They deserve ZERO STARS! Been coming to this Walgreens got almost 4 yrs... with every prescription they get WORSE. My Dr sent an RX on Dec 19th... didn't get it till like the 15th of January. I called in a refilled 2 days ago and I still have to wait 15 minutes. Maybe I should just get my meds in the mail and be done with incompetent people. š

Let's start with saying OMG I do live walking distance of a Walgreens that I'll never go back to ever again. But the Walgreens right here on 87th and Kedize is a drive from my home but very much so worth the drive this is now one of my favorite places to go I walked in to a very clean, walgreens ,bright lights, parking lot super clean. The store has a welcoming. Aura when you walk in the door. The manager Ms.Ramona. stopped āļø what she was doing i mean like literally stopped and helped me find a feminine product. She even got the product from the back of the shelf for me she actually knew exactly which product i was looking for and how it was packaged she truly went over and beyond also helping another customer as well (mutiltasking) And she even listened to my story. Just a little morning chat. For her to take out what she was doing. She did not brush me off, she literally took time. It's always important to have someone else. Ear or should I say a listening ear? Who knows why the conversation have to come up? But I thank God for , the phenomenal Ms. Romnoa and her team the cashier was even great oh did I add I was almost emotional by the love and welcome safe feeling I had at Walgreens 87th and Kedize location šÆšÆšÆšÆ

The store is not the best!!!! Pharmacy is subpar prescribed antibiotics and Ibuprofen for pain. They filled the antibiotics but told the pain meds have to wait until tomorrow. If youāre in pain fill your meds elsewhere!!!!!

BEWARE WHEN MAKING RETURNS. I was returning 3 items. I noticed the cashier only scanned 1 item and said I was all set. I asked her for a receipt and she said she couldnāt print one out, that it would be sent to my email. I called Walgreens Customer Service and sure enough she only refunded 1 out of the 3 items I returned. She pocketed the other 2 lipsticks for herself. This was about 2 weeks ago. Tall cashier with a bob wig.

When I was checking out, there was an older man at the picture area trying to understand how to get his pictures and he was asking the employee questions and she was being extremely rude and demeaning to him. He was being very polite and she was just downright mean to him. As someone who works with the elderly, this hurt my heart. If you canāt handle your job or working with the public then donāt work there. Respecting your elders should be taught everywhere, especially when theyāre respecting you. Walgreens needs to hire better employees because this turned me off to this store if this is how they treat the elderly.

Absolutely, one of the worst pharmacies ever! There is always an issue with the pharmacy. E.g. I dropped my wife's prescription off today at 12, the technician tells me that it will be ready at 2pm. I arrive at 8:00pm and they tell me they can't fill it today because they need to verify it with the doctor. Didn't you know this at 2:00 when you told me to pick it up? You could have called them then; they stay open until 6:00pm. It is always an excuse. This pharmacy needs a serious overhaul!

Why is it that any other location I go to, the customer service has been much better? I've been to this Walgreens twice in three days to pick up prescriptions my doctor called in. For both visits, I had questions about the medications; however, I was never asked if I wanted to talk with the pharmacist. Mind you, they do have signs at each register of the pharmacy department that say to call a number if you aren't asked if you want to speak with a pharmacist. When I did ask, I was ignored. It's frustrating. If you really want great customer service, please go to a location other than this one. I'm definitely about to call the phone number to complain.As an edit to this review, I went to this same location on 1/12/22 to check on the status of new prescriptions that my doctor was supposed to have called in. I was the only person in line and had been waiting for a few minutes - this was no big deal as it was only about 2 minutes. A person that works in pharmacy (Mahmood) came to the desk but never said anything - I didn't realize he was there until the customer behind me told him that I was there first and that she was picking up a prescription she asked about earlier in the day. I step up to the register and he proceeds to take care of the customer behind me - just like I wasn't there! Completely rude and unprofessional behavior!!!! I've tried to give this location my business, especially since it's the closest to my home but this is the last straw! This is the third time I've experienced such poor customer service at this location and I refuse to continue to deal with it. As of today, I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!!!! If you can't treat customers with respect, you don't need to stay in business.

If I could give them no stars, I would. The pharmacy has horrible customer service. If you want a quick flu vaccine, go anywhere else. I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time for my vaccine while the pharmacist discussed amongst other things the delicious chocolate chip cookies from Costco that someone brought. When I asked how much longer it would be, the tech didn't even glance up before responding without answering or apologizing for the wait. Though it is noteworthy that the tech who administered the vaccine, Sandra I believe, was quite nice and quick.

The worst Walgreens I ever used , when you call there pharmacy they pick the call and put you on hold quickly, on my last call they did that 5 times, finally they hanged up in my face without talking to anyone. If you ask they probably tell you we are very busy but I used other Walgreens that is much busier and never got this treatment. I hope Walgreens close this place because it is useless.

