean issues. What we were looking for was in stock. So overall a good experience.

Giving it a three. Minus one star for prices that seemed to have tripled since the start of COVID. Minus another for the few employees who would rather not be bothered with being helpful. I said FEW!! To the awesome employees with pep in their step most days and a friendly hello and can I help you find something, keep on rocking 🤟

Front team lead at this store is always crabby and she never wants to help anyone!! Lines are always long the service desk is close down alot,for some reason the lawn and garden gates are hardly ever opened and it's planting season. All the cashiers stand around and talk or are on their cell phones they never red line or pull customers to their lines!! Carts are always all over the lot and they took the prime parking spots for online pick up instead of for the handicapped!! All the way across the parking lot and about a mile from the door is about 4 handicapped parking spots and only a couple close to door!! The bathrooms are hardly ever clean. It seems like the employees don't care about their store the shelves are always messy and half the time products are in the wrong spot so when u go up to register thinking something is one price then it rings up something totally different so have to go back into store to get it corrected!!

The woman who stocks the cards up front is an absolute nightmare of a person. I just wanted 1 thing for a birthday present. She fumbles around and takes her time ON PURPOSE to spite customers and it’s obvious. It’s like she gets pleasure from it.At one point, she looks over at a group who has been waiting almost an HOUR FOR HER and rolls her eyes AT CUSTOMERS. When politely asked when they will be available (because people are on their lunch hour), she rudely remarks “whenever I’m done!”It’s not just one “bad day” either. She is a bitter troll every time we encounter her. I have never once asked for a manager or been rude to an employee but this woman doesn’t deserve a job anywhere.She doesn’t wear a name tag or best believe id plaster her name here. What a dreadful human being.

Employees not all wearing mask correctly, as well as customers not wearing mask. Asked if they quit wiping down self checkout, young lady did wipe it for me, but said nobody wanted to wait. I waited and thanked her. Why can you not mandate everyone that shops in your business do as they are told, if not be consequences. Like not let them in, or have hours for them who refuse to cooperate. Do I not have the right to be safe. As well as they do.

The employee's are rude and one of the guys bringing in the carts while riding on a mobile shopping cart plowed in to my daughter and wife and got mouthy after I said something the managers said that is was out fault and basically ignored our complaints .. so I returned everything I just bought from there over 283 $ worth of things never agian will we pull on there lot I hope corporate sees this

My husband waited in line for 30 to 45 minutes for someone in electronics to help him he called me so I called the service desk and he still didn't get any help this is ridiculous no excuses for this he kept bringing the Bell but no one came and then tried to call the manager but she was busy , hire more people make your customers happy

By Walmart standards this is a small Supercenter has a good selection of items but lacks hard to find not big sellers. The parking lot always half full about any time . It overflows during holiday shopping. Very good store for the size of town.

Friendly and courteous employees , the store is clean , well stock shelves , employees willing to help with whatever you need , and will take show you where the item is that you are interested in ! Most prices are very reasonable for what I am shopping for. & need . Good deals & reduced prices for many items through out the store as well ☺️.PHARMACY staff is wonderful also , helping me with my prescriptions ,& information needed to take them .
