I cannot even come up with the correct words to express our gratitude and the absolute greatness of the Fairbury Veterinary Hospital. We are beyond appreciative of Dr. Jackson and the entire staff at Fairbury Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Jackson has saved the lives of 2 of my beloved dogs. The first being my best boy, Berkly, we were blessed to have 15 years with him! When he was 12, he was diagnosed with an acute kidney injury and Dr. Jackson was quick to treat him and help us treat him through the entire process. We were able to have 4 more wonderful years with him.Next is our sweetest boy, Kevin. He recently was diagnosed with a severe intestinal blockage from a sock. It was a very extensive surgery but Dr. Jackson has such an amazing broad spectrum of knowledge. We are incredibly lucky that we see Dr. Jackson and are so incredibly fortunate!!! The level of personal care, communication and compassion is incomparable to anywhere I’ve ever been. I can’t thank them enough.

This facility is by far the best place I have ever taken my animals to. Went in for a nail trim for our old lady. Ended up doing x-rays bloodwork and getting some scripts. Dr S and techs were so good to our Lola and gave us peace of mind. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly

Fantastic well worth the trip for us. They got us in quick and helped our dog on the road to recovery. He had a abscess from a puncture wound.

Love this place. Everyone was so nice. Wanted to home a ferral cat and needed to have her tested before I brought her in. I was able to get an appointment right away. They are also very reasonably-priced will be bringing all my cats there.😺

I would like to thank Dr Jackson, Dr Getty and Michelle for saving my Doggie Sarge. We went into the office for the 1st time on an emergency visit after our dog was acting very strange. They seen right away that he was having problems and did everything they possibly could to save his life. They worked as a team to figure out what was going on. Without them, Sarge wouldn't be here today. We appreciate you so much and can not say Thank you enough. This will now be our Vet for the rest of our Furbabies and we couldn't be happier that we found them. You can tell the Dr's and the entire staff are truly compassionate about their clients. Thank you again for everything and we look forward to continuing using you for all of our animals.

This office is awesome. They listened to our situation, avoided unnecessary but easily justifiable procedures, and worked hard to save us money while taking excellent care of our Land Shark, all on a first emergent visit. We are thrilled with our first experience.

Had a great 1st experience at this office. The Veterinarian was very thorough and even brought someone in with toys to sit and play with my rambunctious 2yr old so that I could focus solely on everything she was telling me (I'm a 1st time puppy owner!) I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because, while we were fairly quick to get a room, the wait time in the room was quite long. I highly recommend this office!

These people were so special. They help connect a puppy with a bad leg break with As Good As Gold Golden Retriever Rescue. When I came to transport the puppy the staff was fawning over her and they sent me on my way with a box of food and a box of treats. The puppy was later transported to a veterinary hospital in Madison WI to have the break fix. She is now recovering in a foster home awaiting adoption by some very lucky family.

My dog Clover passed unexpectedly. The staff was so understanding and caring! They treated Clover and myself with dignity and compassion! They are number 1. I had Clover cremated and they take care of everything right there. (Other vets send the animals to Chicago.) I got to pick her up in a week and have her back home with me. Her ashes are in a beautiful wooden box. I also have her paw print and a lock of her hair in a little glass jar.

I take all 8 of my ferrets to Fairbury Vet. Dr Getty is Amazing with my babies, she does their exams and really takes an interest in each one individually. The Techs are always very sweet and professional. Can not say enough great things!!
