Just wish the had big fuse boxes not just little ones

I went to get keys made 15 min! for a worker help me ( the man) said hold up all rude !! And walks off , with an attitude!! 👎🏽 I went to the one on 87 I was. Out in 5 mins !

We purchased a Weber grill from Ace in July 2023. We wanted to purchase from a local ace hardware instead of a big box store and we don’t regret it. Ace hardware assembled it for free and some of their employees delivered it the next day. We would have never experienced this excellent customer service and care at a big box store. We highly recommend!!

Used to be one of my favorite Ace locations.New owners have changed quite a bit, no longer stock some small engine stuff. What used to take 20 seconds to write a receipt now requires waiting for a computer program, and the employees aren't allowed to just hand write one. Screen repairs take nearly a month now, used to be done in days. Seems like the owner tried to "modernize" and lost the reason people go to a hardware store in the first place.Employees are still very friendly and helpful. Probably the only reason I'd come back.

No help from the staff. We were not greeted or acknowledged until my husband walked up to the register that was merely steps from the door. By that time, two employees had walked past. We wanted help with rescreening a screen. Her knowledge of what we needed was minimal and not inquired about from someone who might know.

Okay I tried shopping here for being local and small business owned but I went to go buy a 22mm impact socket that online said that Ace had it. When I went in they didn't have it and that's okay. Then I asked if I could use the bathroom, I was told no public rest room. So I leave the store and rush to Jewel to use the bathroom. So what's the point of going there if I could just go to Menards where what I'm looking for is most likely in stock plus I could use the bathroom no questions asked. The employee was polite and helpful.

Welcoming, helpful and thoughtful staff. Prices are a bit higher. The convenience of having staff know what exact part your looking for and getting the part for you wins every time. I will definitely be supportive of this business.

This is a fabulous place...they literally have everything u need...just like the big stores...competetive prices..but such a nicer environment...and they always have surprise stuff they r selling too...find stuff for ur garden or stuff pertaining to the holidays...it is worth going there for a look...just to see what they have in..Alll the employees r very kind and helpful.too...Defenitely makes going to the hardware store...for those necessities...so very more much fun...Ace is the Place...much luv...see u there...k

I had to replace my front entrance dead bolt lock. The handyman there did try to save the old lock by digging out the broken off key piece still inside the lock. Couldn't be done.

The service is great. I guy named Pat spent 20 minutes helping me fix my granddaughters chair. I paid 75 cents for the screws. This will be my go to place ahead of any big box stores. We are lucky to have a store where service is still given.

I have an Ace closer to me, but it was small and service was meh with staff a tad bit rude. So I had found another location I preferred going to where it was a 180. However, I was looking for a specific product they didnt have in store so I ended up at this location. It's even more exceptional than my preferred location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I normally know what I'm going in for or just like to browse sometimes, but every time I walk in I'm asked if I'm doing ok or need help with anything. Every employee you come across is always ready to help. I dont normally leave reviews, but if you're ever in the neighborhood I highly recommend this location.

Super friendly staff, I am always greeted with a smile. Aside from lumber and drywall, they have everything you will ever need to get your project done. Their pricing is very competitive and they always treat you better than the "big" stores. And here's the kicker... they actually KNOW what they are talking about!

For a small hardware store, they've got more than you would expect. Much more convenient to go here for a few parts or tools you need than walking a half mile in a Home Depot looking for some to point you in the right direction of a specific part you need.
