All the employees seemed to be nice expect for a few of the pharmacy staff. Although my interaction was only with one of them, I did get a chance to see a few of them interact with a multitude of people during my time at CVS pharmacy. I will say that these employees need to be retrained on how they conduct themselves with the public seeing as though they are in the servicing field. I’m not saying that you always have to be peaches and cream, but what I am saying is that with you working in the pharmacy 9 times out of 10 people are in pain and they are sick the last Thing that they want to deal with is someone with the attitude someone with smart comebacks or someone who’s not willing to help them and someone who’s not willing to do something as simple as explain the next steps or what they should do to get the situation rectified. These interactions today left a complete distasteful impression for this location. I purposely chose this location over the 79th and western Location because I didn’t want to deal with the extra attitude that comes with dealing with those employees and here I am at another location dealing with the same type of Attitude. Not to mention the HIPAA laws that are almost immediately Being violated upon arrival to the pharmacy by asking for personal information out loud in front of other Patients. After having a negative Experience With Sherbie, She couldn’t even do something as simple as make sure that all of my prescriptions was there, resulting in me having to come back to this location a second time in One day. Not only do I expect to be greeted upon arrival but I also expect to be greeted once I leave the pharmacy. She purposely went out of her way to not say anything Towards the end of the transaction. No one that is sick or completely healthy Should have to deal with this type of behavior and interaction when they’re going to pick up their medication.

I truly appreciate the fast service and welcoming people at the CVS store. Having the ability to renew your prescriptions on line and having the option to pick up or have it delivered is awesome.

I'm not really sure what these other reviews are about but have been going to this CVS for 22 years. It was great under Sam Rizzo and had a few bumps like all businesses after COVID. However, they are doing a much better job now and have more staff that I have only witnessed being helpful and courteous.

Lack of help, I’m sure everyone is overworked. Store is cluttered, items on the floor, narrow aisles, computer tells you a Rx is ready and it’s not etc
