The worst CVS pharmacy techs ever. I only went here because mine closed on 87th street. They should have kept the 87th one and closed this one. The tech said to wait a minute and my drugs would be filled and ready . Nope. She yelled at me when I waited. She said, “ Stop standing here. I said a minute that means four hours!” My kids are smarter than that. They took over three weeks to fill anti nausea medication for me as well. This is a horror show for a CVS. Rude and slow.

I love CVS at 3201 W 95th Street. The associates are always accommodating.I had Bonnie who serviced me on April 8th,as I was checking out I realized I didn’t have my 35% off the entire purchase coupon. She had to cancel the purchase because I informed her I was going home to get it. She said she understood and would hold my items for me with a smile. When I returned a few minutes later, she asked if I found the coupon and I said yes.She waited on me with a smile. Kudos to Bonnie and CVS.

It's a shame to have health insurance Medicare you can't never get your medication and this is at all CVS locations not 1 but all because they always got your medication delayed I hate I switched to silver script. Walgreens never delayed any of my medicine. Right when you need it the most. Shame on CVS you have to do better with your orders on medication.

This location has really gone down I am so disappointed after twenty years. It appears that there's now new management and various new staff. Huge mistake. I was just insulted moments ago by the pharmacy cashier. I've not seen anyone there as discourageous as she is. She started off rude from the beginning and Tone was off. She proceeded to tell me I had to go up front to ring up my other 6 items. Meaning that, after already waiting in line, 2 people ahead of me had finally finished, I'm now at the front picking up my 3 prescriptions and is told, after paying for these you must leave this counter and stand in another line to ring up merchandise that is FSA eligible items. Go do 2 different transactions! Her attitude got worst when I told her I'm not going to do that, and asked since when is this the case? She said forever. I asked her for the manager, she looked behind her shoulder and yelled Phil, can you let this lady know that I am not going to ring her up! It went downhill from there. I asked Phil may I see you please? As I explained how it made no since to do this, she intervened, insisting that I go to a second line. He decided that she should continue to ring my full order which was a small amout of items outside of the perscriptions. She apparently wasn't fond of his decision and next thing you know, she started expressing herself. She referred to me as bro, and man in her statements a few times. Other customers stood in line and other staff witnessed. She use some other urban, derogatory slang terms with me which was unprofessional and I felt embarrassed for her. The manager attempted to intervene until he eventually got combative himseld and walked away with frustration yelling out how he's having a bad day and to leave him out of it! He went back to doing what he was doing and left his subordinate there to continue ringing me up, handling my merchandise agressivly, tossing and bumping my items on the counter, stating how this and that isn't ringing up. Her negative energy continued throughout my transaction, and once the total came to almost $300, I asked her how much was the medication? She said "I'm done talking to you bro"! This time, the pharmacist stopped what she was doing to intervene and ring me up after hearing this. I would like to know who raised her? I'm sure she could tell that I am near her mother's age. I don't know why the hostility. Perhaps it was misplaced anger from a disgruntled employee. All 3 staff members were very new. This was the very first time that I've seen any of them and l frequent this store for over 20 years. Bring Sam back! I am now forced to have all medication transferred over to a new store. While working in a semi health field where sick people visit the counter for medication, I wouldn't expect this level of disrespect. Some compassion maybe. I don't deserve to be mistreated. No one does.

Service was great under Pharmacist Sam Rizzo, but it is improving with Jimmy. They are short staffed but making a great effort to improve service. I've seen rude customers but haven't seen any of the techs being rude. I feel some of the negative comments are unwarranted and unfair, as I am at this store regularly. That's just from my perspective.

I just had the worst experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the techs were rude and unhelpful. The store is very empty, everything is locked up. I'm sure they'll be closing soon. Good riddance!!

I’ve waited for a month for my meds. They tell me it will be a few days and they do not make any effort to tell me it’s not there. They are rude when you call. That’s horrible when you already feel sick without your meds.

