Worst pharmacy ever!! I needed a script filled right away (I had placed the order Saturday, then they told me Sunday that my Dr didn’t fill it right, had my Dr call them to fix error on Monday, Dr gave me an update that evening) so Tuesday was the day I needed to take first pill. Drove to pharmacy Tues to see what the problem was and was told they would fill it later that day. 6 hrs later they still hadn’t filled it so I called. That’s when I was put on hold twice and then they hung up on me so I called again. Was on hold again (decided to drive there while on hold), then finally a human picked up. She apologized for delay and had the script filled right away. So why the long delay? It was two pills which they had on hand. I think they need an organized manager to get their process together. This one is incapable.

I came here and was told I had 3 prescriptions ready for pickup. I got home only to realize that there were only 2 given. When I called the pharmacy, I was told “regardless, you were only charged for 2.” And if that was not enough of a complete lack of regard towards the inconvenience to me, I asked “well is there a reason I was only given 2 instead of all three that were ready?” To which I was told “I’m not sure.” It would make sense to me to admit you made a mistake and apologize, but all I got was attitude like I was the one at fault. Switching my prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy on the planet, not only are they incapable of filling a prescription properly, they can’t even put in the insurance correctly. I just spent an hour on the phone with BCBSIL to check on why my prescriptions keep getting rejected and they went through each one of them and said there was no way it was being rejected. I’ve also been consistently over charged for my prescription, sometimes double charged when I pick them up. The BCBSIL rep I talked to today is calling Walgreens to get my latest overcharge reversed. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Worst pharmacy! Do not use, save yourself the headache(s). Issues with canceled prescriptions and no answers as to why, cancelled refills when there were several left, missing medications, wrong orders, I’ve even had them staple papers through my birth control compromising the integrity of the medication.

My first experience at this particular Walgreens pharmact wasn't a great one. I was ridiculed on the phone when I called to refill one of my meds because I didn't know the mg I was on even though it's a regular med that I've been on for around 2 years. I tried to pick up my medications on the way to work through the pharmacy drive thru. I waited so long, being the only car in the line, and had to finally leave without my meds because I had no choice if I wanted to get to work on time.

I just left this location on Saturday 2/18 @9:45am, I needed allergy medicine for my children. Of course all the medication is locked. I went to the checkout line and an associate told me I needed to go back to the aisle and someone would be back there to unlock the case. The lady called an associate to aisle 21 to unlock the case. I waited patiently and no one arrived. I went back to the register, and told them that no one came back there to unlock the case. She stated, “Oh there is she right behind you!” I guess I was supposed to make the trip back there again (follow the associate with my toddler in my arms) so she can get the medicine for me to return back to the register for the third time. I left without the medicine and let the associates know that I would call corporate to insist they hire more employees. I understand locking medicine and other items up to ensure no one steals them, but if this is your practice, you must have an associate ready to unlock the case when customers need items!

I have had nothing but problems with the pharmacy. From being shorted o. Pills to auto refills not being filled or not being filled on time. Always a long wait. I let my insurance know how disgusting Walgreen is. Come on AI, take over this pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever. I'm not sure how they got through the education requirements to be in their position. It takes them till a Monday to fill a prescription that was sent in at 3:30pm on a Friday. But hey at least when you call ,you get to hear all about what times their meal breaks are for the week 👌 ,that way you won't disturb them.The store itself has gone downhill,very lazy and unhelpful. I'll never step foot into this wallgreens again for any reason.

I’ve used this pharmacy for the past 5-6 years. They were tolerable until a year ago. The wait times are absolutely insane. No matter what time of the day, you wait a minimum 30 minutes….sometimes up to an hour just to pick up or drop off a RX. They consistently give me the wrong prescription. Today I got birth control instead of antibiotics. Really???? I am transferring all of my families RXs today. Sad that I can’t use my own neighborhood pharmacy 😡

I order my med tree days before refill Walgreens text me med ready i when to pick up and pharmacy told me take a seat more people where picking the med ..later pharmacy said is no ready wait..i wait so long and every time getting worse the waiting time

Can't ever get a employee in the pharmacy to answer the phone they pick up and put you on hold over and over. It's so unprofessional they don't even ask you to hold they just keep putting you on hold have held upto a hour and ended up hanging up and it was in normal business hours not during their break also gave me a script and put my Drs name on it that my Dr didn't send them because I called asking what the heck did they send such script and they had no clue

I called this Walgreens to help solve a prescription refill problem that was complicated. Complicated meaning my prescription wasn't from this Walgreens but from out of state. Even though the Pharmacy was busy, (because I could hear customer's in the background) theTechnician quickly, accurately and with excellent customer service solved my problem and made me feel like a customer at that location even though I wasn't.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I only switched to Walgreens because BCBS stopped accepting CVS. This location is terrible, I’ve never waited less than 10 min for a pickup. And typically have to wait 4-6hts for a script to be filled.

I walked in to get paper towels and walked right out, i brought in my service dog (who has a tag and i have a letter) & the cashier KENDRA and manager JOEL started harassing me! JOEL actually started screaming at me and said he didn’t care, didn’t believe me, and I can’t bring a dog in. Then KENDRA wouldn’t finish checking me out. What they did is ILLEGAL and what kind of people don’t like dogs? I’ve never been treated this way in my life and I am shocked.

Had a really bad experience, my 3 year old had to use the bathroom really bad and one of the managers said he could not let me use the bathroom because they had just cleaned it. Another employee had just let me in about 3 minutes before that. The bathrooms were clean and the floor was not even wet. The one that did not let me in said I had to wait about 20 minutes. We had to leave everything we were going to purchase in the shopping cart and walk out to drive somewhere so my daughter could go to the bathroom.

Avoid Saturday when the lazy short female is at the cash register. Every time I purchase water there she states the code is on the side so I need to lift it. The code is in the top and the side but she is too lazy to move her arm to reach and scan. Lacks personality, judgemental of customers...saw her sneering at those that are different..in fact today I was in the men's aisle looking for something for my husband and got that look. I have been known to leave and go up the street to Cicero when I see her but today my cart was already full when I spotted her. During the week the staff is great...

Terrible, slow pharmacy. I mean, one service person for busy days/hours? I used the app to refill my prescription and it just fell out of the system without any notification. This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to

Went to pick up a phoned in prescription and was told that the pharmacist had to release it and she was at lunch. I thought that a licensed pharmacist had to be present inside the pharmacy any time they were opened. Waited about 30 minutes for her to return.

This particular store is not well stocked ever. Employees are not very helpful and Yolanda is just rude! Yesterday was my last time shopping there and it's walking distance. I would rather drive, than shop at this Walgreens!

Tried going to the store at 915am on a Saturday and the employees were waiting outside. The store opens at 8am and they still weren't opened. Joke of a store. I would leave 0 stars if I could since I couldn't even get in.