THE WORST PHARMACY! Came through the drive thru to pick up my prescription which they were out of stock of⦠the young lady told me they should have it by Wednesday. Came back Thursday and was told the medication still needed to be filled/ bottled up and to come back in an hour. An hour later I get a call that they actually donāt have it and to go to another location. I will no longer be choosing them as my pharmacy of choice. Not to mention the line and wait time is ridiculous! Iām sure glad this medication isnāt for my immediate health cause Iād be SOL with these guys!

Drive up window for my prescription. I might be sitting there anywhere from 30 minutes or longer running my high gas price that I just bought ,the phone service is almost as bad they keep you on holed playing the music off and on and then hanging up!!!!!!

They have the worst pharmacy ever!! They constantly get your prescriptions wrong and then just respond with "oh, I'm sorry". I explained that I do not drive so I have to get a ride there to get my meds and they still don't care. They are always understaffed so the line are incredibly long no matter what time you go. And don't have a question about anything because the pharmaceutical on duty never wants to be bothered! They never answer the phone when you call and if that rare occasion they do...they hang up while trying to "put you on hold". I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy until now and I am leaning because I need my meds. You all need to hire people that care

I wishthatI can give 0 stars. This location has went down hill tremendously. Customer service is horrible and ghetto. Inaddition the pharmacy never answers the phone. I have been on hold for a hour or calling for days for prescription refill and literally have to go in store just get a refill. The ladies in the pharmacy are very ghetto and rude. I hate this location and will definitely travel to a further location where they appreciate the customers and answer the phone in the pharmacy with excellent t customer service.

I drove an hour to come here to get the J&J covid vaccine on Tuesday. It was a good experience. The lady that checked me in at the pharmacy counter was really friendly. Then after 40 minutes, it was my turn and I got the shot. I feel for them, with all the additional stuff they have to do for this initiative; not to mention get your vaccine card. I'm sure the people complaining would be able to do a better job. Anyway, this Walgreen's had the most friendly staff and patrons so I had to write a review. Too bad I don't live closer to this one.

This pharmacy is a joke. Put in a prescription to be filled and told it'll be ready by 3:00 that day. It wasn't filled and came back the next day. Today I was told it wasn't filled and it'll be ready in 30 minutes. Came back after errands an hour later and still not filled. I needed my prescription for upcoming surgery prep and unfortunately this branch doesn't have the professional staff to fill orders.

Pharmacy has some major issues. This is the closest Walgreens to me, but Iām going to switch where my prescriptions get sent. No one in pharmacy answers phoneā¦.it just rings. On rare occasion they do, you will be put on hold and then disconnected on. In person is not much better. Lines are always long primarily because they donāt know how to triage. Lines build up because of one customer who ends up getting nothing. This pharmacy is failing customer service across the board.

Terrible. Always closing or extremely long wait times. Drive through is packed and pharmacy extremely understaffed. You never know when you will actually be able to get your prescriptions. It's unfortunate because this location takes insurance that others do not. So you are forced to come here.

This Walgreens location has a high demand but they are always under staffed. The line to pay is always long, and the few staff members that are there seemed annoyed and aggravated. They charged me for an extra item on my most recent transaction and had to go back to get a refund on the item I didn't buy! I also witnessed a customer tell the cashier an item that was ringing up regular price was on sale according to one of their signs and the cashier simply said well this is what the item is ringing up to. Horrible customer service because the cashiers have no one to help them!

I came to Walgreens this morning to get Infant Milk. I pressed the button for help, no one came, I waited then walked to the front for help the cashier told me he couldnāt help me cause he was the only person in the store no other staff came to work. So I was able to get my son milk. Their is no other store in the area. He told me he could not go open the cabinet. Iām sure the store policy is at least 2 people have to open the store. This is horrible customer service. Will never return & im a Regular Walgreens customer.

Arrived for a COVID test and sat in drive thru line for over 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window. The male tech told us we were late and had to come back. When we tried to explain that we were in the drive thru line for OVER 20 MINUTES, he put the phone down and walked away! SERIOUSLY? Another tech came on the phone and told us we would have to come back at 215 and they would TRY and "squeeze us in"!Very unprofessional! Made a formal complaint to the district manager.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. My wife and I scheduled a Covid 19 test 2 days prior for 12:30 and 12:45 pm. We got there at 12:25 pm and waited FOR AN HOUR in the slow drive thru pharmacy line and they had absolutely no signs for what we should do. We called and they informed us to stay in line, which we did, when we got to the window at 1:30 pm, they told us that the Covid testers were gone to lunch and wouldnāt be back until 2:15 pm. We drove an hour because this was the only facility that had testing at this moment. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COST.

I mainly go into walgreens for prescriptions and in the 8yrs my family has lived in the area I've never had any trouble with the staff. One day on the the pharmacist's assistant was a little tetchy and rude, but the friendly pharmacis more than made up for her attitude.

This Walgreens location have a very high demand and they don't have enough staff for customer's service. The waiting time in the pharmacy line is ridiculous and the prescription are always delayed. I am moving my prescription to another location or even another brand. Try to avoid getting your prescription in this location.
