Absolutely exceeded my expectations. I planned to stop in and window shop, but I couldn’t pass up the pricing, the options, and the help from the knowledgeable staff to identify tools and supplies that best fit my needs. It’s the personal touch you get from the people that know their store top to bottom that really sets Fairbury apart from the Home Depot’s and Lowe’s of the world. Also, the people that work there are great Americans , supporting the farmers and industry that produce American-grown, American-made products. Even if the store is out the the way, it’s worth the trip to Fairbury to see their operation.

Alright..They have a lot of stuff. Fasteners..tools ..More than most hardware stores. However, with their system, it's near impossible to find anything without their help. AND.. if you don't recount everything yourself, there's a good chance you'll walk out with a bag with 14 bolts..but 13 nuts. 25 miles to get there. Not going back to complain about missing a single nut. But I'm also not going to trust your guy's count again when I DO go back.

Not sure where to begin. As others have noted - they deserve a 100/10 rating. Not only are they super well equipped with just about everything you would need to fix anything. They are friendly and have the knowledge to steer you in the right direction with a solution to fix your problem. They take to time to listen and have a genuine interest in help people. These guys are very special.

If you’re thinking about going to Lowes, Menards, Home Depot, etc. Think again, go check out Fairbury Fastener where you can get a knowledgeable employee to take a personal interest in your wants and needs. They have great customer service, an endless supply of products, and an amazing shopping environment. Their deals are unbeatable and they are always updating their sales. If you love supporting local businesses, support one that has your back. 100/10 recommendation from me.

Fantastic select of tools, fasteners, welding supplies, and so much more. I'm not a big shopper, But I actually like to look around at all of their selection. Mom's and wives you can probably find a fantastic gifts for the men in your lives.
