First off let me just say that the crew that took care of my dog the last time was great. When I came in today I was met with a young lady saying that i needed proof that my dog needed the rabies vaccine. I presented the same paperwork to them that I presented before. The document says certificate of spay/neuter Surgery with the date and then it says additional services and products , rabies 1 year vaccine, again with the date the service was done. The document does not say that it’s a receipt. I was late to the apt so maybe the young lady just really didn’t want to do the service but had I been informed before coming or told the last time “ we will accept this today but we will need more in the future” I wouldn’t have wasted time. I would’ve gotten whatever else was needed. It was a complete waste of time and also it’s not always what a person says it’s how they say it as well. I then went right around the corner presented the same paperwork to Petco and the lady put it in the system and told me to come Tuesday. That experience really ruined my morning for sure, and my relationship with PetSmart altogether.

Horrible experience: I came in for a service, and the woman at the front desk had a nasty , unprofessional attitude. Of course, I did not complete the service. I will never patronize this business after this incident. I would not trust this woman with any animal. Hopefully, this location can opt to train staff in customer service.

Petco has all my pet needs here. I bring my baby boots, who is a shi tzu to be groomed. This location was nice friendly and took care of Boots. He looked so handsome and smelled so good after his bath and haircut. Check em out. This was the Oak Lawn location..

Made an appointment for next week to have my two dogs groomed. I got the time I needed for the appointment because my schedule is full.

I haven't been here for a grooming appointment. You do need a hard copy of your pets paperwork. They can only go by what is given to them. They don't have a link to look up records for you.
