Every time I have a prescription it's either not in stock or they take 2 days to fill it. There is no sense of urgency. Also, even though I know my pharmacology as a nurse, I never see the pharmacist explain anything unless almost forced. Even then they act like it's a chore and that they are too busy.

They are very rude. Since the pharmacist Tim isn’t there anymore the pharmacy is very bad. They will say they don’t have the medicine, or it’s to soon to fill, when you have your bottle that says it 2 weeks past the date to be filled. They will say a rx card won’t save you any money have you pay more. They will get a prescription and say they don’t have the medication and the next day they have it yet didn’t fill it or notify you that they have gotten the medication in . Make you wait 4 hours on the medicine to be filled. Very unprofessional staff and pharmacist. Fairfield Illinois. Store number 6885

They treat you like a criminal.. I just needed to get my prescription.. they was rude and unhelpful. They need 6 hours to fill a prescription, Walmart will do it in 20 minutes. This store is a joke. Go to Walmart.

Forget calling. It's automated and no choice to speak with anyone other than pharmacy and I had question about the UPS, they're supposed to have. But now not sure,as could not ask

Must have changed management or something. Store looks messy and they are understaffed. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to help me at the self checkout. Restroom was filthy, didn't even use it, I walked right back out.

Terrible service ignored by pharmacist when needing to ask a question but when his friend came in came right over chated with then when went back to ignoring me finally walked out will never come back frustrated
