My poor Teddy Bear, Bailey has high anxiety during grooming on her face. I mentioned this to her owner and she was extremely rude. She needs to learn to talk to the people that are paying her. Telling a dog owner that their dog is “bad” is a very poor choice of words. No dog is bad! Stay away from this place! $75 plus a tip was a waste of time and money😢

Honestly the best groomer in the area. Very calm environment. It's not like an assembly line with tons of barking dogs in there at once . It's a much nicer place , Idk how she does it.

I actually feel so safe leaving my dog with Gretchen, my Remmi can't wait to go in and she's been reluctant about other places. The place never seems over crowded unlike other places ,and it's very cute . Tip, book ahead, it can be hard to get in.

Our Miss Mandy is an elderly Shih Tzu who can sometimes be a crabby little old lady. She does, however, seem to truly enjoy her "spa day" with Gretchen every six weeks or so. Her most recent grooming session has her looking like a million bucks for the Holiday Season! Mandy says "woo! woo! woo!" ("Thank you, Gretchen!"). As do we!

This is my first ever review of a business or service. But I am compelled to boast about Gretchen, her grooming skills, and beautiful care of her client's pets! As most pet owners will understand, our family's dog and cat are an adoring and loving part of our life. Brigadoon, our two year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poster our kitty are loved like children. It is a relief to have the peace of mind when I drop them off with Gretchen at Pristine Pets they will be treated with love, care and kindness. Not to mention look and smell beautiful when I come get them! Gretchen has consistently displayed a high regard for keeping the animals as calm and content as possible through their spa day. I appreciate the fact that she won't use excessive heat to dry Brigadoon because it stresses him out and doesn't approve of harsh chemical treatments with the animals. It is a delight to come into her shop and have her take care of our lovies!

Our pup is an energetic fur ball-- Gretchen had her work cut out for her! We were so impressed with the groom our puppy received. She is clean & evenly cut, her nails are nicely trimmed... Gretchen paid attention to every detail. We'll be repeat customers!

Gretchen has taken care of my Bosten Terrier since she was a puppy. She is a true animal lover. I appreciate the fact that she is a certified professional,who cares enough about her field to continue her education. Her shop is very clean and very classy. You don't feel like you're in a pet place, It actually feels like a home. I won't go anyplace else .

Gretchen is by far the best groomer I've ever brought my fur babies to! She is kind and patient with my Abby (who is very high strung). Abby is calm with Gretchen and always comes home looking fabulous! The shop is immaculate and adorable too! I highly recommend Gretchen

My yorkie puppy just had her first hair cut today.. she looks beautiful! When I came to pick her up she was very relaxed, and calm. Sophie seem to really enjoy herself! Definitely recommend bringing your doggy’s here 💕

Pristine Pets did a great job on my Yorkie, Max. Max hasn't been to a groomer in a long time. Pristine Pets took the extra time to make sure Max was comfortable and pampered. 4 hours later I had a new dog! I would definitely recommend Pristine Pets. Prices are reasonable and service is outstanding.

First let me comment on how great it smelled when I walked in. She was very friendly and kind. I was glad that she was able to cut my German shepard/retriever mix. Because of my schedule it's hard to keep him groomed like we should but after seeing how beautiful he looked I'm going to definitely do better i have no excuse shes affordable, and she right at the end of my block(I would drive to you if i needed to.)thanks so much

This is seriously an adorable dog grooming shop. It's very classy and well decorated. There is only one groomer ,so it's more low key then most places. My dog's love the the herbal/mineral mud bath!

The grooming part of my experience here was good but some things I didn't care for. When I picked up my dog, he was locked in a kennel, which is fine but all the rest of the dogs were roaming free. My dog is extremely dog friendly so I guess I am confused as to why everyone else's dog was allowed to roam but not mine. Also, when I got my dog home, he went through 3 bowls of water. I am not sure why as this has never ever happened before. He was so thirsty so it seems like they don't provide water for the dogs. Anyway, like I said, she did a good job grooming him but the other stuff bothered me a little.

Very bad experience here, don’t even bothered, the owner very rude person, if I could give no stars I would, she try to charge me $25 cancellation fee for a reschedule, and she did not even tell clients about it until you try to make changes, and in top of that she hang up on me. She doesn’t even bother on showing a written policy, ridiculous worst service ever.