My child was discharged from the hospital after a corrective surgery on his airway. One of the inhalers he was prescribed was filled at this CVS. My son cannot go in public for 2 weeks to avoid contracting a virus and because he has stitches in his airway, I cannot leave him alone. I explained the situation to the pharmacist and tech at the drive up window and asked if they can help me buy liquid Tylenol for his pain since I cannot come in. I was told "that's not my problem and it's not my job to go get you Tylenol. You have to come in." I told her I hope someone treats her family like that and wastold "that ain't my problem and again, it ain't my job. You need to come and get it yourself." I feel this is a power trip and reverse racism because she had no problem helping the guy in front of me and spoke nice to him, but they shared the same skin color. As soon as she seen an Asian/white woman in the drive thru I got instant attitude. "It ain't my problem," then you don't belong in health care as a pharmacist serving sick people lazy bee..aaa..tch. One day someone will treat your family the same. I hope they laugh in your face doing so also. Go to Walgreens on 95th. The woman had nothing but attitude, short, heavy, and angry.

If it wasn’t bad enough to have to wait up to a week for prescriptions to be ready, customers now must tend with the attitude and lack of training from pharmacy techs. Today, I had the not so lovely encounter with Morgan in the drive thru. After clearly stating I needed my receipt for insurance purposes, she failed to issue one. I get that’s it busy. Mistakes happen. But rather than be apologetic, I got a dry response “Well, if you want a receipt, you have to come in the store..” Rather than figure out how to reprint or apologize, you pass the buck off to me. With my small children in tow, I trudged inside to the pharmacy counter for a reprint only to be told they don’t know how to reprint so go to customer service. Upon arriving at the front desk, I had more issues; since I needed the exact amount to of my purchase. Any transactions from pharmacy should come with a receipt. This isn’t the first time I’ve had similar issues at this location. They seriously need more training.

Yesterday evening I went to the CVS closest to my home. My experience was horrible. It was 6:30pm and the store was empty other than the cashier and myself. The cashier decided to come from behind the counter to follow me. Upon check she chose to bag frozen food with dry food. She was rude and had a nasty attitude.

Had a horrible experience at this CVS trying to pick up my prescription. TRICIA, the pharmacy tech was very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and lacked empathy when dealing with me and other interactions I witnessed with customers. Due to the system being down, which has been a reoccurring issue, I was unable to fill my prescription leaving me in pain and in distress. I will never visit this CVS ever again. And will warn others not to do so neither.

If I could rate my experience it would be Zero my complaint would be with the pharmacy for SHERBIE..for one minute before she acknowledged my presence she stated that she has to finish filling prescription Never said I'll be with you or one moment. She waited on someone else while never stating she'll be with me. She waited on someone else when she looked up to see me then she advised Erin that she has someone to give a vaccine to. She then check me in as she had me to sign the box twice claiming that she couldn't read IT. When she finished she startedjoking with her coworker of what she did VERY unprofessional, I advised Erin the manager who apologized. At least acknowledge my presence and advise that you will be with me any moment.. and save your comments until I leave THAT WOULD BE Great customer service!!!

Called pharmacy to check on my prescriptions and ask a question. Pharmacy Tech that answered was beyond rude. I would rate this experience a zero if I could. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she yelled it. Then when I asked if both my prescriptions are ready she kept saying “yes it is” and hung up. Been going to this CVS for a long time; however, after this terrible encounter I will be moving my prescriptions to another one around the area.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. A turtle would get to destination before you get to the window. Drive through line is always long and slow. I had to ask 5 times to not put child proof caps on my meds. The solution I was given was to check my meds before I leave. The computer notification system is a hit or miss. Suggest to find another pharmacy if you can. Unfortunately, due to my insurance I'm forced to use CVS. My old pharmacy (Osco) knew me by name and would even ask me how was I feeling. Does CVS No.9/13/2021 Update: Today I spent 30 minutes in hold to talk to the pharmacist regarding my prescription the notification sent me they were waiting to hear from my Doctor to refill. Here's the catch, I picked up the same prescription on 9/10. Plus they keep refilling a prescription that has been cancelled and replaced with another.

I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy who constantly says my insurance doesn't cover my medication when it was just covered during a previous fill. Whenever I contact my insurance they always say they are unsure why because it is always covered but CVS doesn't look to ever resolve it or check further. I have paid well above what my insurance covers here for medication that I can't go without. Well today is the last straw, trying to charge me $200 for a medication that I paid $10 for 2 weeks ago. Thanks CVS, today I go without medication. I'll never use CVS again.

