I don’t expect much from a Subway but boy is this store disappointing. The food is abysmal- either you receive stale bread, old meat, or your order is completely wrong. We haven’t ordered once where there has been a sandwich 100% correct. We don’t ask for a million things so it can’t be hard to have a meatball sub with Parmesan cheese on white, but apparently it is. The service is probably the root of the problem. Employees are mostly high school students who could give less of a care and wouldn’t notice if the store was on fire. I’ve taught kids and can know how hard it can be to maintain attention, but these kids look like zombies. When they’re not on their phones at the counter, they’re rolling their eyes when you walk in the door and whipping through sandwich making so fast they should be working at nascar (or not since they’d actually have to do their job correctly). The restaurant itself has just a feel of grime that doesn’t really go away. If you’re not looking for anything but a basic overprice sandwich with subpar service, this is the Subway for you.

Last night we went through the drive thru at 8:50. I do know they close at 9. As we pulled in the drive thru a woman in maroon looks at us say no motions her hand to her neck as of a no. And she goes inside. No one answers the drive thru and there was people inside getting food as well. The lady in maroon watched us through the drive thru window. I assume she was the manager. There sign off before closing and refused to serve us super rude and unprofessional. We attempted several times to call and they took the phone off the hook. It was before 9.Just to add I’m upset about how I was treated. She could have politely told me no. Instead she ignored me. I understand customer service and being just done at the end of the night but that was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.Update:5/14/23Went back again today and same rudeness. They just shoved my food out the window. impolite. Poor management. Not to mention the sloppy sandwiches. But the rudeness is really what is the issue.poor customer service. All I can say is praire central school has failed so many people. They people working here can't even do simple equations as simple math. Watch what they charge ya I ordered 2 6 inch subs and when she gave me total I said that's not right re rang it u and I tod her again that's still not right so I paid it look at yep still charged me for 1 footlong and a 6 inch then she was very rude to me when I demanded my money back. Not even a apology

Contrary to the people who went out of their way to 1 star review a small town chain, my order has always been correct at this location. Wait time is always bearable per the amount of employees present. On my last visit, the girls working even bagged up a piece of ham for my dog, (without telling me), who was in the drive thru with me. That 5 cent piece of ham doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it showed (1) the initiative of the employees to forge customer relationships without validation, and (2) an unparalleled personal experience that is so lacking in the fast food industry, making me a full on supporter and customer of this location.

My orders have always come out fine and exactly how I wanted them. The only issue I have had is, the past 2 times I have ordered using the app for a specific time, my orders weren't ready when I got there and just started getting made as soon as I told them I ordered online. Both times I ended up waiting about 15 mins. And both times they weren't super busy. They had maybe 2 cars in the drive through and that was it. So I do recommend if you go here, to order inside because your order will be made right then and there. Over the app orders which seem to be lower priority, which is understandable, although the 2nd time I will say I did order my food for 30 mins after the time I was ordering it at. And still ended up waiting an extra 15 mins at the actual Subway.

Stopped in for a quick lunch after doing some yard work. Decided to try a wrap for the first time and it was really good. The guy making the sandwich was friendly and made customers, including myself feel welcomed. Her even suggested a combo of sauces for my wrap that go good together. Very helpful, very friendly; one of the better subway restaurants around.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. They seem to not know how to follow instructions for making subs through the drive thru. Management must be terrible at this location if they can’t train their staff to repeat the order. Sauces are important and it’s unacceptable that the only reason why I go to Subway is for the creamy sriracha sauce and they completely fail at this location time after time when including it on my sandwich. If they say that they don’t have the sauce I would just not buy. Instead they don’t say anything and I don’t receive my correct sandwich and they rip me off by charging me for the incorrect sandwich because they can’t follow instructions. I’d love for management to reach out to me. This location easily owes me 5 plus sandwiches. They seem to get my girlfriends order correct some of the time, but mess mine up consistently.

It has (historically) been pretty decent, but my wife just picked me up a Tuna sub and when she got it home it tasted... bad. I get them regularly, so the difference was obvious. I mentioned it to my wife and she said they had scraped the bottom of the bin to make my sandwich (this was at 6:00PM). So, I called the store to have them make me a different sandwich and was told that since I left with the sandwich and there was nothing wrong with the tuna that they would not make me a new sandwich.Pretty poor customer service there Subway!

Great experience here Thanks Isaiah, very professional and helpful.For some reason Subway has seem to outdo customer service over a lot of restaurants. I don't mean just this one but Subway in general been to a few in different areas....

Honestly very annoyed, tonight I ran up and got 2 subways sandwich’s. Which I ordered a BMT & and when I was watching the gentleman make mine I didn’t see lettuce or tomato...I asked him there is lettuce on both of those correct ? He said yes I get home and what is there... no lettuce no tomato. And this is the SECOND time Last week they made my fiancé’s 12” a 6 inch and my 6” a 12”... so totally screwed that one up. Honestly very annoyed over all and I tried called both times and no answer..

I love the crew they have there now. They're extremely fast and friendly. The food is always fresh. The appearance of the business is by far the best I've seen of a "fast food" place.

Idk if its subways system or this location but 8 cars had their sandwhich made and given to them b4 anyone inside was taken care of. Then when my sandwhich was started it sat on the line so long a fly started walking all over it was their for 25 minutes and left with nothing.
