Always a pleasant shopping experience although 40% of their goods come from China. Very friendly and helpful employees.👍😁So glad this store is in our small Evansville village. Much rather give to this retailer than the corporate monster WalMart! Especially the Sparta WalMart.😲

It's not a bad dollar general. They have a decent selection on cold/frozen foods. They are a bit pricey but for the convenience you get what you pay for. If you can try to get monsters at a gas station since they have the 2 for $x.xx vs the $2.xx u pay at DG. Could use a bigger dry food selection.

I went to this store with my father, and it’s a very noice store. The staff is super kind, especially this one bodacious dude with a killer cuphead shirt, the name was Nathaniel I believe. The moment I saw this boi, my experience ascended and I just had to tell my pops, “thats a rad lad, dad.” This trip was the best of my life, and we only went to get laundry detergent.

The Dollar General in Evansville Illinois is so much bigger and so much better well-stocked than the one in Red Bud Illinois.
