Definitely worth the drive for back to school shopping! Both my daughter and I scored brand name clothing in great condition for very reasonable prices. We are out of state so don't consign...were just there to buy! The associate was polite (I tried on a lot and she kept up with returning items). The store was neat, clean and easy to shop. It felt like a "real" store vs a thrift store. Also there are large dressing rooms and good light to try on items.

Every single time I come in this store I look through racks and I may find a few things but there is stuff there that seems to be there forever! I keep seeing stuff I seen last year summer and it is upsetting. It is organized well (sometimes) but the staff don't seem to care about working there. They always seem upset to be working and I don't blame them. The racks are also way too full, I can barely look through them. The short manager always seems to be so grumpy and frustrated. This store isn't as great as it used to be.

It was fine. The store was packed with donated merchandise. The young women at the counter were helpful. This store not directly connected with the Once 'n Again in Pontiac, so I signed up with it as I had in Pontiac. I learned you cannot use $10 birthday discount while 20%-off sales are in effect.

They are very rude there. Brought a box in and they said that they looked though it. They didn't just put clothes on top to seem like it. They never fold your clothes back up in the boxes when they are done looking. Also, they never tell you if their done with looking at your clothes. When I leave trying to carry out my box they don't even bother helping you open the door. They are very very very fussy for a small town location on clothes. They wouldn't take a like new John Deer child hoodie. They lost my business, and I will tell everyone do not go there. It is a shame that they lost a loyal customer.

...im changing my rating to zero. My expensive paintings were donated when I specifically asked them not to. Then they matter of factly tell me its not their policy to call us and let us know they are donating my property after the manager said she would. She even changed my phone number in her computer so she can call me. They werent as pleasant as they are if Im purchasing something there. Ive spent a lit of money in their stores over the years and its a shame they didnt value me enough as a customer to even attempt to compensate me for my loss.