The pharmacy tech I spoke with regarding my prescription was ABSOLUTELY the worst! She did not want to provide the CUSTOMER SERVICE needed in jobs such as this. A simple request which was to send my medication to another pharmacy who had both items in stock. She basically told me to go wherever I want to go, they could pull it in the most nastiest tone, as if I was bothering her!! But IT IS YOUR JOB to send over the prescription as requested BY THE CUSTOMER if your store can't fulfill it‼️‼️‼️ I'm saddened to say that she was African American 😔. If a person doesn't like the field they are working in, they should seek a career where no interaction is required with customers. Sadly this location has lost me as a customer, as I'll take my prescription requests to another location SAD!!!!

Worst CVS ever!! I have always loved our CVS stores, in the city, they knew me and my family by name and have always gone above and beyond but this EP store is ridiculous. They refuse to get a monthly medication we need forcing me to go to another location. They are always slow, I have to wait hours to get my prescriptions and lastly they did not get my prescription from my doctor even thought they were sent twice, I physically brought in a copy and they said they can't fill it since it was filled somewhere else but could not tell me where it was filled. Brought back the doctor script without a specific pharmacy after having it cancelled at the other location and still they would not. The automated message I got was its too soon to reorder. Waited on hold for 17 minutes to get it straighten out, wound up walking there while still on hold and again they said no can't fill it. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different location going forward. I'm sure other CVS stores are far better than this one.

Worse store ever. The pharmacy constantly loses refill scripts, has to locate my scripts which for some reason they get put under my maiden name. Married 2+ years now. Some of the staff are nice very few.. go else where to get your meds

If you are truly sick avoid the drive through at all costs. There is always a line and each car takes no less than 10 minutes to clear. I I had to walk in the store with a bad back to get my pain reliever because I sat in excruciating pain in the drive thru for at least 5 minutes behind another vehicle. When I went in and told the girl that they need to keep the drive through clear for sick people she told me that she tried to get the person to move. I know that this is not true because I was that person a couple days ago they make you wait as they fill your prescriptions. I was bedridden the day before and I received 3 texts and a call to come to the store and pick up my prescription. This experience was awful!!!!

Cvs has no business testing for covid. Two reasons. One I heard people waited weeks for results. Two it’s a huge inconvenience to your customers. I waited in line for thirty minutes to pick up a prescription. Greedy as all I have to say. Pharmacy customers should not have to wait that long to pick up a RX so you can make money off Covid testing. BS

Even for a CVS, this is a bad one. The store is dirty, prices listed on the shelves are always wrong, and they don't accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, making them worse to useless on all fronts. The photo printing machine does not work and will never be repaired. Walking in there, you feel like the store has been abandoned, you have to FIND A CASHIER if you want to check out. If you must go, take photos of all the shelf tags, every price will be wrong.

I wish I was able to rate this CVS pharmacy lower! They are ALWAYS behind on prescriptions! They open late and then have the audacity to close early. They fill prescriptions incorrectly and then lie and say the prescriptions are ready when they aren’t. This is the WORST pharmacy in Evergreen Park!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would... Worst & SLOWEST pharmacy ever!! Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous!!!... The drive-thru will sit with one car for about 10 or more mins often. One time I waited behind a car for almost 15 mins, when I pulled up, I said this is supposed to be a "drive-thru to quickly drop off or pick up Rx" the lady pharmacy replied well the lady said she'd just wait to fill the Rx, so I didn't wanna argue with her...I said u guys EVEN HAVE A SIGN outside here saying that u do not fill Rx in the drive thru for courtesy of other customers!! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

The pharmacy line was impossible to use. They were confused about the script. Finally got it figured out. I have now been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. After reminding me to pick up the prescription they can't find it!! Back to Costco

I’ve had bad experiences each of the three times I’ve tried this pharmacy! I will not be returning. Pharmacy staff are dismissive, unable to answer any questions asked, and the wait time is way too long! With several other options in the area, don’t waste your time!

Pharmacy trash den a mfer. Took four hours to find out my prescription couldn’t be filled and that the doctor would have to send it again to another pharmacy. It was 7pm on Friday when they told me.

They had a line for the pharmacy rapped around the building. I’m not even over exaggerating!!!!! I’ve been waiting here without service for almost an hour! I would switch the pick up location if it wasn’t my grandparents medicine. They’ve been coming here for years and I don’t know why.

Honestly the worst pharmacy on the planet with zero concern for people that walk in the door, absolutely no empathy or sympathy for anyone, a computer reminder system that sucks, and prescriptions coming out of the ears.
