I had went earlier today, and as soon as I was walking in with my mother a lady asked us to see our membership, all rude about it and before us there was a couple and she did not ask them to see their membership card and I told the lady “why did you only ask us” and she responded back yelling “DONT WORRY ABOUT THEM”. I had never experienced this before.

I put a mobile order for a pizza combo, placed order at 18:35, I waited til the food court closed and got nothing, so I left. What is the point of having scan and go for the food court if the food isn't gonna be ready in a timely fashion. I shouldn't have to go and ask for my order. I will never patronize the food court at this location again.The lines to checkout are atrocious, there's no employees around when the self checkouts tweak out or need age verification. And if there is, they take forever to show up or just stand around talking amongst each other. I come here because it's the closest location to me, idk if I'll renew my membership next year. Maybe I'll just do the drive to Costco instead.

The rude black woman at the bakery repeated my cake order to me and said “happy 1st birthday whatever that word is”(referring to my baby’s NAME!) Yall can keep that cake! (My baby has a very simple name)

Today I went at 8:00 a.m. the Center was very organized. I was very impressed great job. The Health and Beauty was also nice and neat. Bakery plenty of yummy 🤤 🥧 pies. Keep up the good work!

Do not place orders ahead of time and expect to have your orders ready by the agreed time! We placed an order early in the week and we waited almost 1 hr before we finally received our pizzas! We were late to our own party with starving party members! They only had 2 young people working with a very long long line. I will never do this again!!!

I was at this location earlier today and tried to order 2 full pizzas at the hot food counter. I've done this a couple of times, within the last 2 months. I was told the only pizzas available were for the counter.As I was leaving the store, after doing some shopping, a different worker behind the counter was actually making whole pizzas and boxing them for a customer.Do better. I'll make sure not to patronize the hot food counter from now on and make a note elsewhere, online.Thank you for letting me know how you really operate.

I had to go to the service desk, and had to wait an hour they didn't have enough cashiers they didn't have two people work in the service desk there was like 20 of us in line waiting for the service they only had one associate there and she was doing her best

I have to say this to anyone reading this. Never and I mean never place an order online and schedule it for pick up at this location. If you need anything from this location go inside and use the scan and go feature on the Sam's club app. Incompetence is an understatement for individuals that work at this location. I placed order for just 4 items. I pulled into a spot to pickup that order. I waited over 40 mins. After getting impatient and went inside and there was a line for pickup orders of which I waited another 25 minutes until it was my turn. Word of advice to the store manager or anyone in charge of running that store who read this. Hire more competent individuals to manage pickup orders or simply don't offer the service at this location. There is a 4.00 dollar service fee for picking up my own order instead of it being brought out to me. NEVER AGAIN!

There is no way in the world I need to go to the parking lot to get a buggy to shop at this location...it's ridiculous.....then I walk in and the employees are sitting back talking and laughing. African Americans spend the most money when it comes to boosting this economy.

Be very careful with Sam's Club with your card. I have shopped with them for years and this year, they decided to AUTO-RENEW MY CARD. I knew what I was doing and had no intention of renewing the card. The representative I spoke to on the phone advised maybe, last year I checked a box to auto-renew at the register. My money will be refunded and I shredded the their card. There is an alternative.

Horrible work ethics, poor management and employee training. Employees are on their phones managers walk away from you when you talk to them. Biggest problem is that 3 consecutive times we have gone they don't have people bringing bringing carts in so we are forced to go get them out selves. When my wife approached the manager he said he didn't have anyone working and they she could call corporate and walked away, very rude

Love the convenience and service of curbside pickup. However, it is very inconsiderate that in-store shoppers park in the designated curbside pick up spaces. I was fortunate that one of the eight parking spaces was available at my time of arrival.

This place lets people park up in front of the store after hours and those people act like they own the parking lot and when they get out of the car to yell at people working in the parking lot the dork off duty officer just stands around while people get mad.

Came here for a few items garlic specifically and just about every bag was moldy. They really need to work on their quality control here customers shouldn't have to dig through produce to find something that isn't moldy.

I don't shop here often but when I do it's always an issue with the lines. Absolutely no order. No worker guiding people and y'all know many people don't have social skills smh.... anyway they have a good variety of foods at good prices.... but the experience getting in and out of that store is a mess.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Scan and Go app. So FAST and convenient, i.e 'in and out'!! The only slow down is finding items not marked with the isle labels and lack of available floor personal to direct you.

Found everything I needed. Self check out line moved at a nice pace. Receipts and warranty didn’t automatically load to my app, still waiting to see how long that takes email receipt was automatic though, so that’s a good thing. Check out attendants were ok but their customer service style can stand some upgrades. Overall, it was a good shopping trip: prices were good, food samples were fresh, and store was neatly stocked.

This store is a circus and absolutely disgusting, there is no work dynamic or communication whatsoever.The lines for check out wrap around the back of the store. The check out staff requests for you to download the “scan and go” app but it waits until you have scanned everything to error out. Then it charged my credit card for the items anyway but didn’t generate a receipt, so when we went to check out, a valid receipt wasn’t available.I had to stand in the returns line (for another hour) for the front desk manager to call someone to re-ring my items, only she didn’t re-ring them, she returned them… TWICE.This took 3 hours from entering the store empty handed but filled with frustration and no resolution.I will never set foot in the store again and I just renewed my membership TODAY, which I also had refunded. I’d rather die of starvation than have anything from this horrible establishment (disclaimer, the staff and managet were great, they were very kind) they just didn’t communicate enough.Costco you just earned a new member!

I've experienced upset with my purchase from the evergreen Sam's.Bought coleslaw on June 12th open up today June 18th and it is sour smelling. Looked at the Best use date June 21st.The shoppers who pull items for use should be trained to not put items so close to expired dates onto the customer's online shopping carts.This will be the second time in a week I've had to stop and go back and return items.People check your dates before leaving the parking lot.

The lines were too long, the pop machine was out of bags, so none of the pop was working, and the cashiers worked way to slowly. I was in line for an hour. I don't see myself going to that location again anytime soon.

The Tire and Auto phone number extension hasn’t worked for years. When I try to reach them through Customer Service no one answers. I’m not in the store regularly so trying to get through over the phone to schedule an appointment is ideal but a hassle. Rings for minutes then hangs up. Repeat. I recently bought a new set of tires. I asked about services included based on the paperwork and the tech told me they don’t provide the service because they don’t have the equipment. My car sounds terrible now and I’m hoping the follow-up tightening will resolve but I don’t believe so. Balance and alignment?
