We stopped by PetSmart to purchase some fish for my daughter. Decided to go with a royal blue betta and a sucker fish to clean the tank. We also decided to pick up a small aquatic plant for some tank ambiance 😂. The staff was very helpful and got us everything we needed. Check out was also a nice quick process.They sell the majority of thing you would need for your pets as well as hamsters, gerbils, bunnies, birds, shrimps, snails, cat food, dog food, pet toys, pet care, to name a few items. We will be back to keep buying fish food.

The service itself is good, the groomers are very nice. However, both times I took my dog in for her special service appointment (she's a bulldog so I can't schedule it with a regular groomer) the groomer was late. Also, one of these appointments was set at 7:30am, before the store opens at 9am. There should be a better process for pet drop off. Right now, myself and other pet owners had to wait at the door outside (25*F) until the other pet owner finished checking in because we aren't allowed to be in the store area while it is closed. You have to go into the store to get to the groomers entrance.... when I picked her up, it was 15 min before opening and i wanted to make a few purchases. The the groomer had said I could walk around until the store but maybe she misunderstood my question because the cashier told me to leave immediately because there is no walking in the store until they are open at 9am. While yes, I get that this may be store policy... it doesn't feel efficient or sensible while the groomer is open and I have to wait around for my dog's special service appointment to be complete. She is not allowed to Stat because of her breed and breathing.

There is a associate who tell you she will not serve you. And she don’t. I went in there to purchase fish. And because as a customer I did not me her expectation. She would not help me. The crazy part about this ,the store manager doesn’t care. As a matter of fact, she manager give me the wrong customer services number. And did not care that her associate refused to serve a customer . To female At petsmart and neither one of them care.I got passed over even though I was there before the other customers.I can go on about this day. It was that serious that I was going to call the police.

The employees are nice. I just wish they had more staff there to get things done faster they onlybever have a couple of staff in the store at once they are friendly, but its hard to get to everyone quickly when they have to go back and fourth from one end of the store to the other

This store has a good reputation as far as product availability. However, the employees could appear like they are at least a little bit happy to work there. It's not a good feeling coming into a store when people look unhappy being there.

Had appointments today for both of my large breed dogs. Arrived with one of my dogs five minutes ahead my scheduled appointment time. These appointments were made over a week ago. I waited outside of the lobby while another woman dropped off her dog. It took them quite a while to help her. I then entered the lobby and was told I needed to wait outside while a woman, that was behind me in line, picked up her dog. I went back outside and waited. After she exited the lobby, I entered to drop off my dog and was told that I was too late for my appointment. How is that even remotely my fault?!? Talk about mind boggling! At this point, I had been there almost 30 minutes and still had to get in line, there was quite a line at this point, with my other dog. This is the third time that I had been turned away of no fault of my own. I regularly groom my dogs every six weeks. Looks like I’ll need to take that $1000+ elsewhere.

My mom took our dog to Petsmart to be groomed and while his fur felt clean and fluffy, we could not figure out why our dog was sooo upset when he got home. He slept the whole day and would not eat. We thought he was just upset that we left him alone with the groomer. We then discovered that they ripped open his moles on the side of his face, causing bleeding and swelling. His hair was crusted up and stuck to the blood and wound secretions. My mom had already asked them to be careful around those areas with his moles and they assured her he would be fine. We took him to the vet and they shaved hair in that region and cleaned the wound to prevent infection. We have since been treating that area. Not only does it upset me that they were careless but also that they did not notify us of their error. I know my dog and I am certain he showed them signs that he was in pain when they did that. I feel bad that we left him there.

Typical PetSmart. I used the grooming service. Very good results and convenient hours. I prefer to have an express appointment. Prices are much better than what I spend with my veterinarian's grooming.

Their groomers are lazy and slow. I literally brought my receipt for my dogs rabies from Indiana that clearly states the day it was given and says "rabies 1 year". But thats not good enough for proof he has his rabies vaccine? How slow are you and what kind of nonsense is that. Go to pet supplies plus.

The store itself is fine. People are great; however, their hours are horrible I shop early its just better for me and I always have to wait for them to open or come back out later which I hate.

The first experience at PetSmart - Evergreen Park was amazing for my daughters puppy. We were booked with the groomer, Tina, who was knowledge, friendly, and efficient. Her pictures are before and after. Simply adorable.

This place is awesome. The customer service for me was A rated. My pup got his shots and the first haircut here. When you walk in there are people greeting you and make sure you visit is the best. Thanks so much, King looked so cool with his new haircut.

Normally we have a ok experience with the grooming here. This location doesn't have much variety on clothes- Wait times are always rather lengthy. This last visit was THE WORST! Deon somehow gashed my dogs toe bean and had to carry him over to Banfield where he got stiches, econe and was banaged and miserable! Thanks for billing the groomer/hospital visits and medications to PetSmart- but we will never ever be back. Ever. I told them my dog is working on his IG modeling- Can't post him in a ecollar and his sad face!

VERY helpful staff! I walked in looking for fuzzies for my little cornsnake. I saw that a Pac Man Frog was 75% off. I liked the look of the frog, but had no real intention of buying him. The employee shared a lot of information and facts about the species, and I ended up leaving with a new amphibian!
