WONDERFUL! I was 9 months pregnant and really wanted to get a stair runner installed before the baby arrived. Ali and team made it so easy for me! I scheduled an in-home consultation/estimate and chose samples from their website. Jafar provided great guidance throughout the consultation and let me borrow a few of the samples while I mulled over the final decision. They were in constant communication with me and were able to squeeze me in early due to a cancellation which I really appreciated. The installation was quick and very meticulous. We LOVE our stair runner and get so many compliments!

Rouzati's is wonderful! i had a small 4x6 ft rug in my office at it was badly stained when maintenance was flushing shower pipes (without notifying me...) and the shower overflowed. my rug was stained very badly with likely rusty/mineral build up from unused pipes, is my best guess. I was horrified to see the appearance, as this was a special (and expensive) rug we picked out in Izmir, Turkey. My good friend who owns a lot of nice rugs recommended i call Rouzati's - from beginning to end, the service was top notch and attentive. I spoke with the owner by phone and received the quote. They picked up the rug from my condo in the next day or two (and I threw in a small cushion cover from a very expensive modern couch which had a water stain I have not been able to rid, which they were confident they could also take care of) and waited a little over a week. Items just came back today, and they look great! The water stain on the wool cushion cover is completely gone, so as good as new. and the rug is again beautiful! I called to give my credit card for payment, and asked about the process of cleaning - which the owner's son explained in great detail (as i was quite curious). I can now rest easy knowing that if I ever have a rug or other stained furnishing type material, I have a reliable place to take it!

I looked at reviews on Yelp to find this hand woven rug store to clean two Afghan throw rugs I have. They were very pleasant when I dropped them off. Five days later I received a call that they were done! I was so surprised at the quick turnaround time. The rugs look great, and I feel the cleaning was reasonably priced. Once again, everyone in the store was very nice at pick up. If I’m ever in the market for another rug in the future, I would not hesitate to visit Rouzati Rugs!

We had such a great experience with Rouzati. We started our search there and were impressed by Mr. Rouzati’s encyclopedic knowledge of all the rugs in his store. We got some other quotes and were impressed to find that his prices were competitive or better than anywhere we looked. He was so patient and thorough throughout the process, willing to answer any questions but never pressuring us. And when it came time for installation he and his team were responsive, punctual and courteous. Everything looks great. We’d definitely use Rouzati again!

Rouzati will spend as much or as little time as you want to select the right floor coverings for your home. I have purchased two runners and a large area rug from them. I also used Rouzati to clean runners and large area rugs. Rugs came back with vibrant colors and smelling clean. Rouzati is friendly, responds quickly and is knowledgeable about the products they sell. They sell a large variety of modern and vintage merchandise for a shop with a smaller footprint. Ali and Jafar aim to please customers.

I bought an antique Caucasian rug and it was exactly as pictured and described. Excellent quality for a good price. Rouzati Rugs has a great selection of rugs, from traditional to modern, and their customer service is amazing. When we stopped in the store, they flipped through and unrolled dozens of rugs for us. They listened to us and made thoughtful suggestions. When we identified rugs we liked, they brought them over so we could see them in our space. It made a huge difference in our decision. We had an excellent experience with Rouzati rugs. We were looking for a new 10x14 rug for our family room and Ali and team brought several rugs for us to try In our home. When none of those were quite right, Ali kept in touch and notified us within a few weeks when a new shipment came in with some rugs he thought might work with our color/style preferences. One of those turned out to be perfect for our room and we are really happy with the outstanding customer service by Ali, his father and the whole team at Rouzati. We had looked at various chain retailers (restoration hardware, pottery barn, etc) but the quality of Rouzati combined with the ability to see the rug in our home made all the difference and I highly recommend them. We will be back if we need another rug!

Thrilled by Rouzati’s careful deep cleaning of our antique Kilim rug and so glad I purchased a new pad from them. When they delivered everything they spent many minutes laying it out and resetting the room, even suggesting that I angle the rug in a new way. Our Dining Room rug had taken a beating: Holiday Meals, Entertaining family & friends. Prior attempts to get out stains had never been effective. We considered replacing the beautiful Chinese Wool Rug.Then, we received a time-sensitive, Discount Promotional Card in our mail & I made a call. The gentleman suggested that I view their on-line video of their cleaning process and I took one last chance.They picked up the rug & delivered back a Perfectly cleaned, stain-free, 8 x 10 rug and we couldn't be more pleased!

Working with Rouzati was truly one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. The first call I made was promptly answered, and my rug pick up/cleaning was scheduled for the very next day. Rouzati did a most outstanding job of removing pet stains from a rug. I had attempted to remove them and caused the dye to run. They not only removed the stain but fixed the bleeding dye. It looks brand new! Pricing is reasonable and customer service is outstanding.Also worth stopping in to browse. The rugs are high quality and the colors are modern and beautiful.
